I am always in a new place because Im always in a new town. I drove up here from Brantley with my A/C not working after calling them last week. Once they knew what was wrong, they had it fixed in no time! As I sat there I heard customer after customer mention how they always go here, never any place else. I can see why! Wanted to have alternator replaced on Honda Odyssey under route 66 extended warranty. Was informed I would be charged additional 85 dollars for using warranty due to desk secretary having to make phone calls and complete paperwork.

I was a new customer. I had my 03 Ranger fuel pump replaced. Quick and excellent repair and a very fair price. I highly recommend and will will be back for Auto repairs. Also very friendly owners.

Absolute professionals!! I took my Nieces van there and they let us know what was going on at every juncture while they repaired her air conditioner. They charged 400 dollars less than the other estimate we had gotten and she now has good cold air in her van for her and her three babies. They are the best vehicle air conditioning experts in my opinion in Prattville or Montgomery!!

I had a flat tire on 82. My car has antitheft lugs on the wheels and I didnt have the tool to get it off. They had the tool but couldnt leave to help. Their was a very nice tow truck driver there who they loaned the tool to and he came and helped me get my old tire off and the donut on so that I could make it to get a new tire on. I wish I had gotten the tow truck drivers name. Thank you guys! You really helped me in a bind!

Called them first thing in the morning. They were slammed but somehow they still managed to install a new radiator, 4 brake pads and 2 rotors with same day service on my 2004 Nissan Armada. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Great service-friendly family owned operation. Second time using them and they will continue to get my business.

Went in because of my A/C.. my car uses 1234yf freon and they were the only ones who were able to get my diagnostic done! I took my car back a few days later for the repairs and they had my car ready in a timely manner & they were very reasonable on pricing. I would recommend them to family and friends!!

Highly recommended.. got an estimate from stivers to fix my AC and it was 1450. They told me alot of lies about all my lines leaking and they would have to take the bumper and grill off. Went to Alabama Auto AC and they had it checked out within 2 hours and repaired the lines going to my evaporator before 11 o clock for 200 dollars. Yall keep up the good work. Ill definitely he back.

1996 4 runner was carried the in 2019 with rear axle seals leaking. They replaced bearings, races and seals. Carried it home less than 5 miles away, they were pouring. It sat in the yard from Jan. 2020 until April 2020 when Neal came and took it back to shop...said he re done the seal, still pouring. He charged me over 700.00 and said now it needs new axle shafts, over 800.00 more. I got another mechanic to go get it and fix it. He said seals were not installed all the way on..put on new seals CORRECTLY and it is fixed. I think he should return my repair money and pay me for over a year lost time with car..

Mrs Brenda and her staff at either of their locations are awesome. Ive gone in anticipating a costly repair only to find out it can be done for $30. They do what needs to be done and wont try to twist your arm for additional services that arent crucial. They do all the work on my familys cars and will for the years ahead.

Took my car to another repair shop that quoted me $1800+ and then changed the quote when my husband came in to talk to them. All of a sudden the quote was $1400+. We said no thank you. I took the quote to Alabama Auto and A/C...manager asked Who told you that you needed all these parts/repairs? (I was by myself). They quoted me $687 for the entire repair and parts. Took it in Monday and my A/C works great. Almost 100% sure the other place saw a woman and thought we can charge her whatever we want. Alabama Auto and A/C mechanics and front office staff are great!

I got my car back from here Tuesday they said they fixed my car well as of today at 4AM this morning it broke down on side of road doing the SAME THING it was doing when I took it to them! I had to walk to work and be a hour late bc I trusted them with my car to do what was suppose to be done!! I will be seeing and calling them today! I DO NOT RECOMMENDThe cars name is under the last name Fisher not my last name and I called about 6 times today and it was a busy line the whole time! Yall were closed before I got off work

Asked to get my brakes fixed, paid $180, they still barely work. the vehicle is parked. Will never go back.Update: I took my truck in because I kept getting a check engine code and the main symptom (that I hadnt fixed already ie spark plugs, wires, compression check, etc) was the catalytic converter. I was told the code was ok (it wasnt the cat, told by them) but I would lose gas mileage and performance, which Im ok with as I only drive this vehicle a few times a year as necessary. My friends vehicle was having issues recently so I offered to drive her around while her vehicle was in the shop. We went to pick up her vehicle and I was told my brakes probably still have issues because when you brought it in for the catalytic converter we noticed brake fluid leaking from the rear (which is why I asked them to fix it before). The huge kicker is, they let me go, without telling me they noticed brake fluid dripping, and now offering to fix it. Unbelievable. And you are correct Alabama Automitive and AC Service, I have been going to you for several years and the service has been FANTASTIC, until you opened a new location. It now seems customer service means nothing. Treated rudely, work being done and charged without asking if the customer wants it done.

AC blows snowballs after they fixed it. Parking is limited and confusing. If you park in the lot next to it, a lady will come out of the barber shop next door screaming and cussing at you, in front of your kids it doesnt matter, to ask you if you can f*ing read. This happened a whole second after I put vehicle in park to let my husband out to pick up our vehicle so we could leave.

This is the only place I will ever take my vehicle. These people are the most honest, professional, and loyal automotive repair business I have ever been to.
