The location is good the materials are typically in stock even through the pandemic and the employees actually have a clue of what they sell

The employees of Home Depot are outstanding. I was looking for drill bits and Gerri asked me if I needed help. Since I wasnt completely sure of what I needed, he found a set of drill bits that were on sale that contained everything I might need and more. It was also half of the price of the ones I had picked. He is a gem and a wonderful example of the caliber of folks who make Home Depot my home away from home. Thank you so much!

Employee actually approached me and asked if he could help. He was great and answered all of my questions. Ordering an install and he had person to call me within an hour. Great experience.

The Home Depot has everything including a Bidet! I went inside to see if they had one and they absolutely did! I can hardly wait until its installed so I can feel refreshed every single time.

The loss of the home town hardware stores is unfortunate. Its okay as big corperate box stores go. Still, its hard to get past the lack of service and assistance.

Today, I closed out a Home Depot Credit Card, and vowed to NEVER shop at Home Depot ever again!! As I get upset, all over again, I ask myself, why even bother sending this message.The thing is, I am a an active duty Command Master Chief in the United States Navy, with 26 years of service. Evreywhere you look, Home Depot allegedly cares for the countrys veterans. Well my experience has been to ABSOLUTE opposite!!I obtained a Home Depot line of credit, and purchased a refrigerator from 2710 Legends Pkwy, Prattville, Alabama 36066 on July 6, 2021. The delivery date was August 10, 2021, in which I took time off from work to be available for delivery. NO PHONE notification, informing of a delay or anything. That day comes and goes. I had to make SEVERAL calls, to finally be informed that my order was overlooked, and was rescheduled for August 12, 2021. Again, I took off of my occupation, that pays my bills, and still no deliver. As I did initially, I had to reach out once more, as NO ONE contacted me!After literally, hours of ME calling Home Depot, August 21, 2021 was the final straw. Though this was a Saturday, and I did not have to take off from work, there was NO DELIVERY nor phone call!!On top of me calling the store, speaking with a rude supervisor, being transferred to departments without hearing my issue, and placing multiple calls to customer service, I decided to cut ties completely with the entire organization.Now, through all of this, I was being billed (and constantly called) by the credit card company for payment, including late fees. If ANYONE from customer service, anywhere throughout this ordeal would have made contact with me, and informed me, PRIOR to the 3 delivery dates that came and went, I would have greatly appreciated it.There were 2 young ladies that followed up with me. Unfortunately, their follow ups were giving explanations, and gave no specifics on the refrigerator. The credit card company did adjust a late fee or two, but I still ended up paying a couple of dollars for an item that I never received.Again, I have no idea why I went through with this, but it was therapeutic to get this off of my chest. I began with my service to the country, which would not hold any bearing, had Home Depot not advertise how it appreciates veterans.Thank your your time, and I hope this is looked into, so that NO customer will receive this type of treatment, or lack their of!Orlando McLeod

The wife and I went to the garden center today to get some tomato cages. The two ladies working there was very helpful and curiosity. They were very professional in dealing with us. Really enjoy shopping there when people like theses two ladies or waiting on you. Sorry I didnt get their names.

I had to load up my own fireplace due to them not having any men staffed that could help me load it. I was kind of upset that not even one man from the entire store came to help me while I was parked right in front by the front door.The lady that was trying to help me even tried to argue with me saying it would have helped, and been nice if I would have been prepared to load it up-being I was driving an SUV (with 3rd row seats) and not a truck.That was extremely rude being that the fireplace fit right in my backseat with no problems just like I knew it would. Just sometimes its better to keep your comments to yourself when you dont know what youre talking about!

Like going there. If you need help finding a product there is always someone close to help you. I asked an employee where to find some grout. Instead of pointing and saying back by the tile he walked me all the way to the location.

Ok store, they never have everything I need each visit. Employees walk past you without acknowledgment, dont even look in your direction.

I recommend shopping here early in the morning or late in the afternoon.Prefabricated, 6ft tall 8ft wide pine fence panels. You will still need to purchase the posts. The panel is about the price of the material. Its a good deal.

This is the place to go in Prattville, AL for home improvement. Lumber is good quality. Not cheap though.

The guy at the sanitizing station out front and one older black gentleman as I was leaving were the friendliest people in this store. I needed help with the heat/air conditioner, no one was any where around. I searched an employee out, found one in the paint dept. I know air conditioners are not his dept. But he said he could help in a second or two. Told him Id meet him back there. Ten minutes later still no help. Home depot lost that sale, I wont be back because of poor service. I went to Lowes and bought a different one, at a cheaper price.

The Home Depot is my favorite warehouse hardware store. If you are looking for something, they should have it, or will be happy to order it for you. The main reason I shop there is because if you are trying to find something, you can and often will be asked if you need help. That makes a big difference. And if I happen to get the wrong item, I have never had a problem returning it. Great place for DIY shoppers.

Had what I needed but I had to find it myself. Saw a couple employees but they had their heads down walking down the front isle, so they would not see anybody to help.

Went to get a pick up everyone was friendly and fast

The pool products shelves were empty, and what they did have was outdated and covered with dust.

Good prices on dryers, so I picked one out that I wanted. I waited for the sales associate to help us. (she was chatting with another couple) 20 minutes later, she finished her conversation, she glanced our way and walked off. I guess because the store is closing. I took a picture of the tag and I am now headed to Lowes to see Tracy, because he has always taken the time to make absolutely sure we are waited on. $50 more, but they price match home depot. 😁

No better than Lowe’s. Customer service is nowhere to be found! Management ought to address this and do their job. I understand that many of the employees may not like what they do, but they are there to help, if they do not want to help the customer find a job somewhere else.

Home Depot remains my go-to choice for hardware and home improvement supplies, and will most likely remain such until a viable local alternative becomes available. Their selection and prices, combined with their generally knowledgeable and helpful staff insurers it.

Most of the time everyone is very helpful, but associates not very friendly or helpful at this visit. 5-4-2020. No karts, had to carry my items of 75 lbs all the way to my car, which was parked in the lower forty. I understand covid 19 precautions, but separate entrance and exit too far without a kart.

I love how organized this store is and how many options.
