Jessica was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and excellent at her job! She even walked us, with our bag in her hand, to the door when leaving! Such amazing customer service today! If she isn’t a manager, she should be!! EXCELLENT!!

The manager Jessy was amazing!! We sat on hold with Verizon for over 2 1/2 hours and they kept hanging up on us. And she never gave up. Left Verizon after 20 yrs! Cricket is awesome! Thank you for all your hard work today YOU HAVE BEEN A BLESSINGS TO US!

I went in today to purchase a replacement phone. Pay for it outright. The very rude and snippy manager, Brandi could not explain why I had to pay for a upgrade fee when I just wanted a replacement phone. I was replacing one I broke, my fault. Why should I have to pay and upgrade fee for the same phone? She could not answer my question. Then I find out that it is her car parked in the handicap spot. Her response, Well I can move it. The only thing missing from her response was the head going back and forth or the finger wave. VERY SNOTTY and RUDE. Another customer told her he could call the police and get her ticketed. Her response to me, threatening me will not help you with your phone issue. I did not threaten her the guy standing next to me only suggested calling the police on her illegally parked car. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, no loyality to paying customers.

Excellent Service with a SMILE

Not pleased with the customer service, they were throwing stuff at each other (playing around way too much) I really wanted to get out sooner but they were talking way too much about dumb stuff not work related (very inappropriate stuff) a pen almost hit me and they didnt even apologize at least, they just made a joke about it. As I was walking out no one even said good bye or anything they just continued talking and arguing and playing around. I did say thank you and have a good day to them twice, yet I got ignored both times. The whole time I was just quiet didnt complain at all, I was very calm I was never rude but I guess thats what happens when youre too calm.

The man in there was very helpful and had a great personality. Would have given 5 stars but the other lady that was in there was really annoying because she kept interrupting him.

Not very helpful and miscommunication between store employees and insurance company Asurion. Never got an answer or solution for several issues in the last few months. Also they Started charging to even call in and talk to customer service.
