I ordered a custom made radiator from DUBZ Thermal Products. While the radiator turned out fine, there was a billing issue, and I got overcharged. DUBZ Thermal Products promised to send me a check for the amount that I was overcharged, but I never received the check. Each time I followed up to check on the status of the check, I was promised that it was on its way. Finally after about a year of this back and forth, the business stopped responding to me and didnt answer any of my emails. I would not recommend using this business.

Ive been dealing with Fran @ Dubz thermal products for a few years. All of their work has far superceded my expectations on quality, craftsmanship, durability, and very competitive pricing. Their parts look so good one would think theyre works of art. Looking forward to many, many more projects with them.
