Ordered at the end of August. I wrote last week and wrote again this week and didnt hear back. I tried calling but that didnt work either. Finally heard back today with an apology that my email went to spam? They did finally provide a tracking # and said that theyd sent the # on 09/16. Great but that was still 2 weeks after I ordered. And its arriving today ... a week later after being sent from California to Oregon? God bless you ... pun intended if you order from the east coast.
