I had a great experience with hotbodies. i bought the mgp growler exhaust for my ninja 300 and it really is an awesome product. nothing was missing, everything was packaged separately, in perfect condition, and arrived on time through covid conditions. (1 week). the exhaust is loud but sounds perfect. really nice notes all the way through the power band and some nice crackles and pops at the end! thanks to all the people at hotbodies for making me love my bike even more

Hot Bodies is Hot Garbage. Bought an MGP lever set, brake side was assembled upside down using a clutch side mount (see lever orientations in the attached photo). Its unusable because the adjustment clicker sits on the underside and the folding section folds downwards.On the plus side, kudos to them for hiring workers with disabilites. Whoever put this together is definitely mentally challenged, and whoever let this pass QC is obviously blind.

So I placed an order for a under tail kit for a 2007 cbr 1000rr and paid for the 2 day shipping and extra 30$ this was Feb 23 still havent received anything its now March 14th so after a few days had passed I messaged them asking why I havent received anything yet they told me thats they were waiting for body work to come in which should be a few day faast forward a few more day I called again and asked what was going on I was then told it will be it paint by Friday so I would get it in the middle of next week well thats came and long past so I messaged them again and received a message saying they are waiting on body work again and it will be 2 to 3 weeks before my order can be fulfilled the whole reason I bought the thing is so I could give it to a friend for his birthday im kinda sick so who knows how many we got left well needless to say his birthday has came and gone and now Im not getting any responses back from them and its ver irritating so I sent them a message saying you know so.e free rear sets or somthing for the same bike so ican give it to my friend would be nice and greatly appreciated still no response thx hot bodies was really looking forward to giving that to him appreciate the customer service 😊👎

Be very cautious in buying their body work. I ordered full body work for my Honda CBR 929 and had to cut the upper fairing to fit. That alone wasn’t a big deal however the front fender didn’t even come close to fitting. I’ve reached out to them several times to rectify the problem and still have not received a response.Very frustrating considering how expensive their bodywork is. Seriously consider buying the cheaper replica bodywork. It’s thinner but if it’s just for the track it’s perfectly fine and comes already painted.

I order some parts from hotbodies racing last Tuesday and couple other place across nation online ( revzilla, etc...) and I got to tell you they charge like crazy for shipping and it’s not even getting here when they said because it never got ship in time like they said they would. Ya the staff over the phone was nice and even assured me that it was in stock and I had nothing to worried and it would be here by Tuesday ( hint ...don’t make promises you can’t for sure keep). Nope Thursday. I order some other parts at the same time from NY and it got there before them and the shipping was cheaper. I live in AZ and they are based out of Cali. Come one now. I won’t recommend ordering from them online but from the other post it seem like they only shine in person. Stinks I never get that experience.

Before to order faring from them check for experience first. That may not fit your bike.On my 03 Cbr600rr experience, the front and rear are tight but I was able to fix.But for the belly pan it’s totally impossible.I contacted Hotbodies and looks like they never have this issue. And are not very engaged to help me or reimburse.I post my problem on a Facebook group and in fact a loooooot of person had the same issue, on other bikes but also mine (with OEM or OES header).So guys before to order fairing there be sure that it will fit your bike or you’ll not have any assistance.

Sorry to tell you that but the rearset that I purchased for my 2013 Honda CBR600RR is garbage. I own a motorcycle repair shop and we installed tens of rearsets like Rizoma, Vortex, Driven and even Chinese ones sold on eBay. Never had issues that I am having with your product. Normally I dont post negative reviews for products, probably this is the second one in my life. I am planning to share this review with all my customers.1. No installation guide in the box. Normally I never need to read the installation guide because it is always easy to install any other rearsets. But I definitely needed one for this. Nothing online. I called the company and Rick sent me a photo of his setup. Luckily he has the same model bike. I noticed that he used different frame connection bolts on his bike, which means he either had problem with them, or he didnt trust the bolts which came with the product.2. You have a Yamaha YZF-R3 rearset installation video on Honda CBR600RR product which is nonsense because both setups are so different, it doesnt help to figure it out.3. Connection bolts have low quality, already 2 of them are stripped. I needed to drill them out and it was an extra effort because of the lack of quality of the bolts.

I recently purchased the undertail kit for the sv650 17-18 (I have a 2018) and these are my considerations:1) Excellent shipping time (1 day early)2) A bit pricey considering the quality of the materials, the plastic frame that holds the plate and mounts on to the bike tail is a very low quality brittle sort of plastic, and not at all resemblant to the rest of the materials present on the tail section.3) I would have liked to have connectors for quick installation and to not void warranty and/or compromise the original connectors which needed to be cut for the installation (no big deal but still annoying)4) Also the LEDs in the kit are of very low quality, the plate illuminator is merely an LED sticking out of the undertail plastic and the turn signals are amongst the cheapest ones you can buy (definitely not worth what you spent).5)The most important feature of all to my opinion is the fit on the bike and it is absolutely terrible. The undertail does not follow all the curves of the tail leaving gaps and the problem cannot be addressed by tightening the fastening screws because the plastic will crack. So overall it doesnt look so good on a 2018 sv650 (cant say for the 2017 version)Again, I would say the service was really good but the product Im reviewing left me really dissapointed, I immediately removed it and reinstalled the original rear fender/plate kit

Ordered undertail kit, flush front blinkers, and slip on exhaust for my 2017 Suzuki GSX R 1000R. Price was right, but everything was backordered. Taking three weeks for the undertail kit and blinkers and an additional week or two for exhaust. Probably would have went a different route if I knew up front it was going to take this long to receive parts. I will say, communication was fair, they emailed me a few days after order to let me know about back order. They also responded within a day to a status email I sent a week after order was placed. I will update review once I get the products delivered and installed. Three stars for for total time required to receive products.

Tucked away in a horrible location, called the hotline listed, no anwers, no hours posted. Fire your marketing person.
