There is a woman name Sabrina that works at this location and she is amazing. My father in law stuck his Sim card in tray hole and got it stuck. Couldnt get it out with anything. She took the cellphone apart, retrieved Sim card and put phone back together. He was ready to pay her for her service and she told him its no charge. Amazing. We highly recommend this store for cellphone repair. They are especially certified with Samsung.

Process could not be simpler. Set up an appointment for replacing my iPhone 6 battery, The attendant was extremely courteous. Dropped the phone off and it was ready to go 30-minutes later. The price was very reasonable, all data/photos on the phone remained intact, and now I can avoid a $1000+ phone upgrade by instead paying for a $59 battery replacement. I am highly satisfied with the service provided by Batteries Plus Bulbs.

I set an appointment and in minutes they called notifying me that they currently didn’t have that screen in stock but If I wanted I could pay a deposit and in 2-5 days when the part was in, they would repair it immediately. Received a call 1 1/2 days later letting me know my phone had been repaired and ready to be picked up. Looks and works like new. ThanksPS. The repair cost was cheaper than two other places I checked

I let my motorcycle battery die down to the point that I couldnt charge it. I took it in to buy another one. The staff told me that they could possibly slow charge it for a few days and bring it back to life, which they did. They didnt even charge me. Great staff, great store. Weve also gotten other batteries from them before. Highly recommend.

Sean cleaned out my charging port on my phone and now it works great! Everyone there is super helpful! They seem to have a great team at that store that is happy to help anyone no matter how small the issue is.

I had completely shattered my iPhone and came to see Sabrina for a repair. She greeted me with a smile and was happy to help me. She made sure I was aware of all repair policies and options, and quickly fixed my screen for me! I was expecting it to be a long process but it wasn’t even 30 minutes before I had my phone back as good as new. I’d recommend this location, and especially Sabrina, for any repairs and I’ll definitely be using batteries+bulbs in the future.

I Own Brasher’s Fencing and I install automated gate openers. I purchased two Duracell batteries to replace two old ones in an LA 400 automated system. Within two days of installing the batteries the customer called, he was having the same issue. I went out several times and worked on his system. Finally I changed out the batteries with two new ones from the battery source in Montgomery al. The system has worked perfectly ever since. When I tried to return the Duracell batteries they refused to refund the money. I will NOT be purchasing anything from this company again. If you can’t stand behind the products you sell, don’t sell them.

Please read and reconsider*Tl;Dr: lied to me about when it will be finished, and didnt fix my phone, but still request payment!!I first took my phone in for a repair due to broken camera and a small crack on the screen. Gave us an estimate of $239 to fix everything, and it will take 2 hours to fix. So I said fine. Please fix it. So I waiting for 2 hours, and they told me they cant finish the repair and that they will have to finish it the next day. I told her thats fine. But I do have to leave out of town for Thanksgiving trip. If the phone cant be fixed, please just give it back and I will bring it back after the trip. She then agreed. I went back to pick up my phone and she said the phone isnt ready and she cant give it back because she took it apart. She offered to give me a discount and apologized, so I took off. I asked her when it will be finished and she said Tuesday after Thanksgiving. When I returned the phone still wasnt ready. She said that the part didnt come in. Again, frustrated, but she apologized and asked to give her more time. So I waited and waited until she called to tell me that the phone is ready. When I went to pick up the phone they asked for $220. A measly $10 discount for the fib, broken promise and me not having my phone for weeks!!! The worst part is he didnt even fix the main reason why I came in there for, MY CAMERA!! Please

This place has some truly amazing people working here. I can’t for the life of me remember the young lady and young man’s name that helped me last night but my husband and I walked in about 30 seconds after closing as these two were about to look up. My car battery was beyond dead and had no hope of being jumped. The gentleman tried to give me a jump but still nothing. The young lady made calls to see what could be done for me to purchase a new battery because all their systems were down for the night but thess two employees stayed 45 minutes passed closing, found a way and got me back up and running! God bless both of you!

Was greeted with a smile and friendly Welcome. Waited, while 2 employees tried to explain something to a foreign lady that could not understand English. She kept given a phone to one of them for someone on the phone to explain something. The other employee came to help me while the other kept trying to make the lady understand. As I was paying I heard the guy helping her say Im giving you a 44.00 discount but I still dont think she understood. As I left the lady was still arguing in a language that could not be understood. I thought to myself, I dont think I could have been that patience. Im giving a 5 star for the professional manner that the employees gave to someone that could not be understood. Probably trying to solve a problem that they could not understand.
