Great store, with sweet, attentive staff. Its Target, so of course, they have like everything... but its always good quality products at a decent price!

Employees are very helpful. Prices great. Cashier s are very cordial and friendly.

We love Target and go to our local one in Florida multiple times per week. You for sure want to skip this one. We have stopped here multiple times traveling to get items we needed and every time is the same. The bathrooms are disgusting and messy. Having a baby and needed to change them it is disturbing to have to go into somewhere like this. You are better off at a random gas station. Walking around, the store usually seems to be in disarray at times. Just drive to one in Birmingham if you need to stop at Target. Bud

Employee acting very unprofessional. Came up to the customer ahead of me to talking ugly to her and then telling other customers how she cant follow instructions. Employee said to come to custoner service and she would check some out, did not specify limit on items. Then told customer she had too many items go back in line at registers. Customer did comment I wish she had specify that before I left the line. She filled that customer to register and was very rude. Worse part is taking it to other customers.

They always have what I need and are extremely helpful if Im looking for things.

Just another target. Only employees I saw were cashiers. The power shopping carts were dead so there were older people and a lady who had just had back surgery that couldnt shop. Store was organized and clean so its definitely s good store. Just was a lazy rainy Sunday evening so it wasnt busy.

The cashier I had was friendly and fast. Super nice and made sure all my stuff was in as few bags as possible. The store was well stocked as well, found even more than what I went in for!!

This is a wonderful place, a magical place a place where the dreams of a nerd can come true. U see during the hight of the pandemic i was trying to find a ps4pro i wanted one because there was a game coming out that was not going to come to PC so if I wanted to play it id need a pro. Well nowhere had one except Prattville Target, its a pretty nice target, nicer than the Montgomery target. They also have some other good stuff but thats really the only reason i went but yea i thought i was SOL but target cake thru for me.

My wife and I were shopping at Target in Prattville today and upon leaving, my car would not start. There was a young lady in her vehicle next to us. She is a Target employee just arriving to work. She politely asked I we needed a jump. We did, but we did not have jumper cables. A fellow employee was leaving Target, most likely after his work shift. She asked him if he could help. He agreed without hesitation. Within a few minutes we were on our way! What a bright ray of sunshine on an otherwise cloudy, rainy day! I dont know your names, but thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and kindness. Target- keep employing folks like these and you wont go wrong!

Great curbside pickup experience, quick and easy

Had most everything I wanted.Couldnt find a few things, asked someone who works there and was ignored!Oh well, next time will just get a manager

The boys infant and toddler section is a tiny area, meanwhile the girls sections are almost triple the size....what the heck???

I ordered some items from Target.com online and my items were ready in the 4 hour grace period. The reason I gave the Target in Prattville, AL a 5 star score which is rare because I normally give 4 stars because I believe we all have room for improvement. But, the young ladies at the customer service desk were great as they were very polite and they found my order quickly so I could make my flight.

We stopped to get a new Fire Tablet for our little boy. They had the one we asked for in stock (even per website) and the associate pulled it from the case, handed it to us, and walked to the register.They then told us the item wasn’t available for sale yet, and they couldn’t sell it until 6/27 - even though it was in stock on line and in store and we had the item in hand. Zero flexibility, just a “sorry” as they took the item away.

Quick and easy

I have to say Mardavian is one special young man he went out of his way to help me and another lady find the items we needed. I have difficulty with my back and that lady had to have a wheelchair. He was exceptional! He deserves a raise! Thank you Target for having such an amazing young man work for you. He works with a smile that is contagious during this difficult time that were in 😊

We bought a coffee pot. When we got home, the pot had been used and it was very dirty and gross. We had to drive all the way back to Prattville to return it.

Quite a lovely store, bathrooms can be lacking but at least they are at the front of the shop.They have a nice Starbucks. I almost always find what I want at target, and their employees are usually nice as well.

Target is always clean, friendly employees and usually some really great deals with coupons and Circle offers.

My husband was rudly singled out, kicked out, and embarrassed by the Rhonda at the front. He has a health condition and is unable to wear a mask, she told him he needed to leave extremely loud in front of other customersand had an awful attitude. I still went inside, and passed MULTIPLE customers not wearing masks. Not sure why she thought it was okay to single one customer out, but target needs to address this. She then came outside and proceeded to HARRASS my husband, and as I walked out without my mask she looked at me and said oh so you just decided you werent going to wear a mask either. I then asked her name and she got an attitude and shoved her name tag in my face. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO RUDELY TREATED BY A TARGET EMPLOYEE.

The online process was extremely easy. Merchandise was ready quicker than I had anticipated and pick up was a very quick process .

I love our Target store--even though today was NOT a good shopping experience. Wanted to access the Baby Registry. One computer was not working, the other worked, but the printer was out of toner and paper. Supposedly someone was supposed to order toner. This store is in the same shopping center as Office Depot which sells commercial toner. Seriously?? I was told to use my phone to access registry--using my data plan. The website is horrible--does not show items location, give enough info, and kept cycling on and off, requiring me to enter all the info over and over again. Finally got an item--dont know if its the correct one because of lack of info on website--then on to the ONE full-service register that was open. Even the self-service registers had lines. Ridiculous.

Nice, cleanish, not as friendly a staff. Both staff people I asked questions to were clueless.I bought two air mattresses for company that never came. Tried to return the unopened boxes. Learned that they dont take air mattresses back only exchange. I asked where that policy is posted. She said she thought on their website. When I asked to speak to a manager, she went and asked the question to the manager. Same answer. I didnt get to talk to a manager. I asked for instore credit and was denied. Second time Ive had issues. Will shop elsewhere. They are not senior nor disabled veteran friendly folks, in my experience. Bathrooms where filthy too. You would have thought that would be different in this COVID time.

Nice staff. Convenient location near other stores and restaurants. I was always able to find someone to help. An employee even helped me take furniture out to my car and loaded it into the trunk. Only giving it 4 stars because I personally know a worker there who tried to transfer to another target and her information was never sent. Other than that great place to shop.

They don’t understand that they would get a lot more money if they opened up their dressing room like I was going to get like 4 bathing suits but i couldn’t because there dressing room wasn’t open🙄

Semi-negative experience I had with one of the store managers.My husband and I stopped at this Target to pick up a few things and it was a typical Alabama hot afternoon... much too hot to leave a dog in the vehicle. About 3/4 of the way through our shopping trip, a manager approached us and asked was our dachshund, which my husband held throughout our shopping visit, was a service animal. We told her it was not. She let us know that only service animals were allowed in the store. I let her know that we were almost finished and would be checking out shortly.Heres the deal... our dog was MUCH MORE well behaved than at least one child we saw in the store that was having a fit in one of your aisles; he didnt bark or cause any scene when several of your customers wanted to pet him. We have shopped in many high-end stores (Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, etc.) where pets are welcomed and encouraged. Considering that Target has used a cute dog in your advertising through the years, you would think your company might be more understanding and not so rigid.I hope you will re-consider this harsh policy going forward... especially during the summer months when it is so very hot outside!

I really enjoy shopping at this target! It is not a super target but it does have essentials for groceries if needed. My wife loves the organic and all natural products for groceries and thankfully this target provides them. The reason for the 4 star is because of the amount of cashiers at any given time. I havent seen more than 3 cashiers anytime, typically it isnt an issue however.

Seems like raised prices on everyday to make up for sales items.

My family went to the pharmacy for the Flu shot. Wonderful staff. Store is always clean. Well organized.

I live on the outskirts of town and needed to call to make sure they had an item I was looking for before u drove all the way there. There automative answering system kept hanging up on me. When I would pick an extension it just hung up. Every time. I tried 4 times and it did it every time. Im not even going to waste my time going there to see if they have what I need. Just going to go straight to Party City. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Love this target, always seems clean and associates are nice.

Its a target...same as any other. Shopping center location has more than a dozen different stores of every kind. Checkout lanes were not well staffed - Saturday at 5pm and two lanes open with 20-30 people waiting. Could be more efficient.

I really enjoyed my experience shopping. Would have been better if they stocked earlier in the morning though. Pallets all over store the day I was there.

Store pricing (product price tag) is consistently wrong at time of checkout. The Target app hangs while scanning items in store for Cartwheel discounts.

Target has hard to find items and their hours of operation make it fit in to most anyones schedule. The prices are reasonable selections are varied. An enjoyable shopping experience.

Wow!! So theres no Starbucks employee at the counter. We peak around the corner to the seating area to find the one Starbucks employee chomping on pop corn only to be told it would be another 30 minutes because she was on break. Is that any way to run a coffee shop?

What Target did for sales this week was awesome. Buying specific items / price amounts of items and relieving gift cards is probably the best thing to ever happen to me and my Mom since we got custody of my nephew. And I really appreciate that.My cashier was very nice. But I did have to go to customer service to make sure I received the gift cards with the right amounts. No biggy. And they gladly got me good and taken care of. Thank you again for everything.

Decent but not the best target. Shoe section is ALWAYS a disaster. Never more than 2 registers open (unless its a big holiday) no matter how many people are in line.

Great place to shop for household items, clothing and shoes, accessories and you can also pick up some food items. Always neat and clean.

Called several times and no matter what dept you picked to be transferred to it was immediately disconnected and you were hung up on. It’s sad when 4 different stores said they had something in stock only to find out their stock is wrong and this store can’t even pick up the phone. Sad.

I purchased utensils online for a wedding. I called the store to confirm my order had arrived before heading over to pick them up since I live in another town. I thought it would be an easy pick up, in and out in 5 minutes. The order was short by 3 boxes. I asked if they had some in store. The answer was no. I asked if they could refund the three missing boxes. The answer was no. I was told they could cancel my online order and ring up my purchase in store but, I already paid for my purchase!! None of this made sense. The clerk asked if I had my debit card. The answer to that was no. Why do I need my debit card when I’ve already paid for my purchase?? I was running late for a meeting so I left. This situation was absolutely ridiculous. Never again.

It’s ridiculous how they don’t have any summer clothes out and that their swim suit tops don’t go past a DD I come in every year to see if the stores have decided to have some for bigger breast women and they don’t. Overpriced for the cheap quality for most of their items. Disappointing.
