Hear USA is a contracted provider for Kaiser. My daughter uses a bone anchored hearing device which needed replacing. Dr. Lewis has great experience and knowledge and she helped us find a different manufacturer and product that has more more power and superior quality than our former device. She was wonderful working with someone with special needs who isnt the easiest to test. We recently had the devices programmed and got to bring them home. Its a huge improvement over the prior device . We are thankful that someone with her expertise could help us find the right product for our daughter who has challenges and some significant hearing loss . My daughter is over the moon happy with the results. We would highly recommend this location. Thank you Hear USA and Dr. Lewis

Had the most thorough hearing exam ever! Margaret was very knowledgeable. She provided me with a printout with graphs and explained it… however, when I brought it home, the numbers make no sense and there’s no additional info printed to get a better explanation.

I didnt have to wait long when I got there. The test was very thorough and the doctor very knowledgeable. The reason for 4 stars is that the hearing aids are VERY expensive!

I came in today to get my ears pieces check out. The service is always great. She takes time answering all my question (complaints LOL); they’re also prompt with appointment. Because they know that your time is also as valuable as their. Which I am greatly appreciate. I would not hesitate to recommend HearUSA to friends and family.

The gentleman who does the phone gave excellent directions I was able to locate Hear USA in Poway with no problem and I started from Ramona.
