They did an amazing job on my car. Considering how it came to them and the issues with it. Now my car runs like a sewing machine.

We were traveling on our way to Florida Saturday Feb 29 when a wheel bearing went out on our pickup truck. We stopped at Carrolls Auto at approximately 4pm and were lucky to find that the shop was still open even though it was supposed to close at 2pm. They were kind enough to agree to look at it and install a new one that we had already purchased. However it was welded on the axle due to the brine thats used on our Canadian roads in winter and required a new axle. Rodney (owner) and staff of mechanics called all over the place until they found one in a neighbouring town and Rodney took us himself to buy it; a round trip of approximately an hour. It was installed in no time and we were able to continue our journey. We cant say enough about Rodney and his friendly and helpful staff. They went over and above any service we have ever received. Thank you just didnt seem enough especially as the labour charge was extremely reasonable.
