The customer service was incredible. I had to do a return that was proving difficult to do for the system but Madie D., Elia, and Shirley were patient and worked out any and every way they could to solve the problem. They went above and beyond to get things resolved and were a prime example of Customer Service done right. Im definitely coming back to this store because of them.

This Target store is one of the better ones. Bigger, we’ll stocked, more selection & more sections than the other Targets, they seem like the original stores than these newer smaller boutique stores popping up everywhere, solid!Parkings lot is accessible and the staff were friendly & helpful, will definitely keep this on to go to list.

This Target is fine, except that the employees were told to not ask people to wear masks even though the signs out front insist on them. It doesnt have a pharmacy or optometrist, and is lacking in the produce, but they generally have good employees- theyve all been really friendly. Dont like that they seem like they are stocking shelves all hours of the day, even when its busy. This blocks up the aisles and makes it hard to maneuver through. Maybe if they didnt use the enormous moveable shelves?

The only reason I went to Target to shop today was because my Red Card online account said that I have $.54 to use on a purchase by June 30, 2021 or I lose the $.54. The online add on my Red Card online account said that all I needed to do was print out the scan and take it to Target. The cashier had NO IDEA what it was. She scanned it anyway and it did absolutely nothing. She was not apologetic at all, but said for me to take it to customer service which I did. Customer svc said I needed to download the Target app, activate something on the app and then buy something via Target Circle????? A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!!

I got there mainly for their prices on groceries but they are frequently out of stock for many popular items. It is also horrendously busy at almost all times of the day. Lines start in the morning and be prepared to wait if its really late and self checkout is closed. Parking is a nightmare here so Id come either when they open or after 10pm.

Honestly everytime I use targets app for order pick up Im so impressed. The staff is so organized and efficient. Even though it was insanity at target when i went with just a few days left before Christmas and the team member helping me had a great friendly attitude. Thank you for all your hard work and making Christmas shopping during a pandemic so easy and pleasant 😊

This is my local store, I live three minutes from the plaza. Unfortunately, the management of the store is horrible.. creating a very uncomfortable and unenjoyable experience. From security meetings in the front of the store with 6+ team members while the line is getting longer and longer to the lack of available items on the shelf a and constant stocking, looks worse than some walmarts. The manager needs to be replaced. Shes been there for way to long with zero improvement, in fact a decline. Nothing to do with covid, just poor leadership.

Ray, one of the cart cleaners on Saturday around 2pm went above and beyond to find my wallet. I thought that I had lost it at the register, but it had slipped and fallen in the cart. As he was sanitizing the carts he found it! I am extremely grateful to Ray and his diligence. He did not have to keep looking for my wallet, but he did.

Place was clean. Cashier was nice. I tried on a furry robe and was watched in the most obvious way by security which made me feel very uncomfortable. I was there with my Fiancé and son and only had a extremely small purse I didn’t do anything suspicious just went In to buy two shirts. I don’t believe making customers feel like they are in there stealing is a good things.

I shop here a lot and I almost always find what I need to, the cashiers and nice and friendly and there is a lot of different things like for example, Video Games, Clothing, Food & Drinks, and Holiday Decorations, its a genuinely good experience shopping here.

Online ordering with a complete joke. The system has no idea of what products are in stock Norwood products are actually even carried. Things I wanted that I ordered one available things I wanted that I didnt order were available when I went in to pick up stuff I checked and found things that I would have ordered otherwise that I had to waste my time chasing down in the store a disconnect between availability and quantity and products and the ordering system is inexcusable at this point in computer technology.

Staff is rude, especially the Manger with the heavy black winged eyeliner. Do better!

This Target has some of the kindest employees, especially working at the registers. Always so kind, helpful, and some are really witty and can make your day. Glad to call is my home store.

The store was being cleaned from the time I entered the store through when I checked out. The stockers were very nice and helpful. The store was well stocked for the most part. Not crowded and was easy to checkout. Thank so much for sanitizing the carts and the store so much - really appreciated.

Thank god target respects human dignity and has the bathrooms open for customers. Unlike Starbucks.

Often the selection of certain items is very low as this store is very popular. For instance, the Luncheables (chicken nuggets) are in high demand at the moment and are hard to find. Ive gone to the store at different times/days and no luck. :( Im glad to see that you are able to provide toilet paper/paper towels now but cant get clorox wipes yet, we miss them! Love the starbucks team here, they made me a special drink for my kids and they were excited to sample this. Thank you ladies! :)

This Target has been my go-to since my childhood, but today they impressed me so much, I realized I have never left a review.I wish I wrote down the names of the people in the electronics department who initially helped me, but I failed. They were all amazing. First, the guy who helped me with my cell phone situation was extremely knowledgeable and kind. My questions and requests were not normal, but he totally understood and helped me find the right solution. There was another guy who helped also and a girl who floated around making sure all the customers were happy.Honestly, Ive never been that impressed with an electronics department in nearly any store, ever. It was uplifting, especially during the pandemic. I wasnt sure how I would solve my cyber situation, but this experience helped.Then, when it came to the main checkout line, of course its going to be long. This pandemic has caused all kinds of weirdness. But the store has a great setup for this and an employee assigned to direct checkout traffic.Today, that woman did an outstanding job. I should have looked at her name tag so I could point her out! A customer in line behind me yelled at her for not having a sign for self checkout where she thought it should have been and the Target employee handled it extremely gracefully. I can only imaging the number of times that must happen every day and how taxing that might be on her.Thank you for creating an overall amazing customer experience in an otherwise horrible time. Its refreshing and I hope that all the employees that made today stand out for me get recognition (somehow), because they were the real difference between a possibly horrible trip to Target and a truly positive influence on the whole day.

Happily using my 20% off coupon from Black Friday! I love shopping at Target, great store with wide isles with nice shopping carts and great merchandise to look at. When paying I had the BEST, nicest cashier. She encouraged and help me use Cartwheel. She helped a lot, and never seemed impatient with my LARGE purchases ( for this 20% shopping trip). I thank you for her as a cashier and maybe you can reward her...and let her speak motivation to other cashiers about customers!

We also worked with a guy up at Guest Services (didnt catch his name) but was able to help us with a price match super quickly and was also very friendly and efficient!!! Thank you!!!

Your attentive and pleasant employees. What keeps me returning to the Target in Poway is the Welcome and assistance that’s so often received from the Target employees. I can stop an associate anywhere in the store and they will answer my question, take me to the proper place in the store, or find out what I need to know. And I like service with a smile or empathy or some recognition that they want me to be satisfied. Good work Target. Keep appreciating the individuals who want to work, and we’ll keep coming back. And you carry a nice selection of products and fair prices as well.

I love this Target. I am lucky it is the closest one to my house, because its my favorite! Always clean and never feels overcrowded (*cough* Mira Mesa *cough*). The people who work here have always been great. I am sometimes a complicated shopper with my coupons, Cartwheel, etc... they are always happy to help me save! Thumbs up to all the great employees here.

I have two kids under 5 so I visit Target often. This is their favorite because they have the cafe (Pizza Hut) and Starbucks. Also, this Target usually has tons of double carts available, so easy for both kids to fit in the seats. Those carts are hard to maneuver and awkwardly large, but still easier than wrangling children without a double cart. It is a smaller Target, with lots of baby, kid, maternity, and home goods. Each Target has their own demo and this one is for parents.

Employees at this store are generally great, but management at this particular location is t-e-r-r-i-b-l-e! I have experienced various management issues over the years at the Poway Target. Most recently (yesterday and the day before) they were completely out of eggs, bread, and hand sanitizer. We know by now that warehouse supply levels are not an issue for these large companies, and so its obvious that management at this store is NOT enforcing per-shopper limits on these crucial items. Theyve had broken credit card terminals at various checkout lanes as well as the food court, for months at a time, without replacing the defective equipment. On several occasions, Ive literally had to insert my Redcard 10 to 15 times before it finally reads the card chip. Ive never had this issue at other Target stores Ive shopped at recently (Del Sur and Mira Mesa). I could write about many other issues that Ive had at this location over the past couple of years, but it would take up a whole page or more! When Im not pressed for time, I will actually drive twice as far to the Del Sur location (other side of 4S Ranch) since it seems to be managed much more effectively.

Variety and quality of merchandise. I almost always find what I’m looking for... and lots of items I don’t need but “must” buy anyway. Staff is friendly and helpful and oftentimes offers their assistance out on the floor.

This store is a disappointment. I used to work for Target and know what the standards used to be. I have been in multiple times over the last 6 months and am disappointed every time. I was in the day after Easter and talk about destroyed. I walk around the store and see either empty shelves or destroyed and mismanaged aisles, usually it is both. Take a walk through toys and sporting goods and notice the number of empty shelves. Same with trial size in health and beauty. Lots of empty bins. Hardware...same issue. I have been in for electrical tape once a week for the last 4 weeks and nothing. All the hangers around where the tape should be have also been empty. The easter/seasonal area was a disgrace. I understand Easter was just yesterday, but that area hasnt been managed at all. Jelly beans on the floor. Empty shelves everywhere. I know what the standards were for Target when I was a lead there, but I cant imagine things have changed that much. I hope someone reads this who can change things. Very disappointed Target of Poway.

Best store ever has a Starbucks coffee inside.

I like this target. Even though a couple weeks ago I accidently locked my keys in the car and had all the tools to open my car and security couldnt even help me. They just called the police to help. Other than that, good prices, andsuper helpful staff.

I dont know why I keep going to target. I should just stop wasting my time, plan ahead and shop online. This store isnt bad, customer service is OK. You can get groceries here. It is a lot better since they remodeled, but they need to work on stock and prices.

This Target is smaller than almost every other Target Ive been to- they dont have a pharmacy or optometrist. The produce section is lacking as well. But they have friendly cashiers and the Starbucks customer service is always really good.

I mainly love this target for the free electric car charging station out front. But the store is nice, and the indoor Starbucks (with wifi) is a great place to wait for your car or your family to finish shopping.

Lots of employees asked if I was finding everything ok, which was nice. They left a bit quickly before I could think of an answer to the question though, but thats normal. When I did have a question on-hand, they helped me out.After walking around 2 hours, one of the female employees asked if I needed help. I was very tired and had a ton of stuff in my arms, so I asked if there were carts nearby. Im clear at the back corner of the store, but she went and got a cart for me at the front of the store anyway! So sweet.Also it was cool how they printed out some coupons to products you bought with the receipt. Relevant coupons ftw!
