We took our truck for a AC repair one morning and was told we would hear back. No one called to give us an update so the closed and kept the truck overnight without communicating to us. I called the next morning and was told that they put Freon in the truck and wanted to see if it held. Well of course it didn’t. We told them when we dropped it off the Freon wasn’t holding so the charged me $81. I called back they said bring it back, so we did. Took it back and of course no communication so truck was left overnight again. Called the next day and they said the found the problem so they had to install clips. Mind you, now they say that we owe $123 more dollars. In 2 hours the air goes out again. We call and then go to speak with Tim the owner again. I tell him this back and forth issues and me paying for guesstimates so he looks at me and says well when you brought your truck to me, i wasn’t able to test it because my machine was broken and I had to get a new one so I just put Freon in there not knowing what the issue was but because I put it in there, I have to charge you…and as far as the clips I was trying to see if that would hold and it didn’t so I had to charge for that, but now that I have my machine I will be able to run diagnostics on the truck and will let you know in just a few… we’ll the few turned into the next day, again no communication, when they did call they called a number to my friend who initially dropped it off and refused to call me the owner of the truck. Now Tim is saying to repair the AC will cost nearly $600. This place is a rip off. I typically don’t do reviews but I want to warn you of the service that Tim Ledford repair shop is doing. He is rude and his receptionist was rude….Please be aware! If you take your car there he will not fix it, he will not communicate with you do it could be there for days, but he will charge you. Please please be aware!!!

I chose this company because they were the cheapest in town. Dropped my car off on Friday for ONLY AN ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSIS and didnt hear anything, so I called after a whole week. They said they didnt even look at it. But, when I looked at my dashcam footage, there was evidence that they did look at my car. So if they didnt look at the electrical problems, what did they do to my car?? Why did they not do anything for 7-8 days?? I dont get it. Took it else where and had a diagnosis in under an hour. Dont use this company, they are lazy and liars.

Needed repairs. They did not test drive the vehicle, therefore not realizing it needed adjustments. They refused to re-check their work without charging even more money. Bad ethically as well as poor customer service. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone....ever.

Sent a customer here to have work done they said they never got a response back from them called again and never got a response back from them and then told me they talked to the owner Tim and that he was very rude I will never recommend this place to any of my customers ever again

Tim Ledford and his employees have been taking care of my family and our vehicles for over 10 years. I am 50 years old and his is the first automotive shop I have ever felt I could go to without having a man with me. They dont try to oversell you. If I walk in with a list of things I need looked at he will tell me what is the most important to get fixed and what can be put off until I can afford it. He knows I have several babies that I carry in my car and he always make sure that my car is up to safety standards. When we buy a new vehicle hes also the one that does our pre-purchase inspection. Hes been in Powder Springs his whole life and its known very well and has a great reputation for treating people right and doing great work.

Worst customer service Ive ever had in public place was not helpful at all ended up damaging the car worse than it already was lied about replacing parts that the other mechanics pointed out were never replaced and then tried to charge me 300 and something dollars just to get it back when he did nothing to it
