Usually pretty good, but if you send me to another store that has it please call and check before you send me there. Lots of wasted time today running to other stores.

The employees here are always helpful. The only issue I have had was when I had my battery replaced. Right after my battery was changed my car stalled several times. The connection was loose. I took my car to a repair shop thinking there was another issue with my car and I was relieved to find out it was only the battery connection

I was in the poway autozone yesterday and I saw two rats running across the sales floor.

The guys in there were helpful and knowledgeable. Go in the mornings if you can before work as they are open early and less crowded.

Thank you so much to this wonderful store. The battery for my key is difficult to open. Jesus was kind enough to open it for me and replace my battery. They have lots of affordable accessories for the cars. They are also very respectful and responsible.

Knowledgeable and patient people. If they dont have it, the can usually order it in a day or two.

You can DIY replace battery using loaner tools. This time I used the error message tester. That was cool.

Michael P has horrible customer service. Was very disappointed from the moment I walked in. Just needed an ac recharge, was ignored the moment I walked in, then he got mad at me for asking a question about their product, said it wasnt for him to explain, went to pay to just get away from him then he get short with me and questioned if I deserved a military discount that u had got every time Ive gone there from 2007. I ended up leaving and had an amazing experience at OReilly across the street.Training a manager to treat customers that way is wrong. And the customer behind me had the same experience when I ran into him at OReilly. WOW!Turned away not 1 but 2 customers...... sad

Too many young lazy kids that work here. Customer Service is very poor. They do have a few good employees, I shop here because they have what I need at a good price & good location. Management really needs to work on Customer Service Skills, they would get more customers.

The staff needs better training. I went in for wiper blades and the guy didnt clip them in. Said they didnt have clips. The next day it was pouring rain and the wipers came loose. I had to drive back 4 miles in pouring rain without wipers. The manager clipped them in place but that was all. Youre better off going to ORileys.

Super friendly and helpful! Was looking to replace a deep cycle battery that I had that was dead. The staff did everything in there power to try and hook me up with the best deal. Even taking half an hour too look up if the battery was still under warranty for me. The battery was not but they still have me a discount on my new battery and sent me home with a smile!

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I have bought replacement parts for my vehicle here since I moved here in 2015. Nothing but good experiences with this store.

Even the customers here are nice, one had the counter person look up a bulb for me while he was waiting for something else. Always good service, and special to-store orders arrive on time.

The previous time I went in today, the guy double checked to ensure he was providing me the correct windshield wipers for my car.. Didnt even ask him to!! Customer service at its finest.

This is a very small auto zone. The staff is super nice and helpful. The store front is tiny so if you need bolts or clips you will probably not find them.

Nice autozone. Came in for a headlight bulb and they had what I need in stock. The store was clean and the employees were nice and helpful.

Refused to refund a light bulb I had bought just 5 minutes earlier because I had opened the package. For $16.19 they were willing to lose a customer. They didnt even show any interest in helping me solve my problem. On the back of the receipt in fine print it said they can refuse refunds and may chose to refund based on the circumstances. Amazing how rude they were. Never going back.

Horrible! Leaf supervisor was very insensitive and unprofessional. I’ve never experience such poor customer service at Autozone. Recommend additional training to provide better customer service to people.

Brought my battery in for the free check. I was told it was bad. Sent it in for warranty, paid for shipping, only to find out it was bad. Waste of time and money.

Very nice and trustworthy people. We thought we had a problem with the car battery but they tested it and told us that it was fine with no charge.

I ordered three pieces, they were due two days after delivery. For ten days I received one piece and they had forgotten and didnt even apologize.

So rude on the phone - needed a new battery wouldnt give me any information. Asked about changing it for me and made it seem like moving mountains. Seriously!? Went to the mira mesa one - so much nicer!!

This review is meant to commend the amazing LADIES at the Poway AutoZone. I wish I would have got their names this morning. THANK YOU AGAIN. Dont underestimate if a woman tries to help you in a male dominated industry! They may, in fact, be more thorough and knowledgable than their male counterparts.On Wednesday evening I went in to purchase new windshield wipers in anticipation of the rain coming on Friday. I had pulled up the type of wiper blades for my car on my phone via the AutoZone website. One of the guys explained that they didnt have the right size passenger side blade in that brand. He grabbed 2 blades and said they should work instead. They werent on the list I found on their website... He kindly came outside and put them on for me. Not being familiar with installing windshield wipers, everything looked ok to me. We tested them it seemed fine. They appeared to just clip in.Then this morning, Im leaving for work... its raining. I didnt get one block from my house before the drivers side wiper blade catches, jams, and then flies off. I pulled over and called AutoZone. Thank goodness they answered but they said they didnt open for 20 more min. I explained my situation and they told me to come in. She even asked for my year, make, and model so she could start finding the correct ones for me. Luckily I wasnt too far away. The 2 ladies helped me quickly and confirmed the other wiper blades were definitely not right. They still didnt have the right size for the passenger side in the correct brand but she ordered it and said it would come this afternoon. She put on 1 size up that worked for the time being to get me to work safely. I got to work on time, no problem.Thanks again ladies for being friendly, quick, efficient, and knowledgeable in my time of minor crisis!!!

Their parts are garbage, but their garbage costs less than napa or oreilly; unfortunately, none have staff that know anything about car repair apart from the dire importance of blinker fluid and muffler bearing changes.

Crackhead location with some grouchy grease monkeys working there. Prices suck too.

Auto zone is my favorite place for automotive issues I can always get my questions answered and I can always get results and get the parts I need.
