I received an arrangement this afternoon, sent by a friend, and I have to say -- the pineapple was super sweet -- like candy -- and the chocolate covered strawberries were ripened to perfection and delicious as well! The pineapple was cut into heart shapes. Very sweet and much appreciated!

Never again! I placed an order for Mother’s Day.I had called and rescheduled the order to pick up the day of. Received an email confirmation to pick up on Mother’s Day. My daughter picked up for me and she was told that I was suppose to pick up the day before.When we got the fruit it looked like it was made a couple days before and tasted like it was old. I have ordered many times before and have had exceptional quality fruit. I placed a complaint to the corporate office and they said the store would get back to me.It’s been a week now and I haven’t heard back.

I rarely leave reviews, but, DONT ORDER from them if you cant wait until 5 pm! Placed an order the day before Sun. afternoon for a birthday arrangement. The store is in Poway to be delivered downtown Escondido to a business address. The following day is 4:30 pm and it hasnt been delivered yet. Called twice, to be told that their policy says that it can be delivered anytime up to 5 pm. and was offered to deliver it the arrangement the following day. A fruit Basket, I asked!? Very disappointing :(Edit / Addition: The arrangement was delivered on Wend. 2 days late, it was supposed to deliver Mon.

Never again! 0 stars! I will never use any edible arrangements as an option for gifts because of this store. Harry & David here I come!I had the worst customer experience today!!! This is my 2nd time dealing with this edible arrangement store. The 1st time, I scheduled a delivery that never arrived & when I called about an hr past my delivery time I was told the driver forgot to get my order from the store. Well can they deliver the next day. No they can’t & I have to pick it up myself.Today Is my 2nd time dealing with this same store with its horrendous customer service. So I called to redeem my birthday coupon that edible arrangement sent to my email & the lady on the phone pretty much told me to call customer service to figure it out because I’m not in the system & she said by the way we are no longer taking any more orders. I’m thinking to myself this chic obviously don’t want to help me. I have 2 kids under 4yrs & I work full time. Rude customer service just gets me so upset. Here is my coupon RMPTVL892536 that this lady refused to use. Today Edible arrangement lost a customer for LIFE & I will never see this company the same. So disgusted.

Ive ordered arrangements for pick up from this location several times. Each order has a specific pick-up time. Every time I went to pick up my order, they tell me to wait 10 minutes. But it always ends up to be a 25-30 minutes wait. I dont understand why the wait is so long if the order was placed days ago and scheduled for a specific pick up time. They also run out of the extra additions and substitute them for cheap stuff. Theyre stingy with the fruits and the arrangements are sparse. Definitely not worth the exorbitant amount they charge.

Id NEVER recommend this business to anyone due to the unprofessionalism, the lack of accountability and the dishonesty of its employees and manager.I called the store on a Friday midday to see how to go about placing an order for a specific date, as COVID has caused many businesses to understandably operate differently than normal. I was told I could only place an order on-line and when I explained to the staff member that I wanted it for a Sunday, her recommendation was to place the order for a late Saturday afternoon pick up so the fruit would be the freshest. She did not mention at all that their hours of operation are currently different than the hours clearly posted on their website-which shows they are open until 5pm. I placed the order on-line and chose a 3:30 pick up time because the store hours on the website stated the location was open until 5pm. At no time was I notified my order was ready for pick up-even though the manager told me later that an email was generated stating it was ready. At 3:50, an associate from the store called to tell me they were closing at 4...I live 30 minutes away. I asked if they could have someone wait a few minutes for me to arrive since the website showed the store was open until 5. She told me she would contact the manager and ask, but they typically could only stay 10 minutes past closing time.As I tried to contact someone closer to the location to see if they could pick it up for me any sooner than I could get there, the associate called back and left a message stating she was given permission to stay until 4:10 and asked if I could call back to let them know when Id have the arrangement picked up, but that they would be turning off their phones at 4pm. I tried to call back immediately having arranged for someone else to pick it up earlier, and of course since the phones were off, it went straight to their voicemail. I tried to call back multiple times and left a message hoping to reach someone. The person arrived to pick up the order just at 4:10 and no one was there-the store was dark.This was an arrangement for my toddlers birthday. My kiddo has allergies and special needs, so I cant just swing by a local store and pick up a cake. To make matters worse, when I called to speak to the manager, she apologized, but then said they havent had a problem with anyone else picking up their order on time. She basically blamed me for the situation, and offered no way to make things right due to her companys mistake. She told me she came in to work (Monday morning) to a voice message from me and that she hadnt heard anything about the situation before speaking to me...but her employee called the manager to get permission and when I asked about that, she told me she had been in training all day Saturday and hadnt spoken to anyone about it. When I asked what they could do to make up for the situation, she asked me what I wanted to happen (no offer of anything other than a complete refund). When I told her I would like to have my arrangement for my kids birthday even though it had already passed, she told me they dont deliver to my area and I could come in and pick up something, but it wouldnt be what Id ordered. She continued to apologize insincerely, but at no point did she attempt to help, and she continued to put the blame on me. Im sorry, but that sort of attitude and lack of actual customer service is not how you keep customers.

I needed a special gift for a my daughter-in-law, who loves chocolate covered strawberries. Ordering online was convenient and quick.The delivery driver called me to let me know there was no answer at the house upon delivery. We agreed that he would leave the arrangement with a neighbor and place a door hanger on the door indicating where the delivery was left. He was very pleasant and professional.I appreciate the courteous care that was taken to ensure the quality of this gift. My daughter in law loved her strawberries and birthday balloons!I will definitely use Edible Arrangements again!

Received chocolate covered strawberries from a relative for Valentines Day. They were delivered on Saturday, which was fine. They looked okay, but you could see that the berries were not totally red. The next day, less than 24 hours after delivery, the berries were already starting to shrivel up/dry out and each berry cup had liquid leaking from the berry. Have had other items, but this was just not up to par.

I got an edible arrangements as a Thank You for a friend whom I stayed with during my trip to San Diego to get my wisdom teeth removed. They had exactly what I wanted. My friend was happy with what she got!!!

Scammer and fraudulent activity at this location. Was charged, never received tracking for shipment and my order was basically forgotten about. Never delivered. Do not trust.

VERY VERY HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!NEVER COME HERE! Horrible customer service and the “owner” thinks he knows more than everyone. The owner Pablo, is a very disrespectful person who doesn’t know how to run a franchise. His employees also happen to be horrible at customer service and communication skills. I highly recommend you cut your own fruit because the unprofessional establishment they are running is ridiculous. Please take my word and NEVER go to this place.P.S. The owner called and apologized for his misdoing and ended up bringing a box of dipped chocolate fruit. His apology was empathetic and worth noting. Thank you Pablo.

I order an arrangement for my wife to be delivered on Valentines day. Their website states that deliveries to business addresses will happen before 5:00 PM. at 4:52 I called to check if the item has been delivered or at least in-route but it wasnt. My wife works 20 minutes away from the store and she comes home at five so there was no way the package would arrive on time. The employee that answered my call did not offer a solutions, it was me who offered to pick it up the next day and they were accommodating of course. I didnt pick it up today, I called corporate and they told me that the store can arrange for the package to come to my home. So why didnt the store offer that in the first place? I dont know. Also, you would imagine that this type of business would plan ahead before a holiday like Valentines day. Im not sure what went wrong on their side but they need to figure out their logistics.
