I went at 6:30 today to change iPhone 7plus as My primary phone to iPhone 8. I paid the $20 When i thought it was $10 but ok. Then the phone does not work for my gps when i get in the car. I return inside store and tell her internet is not working or none of my apps and she connects me to the store or her internet to make it appear that it is working (I attached pics of me being connected to WiFi) when I disconnect from WiFi no apps work (no internet) its 6:58 at this point and she is locking store up (I’m in my car) i then call 611 and it says the sim is not activated. So what did i pay $20.58 for? Now i am phone less and unable to contact metro bc every time i call it ask me to activate SIM card then i say yes restart phone and same problem continues! I most def will NEVER return to this locationCUSTOMER SERVICE 888-8METRO8 made everything kind of ok. I wont have a phone for the night but first thing in morning they will give me a new SIM card.

What I liked about this Metro was that it opened on time...the Representative was nice and friendly...Great customer service which I strongly look for because I am a Representative for a company myself and I like to be treated as I treat others...🔥🔥🔥

I needed a new phone so I went in this store (I am an existing Metro PCS customer). One person working, and she could not help me at all. She said she was in training but she was there alone! I asked her about plans and she said she didnt know. I told her I was interested in a Samsung phone and she pointed to the front of the store and said they are up there on the oval table. Ummm, there are 2 oval tables. Asked if she knew anything about the features on the phones and she said no, but she could call someone to find out. She told me that whoever was training her left to deliver phones. So I left. Went to the Metro PCS store in Hiram and got a new phone with great customer service. While I know its not this persons fault that someone was irresponsible and left her there alone, yall lost a sale. I wont be back to this location.

I wish I could rate this store with 0 or less...People working here need more training😬😡!!My husband bought a new phone with new number from this store, and we paid the monthly payment the second day which was the day that we were suppose to pay it. Metro pcs disconected our line after the payment for more than 8 hrs.I went back to this store to lodge a complain, after wasted my precious time lineup, she told me that I will have to wait till whatever time it connect by itself that it was because I did not come to to d store to pay $3 to them in order to reconnect it for me. I said ok, and left. My husband did the samething and these people told him the samething they told me.My husband later went to another Metro pcs store and d guy over there told my husband that his account shows that he got a new phone line yesterday and that they did not connect our old lines with d new number. That is d reason why our account was suspendedMy husband went back there and they were telling him not to get mad because it wasnt as if they did it on purpose(rudely).
