This store has great products, but the check out is long because of the lines, need to add more cashiers, although I know times are hard because of the virus.

This store was supposed to open at 10:00am it is now10:30 and they are still not open.

Passed by this place many times, but now that Ive stopped in I will be here whenever I need the stuff I used to get at Target. Nice place.

The store manager is very unprofessional! I said good morning where is the return line and she gives me a attitude! She is very lucky I didnt explode on her! And then not wearing a mask but I have to wear one!

I visited this location on 8/31/2020. Horrible experience! They had two lines open and I was standing in a line patiently waiting my turn to checkout. I had a young lady in front of me and an employee made a hand motion for 2 ladies from the other line to come in front of me. He could clearly see me standing there waiting to checkout!! I looked at my kids to make sure I was seeing what I just saw and they did. I pushed my cart off to the side and left everything in my cart that I was going to purchase! I will never shop there or recommend anyone to shop there. I don’t care if you had 65in flat screen tv cheaper then anywhere else this place will never get a penny of my money!!!

Most of the time this place has what u need and what u want . I think the prices are pretty good. The employees dont mind helping u at all . Sometimes u do have 2 look 4 someone, but, its worth it. I REALLY RECOMMEND IT. If you are looking for a place with low prices and good stuffs, this is the place. Is a great place with a lot of good products and good prices. The employees are very nice and helpfull. This location have a good parking lot. I found a lot of stuff that I needed and other that I liked. I have to say that I will be coming back to buy the stuffs I liked.

All the cashiers werent wearing their mask right, they were below their nose like its that hard to wear a mask! Thats why people keep catching covid because of employees like that

This store is resales damaged items. I purchased a vacuum cleaner yesterday and when I opened the box to put it together I realized that this item was damaged I contacted the store and of course they will not allow me to return it.

Harvard store is cleaner anyways..I cant believe the treatment today at west 65 ..I was a employee at Harvard a while back and I never ever treat our customers this way !!!

Buyer beware!! I went to this location looking for an area rug as the Northfields location was low on supply $14.99. I looked at the prices at west 65th and they were extremely high $49.99 I asked two young men who worked there why is there a difference in pricing? he said because we are not affiliated with the Roses here only the one in Akron wow Who knew?? I bought a 3x5 rug on northfield for $5.99 the west 65th location had them for $19.99 Really???

Nice and clean the people there were nice and friendly they have great stuff there for a great price love the store only down side is only two lines open most of the time but other than that it a great store I give it 5 out 5 Stars

Yea man. This place is pretty sweet. Rock bottom prices on department store goods such as clothes, housewares, electronics and even furniture. Not very many staff, but they were friendly enough. Toys are hit and miss. Small grocery section. Catering supplies are also available.

Love this store! This is in the old Kmart on west 65th, so its huge. They have tons of things here at discounted prices.

Good deals here but good luck if you need help or are in a hurry. Every time ive been there there is only 1 register open which is also taking returns and at least 6 people in line with zero sense of urgency and if you need help forget it. Their stone age paging system which is a bell you ring and ring and ring with not a worker in sight luckily after 30 min i noticed that the 1 caninet i needed into was accidentally left unlocked so i was able to go through all the items instead of rushed to get 1. Entire staff for sure gives off a dont care vibe. But it may not be their fault if the staff dont care that means the company is treating them rather bad. Shame shame roses. Keep ur employyes happy they will keep the guests happy they will spend money and keep the company happy.

I love shoping at this store however the cashiers are slow and the store is very messy by the furniture department couldnt get thru to even look at the stuff because it looked like someone had just thrown the rugs around the floor it was horrible back there

They have really great products but its a bit of a toss considering the quality of the item. Ive gotten sloppy stitching in clothes.

What how was it is that theres barely any carts for people to use and then theres like one big line and then second of all we get body wash and theres stuff on the bottom of it its just disgusting but the place that has good clothing and hats and all that other stuff
