There used to be competent people that worked at NAPA not anymore . Just kids that dont know anything and are not willing to search and help you find anything.

J.J. & Carmen are both awesome. They did an excellent job helping me find the correct idler pulley for my Ford truck. Highly recommend either of these two sales associates. They will stick with you until they find the correct part or solution to your problem.

I think Ive come to this store 15 different times looking for something and they NEVER have what I need. Im continually amazed... They obviously stock stuff, for whom, I dont know, not me. The only reason I continue to stop as its on my way home from work and I hope they may have what I want.Two stars because at least the employees are nice.

Windows so heavily tinted that it always looks closed.... but a good NAPA store. Usually have what I want in stock and pretty helpful people. Wonder how they stay in business though with the worlds worst POS system - no scanners - paper receipts seem to always come from the printer (dot matrix???) that is under other counter . But staff is helpful and know where stuff is.

Napa is the beast of auto parts stores, I came in for an easy fix for some headlights and JJ fixed them for me within minutes when he didn’t have to, even when they were 5 minutes of closing. This guy is a G. A raise is required for JJ!!! He helped when I didn’t even ask!! Highly recommend Napa for future auto parts needs!!

Extremely disappointed in the service.I came in on a Monday at noon. I was the only customer in the store and I counted 5 uniformed workers on the floor. Im 6 months pregnant with my 2 year old in tow and all I wanted was a quick stop for some windshield wipers.I was not greeted. I was ignored as I struggled with my son and the book to figure out which sizes I needed (its a new to me car). I finally selected my wipers and went to pay and the two workers behind the counter ignored me as I stood there waiting to see which register was open. After paying I went to the parking lot to replace my wipers. Between my toddler, pregnant belly, tall car, and a jammed wiper blade I was having a lot of trouble and getting very frustrated in the 90° heat. I finally admitted defeat and went in to ask if someone could help me.Look. I get it. Its not their job... But Ive never EVER been to an auto parts store where the workers werent just tripping over themselves to be helpful. I walked back in and, again, there were 4 workers on the floor and not a single other customer. I asked if there was anyone who could help me install my wipers and sheepishly admitted I was having trouble. After two of the workers played chicken ignoring me and looking at each other the younger one FINALLY made eye contact with me and said, Yeah, no problem! Ill be right out!I went back out and continued to try as I waited. I watched a tutorial video on YouTube and figured out the connector was jammed and I didnt have the height or leverage to try any more efficiently.15. Minutes. Later. (Yes, I was watching the time.)Im in full sweat mode, my toddler is in full meltdown, and NOBODY had come outside. I was infuriated and disappointed and decided I would return the wipers because I was so frustrated. Only then did I discover I never got a receipt.At this point I cut my losses, loaded my kid up, and left.I cant even articulate how frustrating and exhausting this quick stop for wiper blades was. I dont expect to be waited on hand and foot, but a tiny bit of customer service goes a LONG WAY. ESPECIALLY when there wasnt a single other customer and I was told I would be helped. I still cant believe I was left in the parking lot for that long. The very least they could have done was told me No, Im sorry, were very busy, instead of leaving me in the sweltering heat for 15 minutes.Maybe this is THE PLACE for experienced mechanics who know exactly what they are looking for. Maybe Im expecting too much.After decades in customer service myself Ive NEVER considered myself a high-maintenance customer. I was exceedingly polite and fairly determined to be self sufficient... But sometimes you just need a hand. I did not get that and, even worse, I was ignored and left to wait. I will NEVER return to this store and Im still seriously considering returning the wiper blades.

Went in and was promptly served by Glenn. I needed a gasket for my oil drain plug. Not only did he find the part number but since that one didnt fit properly he found one that did. Thank you.Ps he also took his own 3 cents to spot me.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This place is kinda on the expensive end for auto parts but it is conveniently located on a main road. Also the employees are a little gruff. But they are helpful.

One of the last few decent auto parts stores in town. Meaning they have a large selection of individual fasteners in bins (like many NAPA stores). Would be five stars but not all employees are knowledgeable about cars (a sign of the times).

SORRY BUT MIKE AND CHRIS ARE THE ONLY GOOD EMPLOYEES THIS PLACE HAS, THEIR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE FROM THE SO CALLED MANAGER TO EVERYBODY ELSE ALWAYS SENDING ME WRONG PARTS. THEY TAKE ALL DAY ON DELIVERIES AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG PARTS- NOT ONCE OR TWICE BUT THREE TIMES. WHEN YOU CALL AND COMPLAINT IS LIKE TALKING TO A WALL.

I rather deal with Oriellys or Autozone of poway. Every time I tried to deal with Napa their employees seems to have bad attitudes, every time I called or stop in to buy a part. Today I am done with this store.

After buying a power steering pump at auto zone 3 times and none worked,, i decided to give napa a try,, my mechanic highly recommends their part quality and such it was like night and day the part and service was amazing,,, you guys were great thank you so much for helping out and,, parts were like new oem quality,,, napa is my new store for auto part 100 times better than the others

Heres a store concurrently overstaffed and still inefficient.I assume its corporate as they are all similar, but why arent the vegetative clerks reading about cars or watching instructional programs on vehicular verisimilitudes?Why selecting the blanks in their computer screen is considered product knowledge, i cannot fathom.Being asked if a bmw has the v6 made me want to say yes! The only one ever made! recalling a different location asking if the cummins 6bt fuel filter was in the 1500 right? Next time i go Im ordering blinker fluid and muffler bearings- Ill post the update.These interactions make customers scared to try installing parts provided by such experts, as the diy car person is well aware of the hassle of being stuck with a disabled vehicle when the new part wont work or is missing critical gaskets, washers, etc.Eventually their computer program will suggest all needed minutiae, but actual cashier advice or knowledge could go a long way in upselling quality components to customers.

First they told me it was in stock, but then couldnt find it. They would order it and it would be here tomorrow. The next day, no part but theyll order it again and itll definitely be in tomorrow. Third day, no part and they actually arent able to order it at all.

I was attended very well. My rep was friendly, enthusiastic and very professional.
