Had to wait in line for about 10 minutes. Clerk was relatively pleasant. Completed my transaction pretty quickly when I got to the window.

They also have a machine to pay your bill after you enter the first set of doors if you dont feel like going all the way in. Be warn the machine doesnt give change back. If you over pay the change goes towards your next bill.

Submitted online app to turn the power on to the new home. The power was turned on. I get a call a few days later threatening to turn my power off because they don’t have any information on me. I submitted another application. Then a man shows up at my door to turn off my power because I don’t have any information in the system for the home. I go to the office, finally get it sorted out and they said they’re going to charge me a $40 fee. I said you don’t have to send anybody out it’s already on but they’re going to charge me anyway. The ladies were nice, but I hope to never do business with this company again. I give zero stars if I could.

All I have to say is that this company will try to milk you dry of your hard earned money. They care nothing about the customers. Be sure to submit all payments in person or through mail. Online, they can lie and get an extra $20 out of you. If you insist on paying online, Bill pay through your bank is the best way to go. Otherwise there is no way to prove your case. Your word against theirs and they always win. Good luck! Hope this helps someone out there.

Alabama Power is the worst power provider I have ever had the misfortune of HAVING TO USE! SERVICE SUCKS!!!! I had Central Alabama Electric for almost 15 years. GREAT COMPANY! AL POWER IS TOO CHEAP TO UPDATE THEIR EQUIPMENT SO......EVERYTIME THE WIND BLOWS...NO POWER!!AL Power = No power!! Terrible company.

The place to get electric washers and dryers, basically anything for the home.And pay your bills. .......lol

They have the worse women who Comes(Prattville) out to disconnect/reconnect. She has no respect!!
