I went to Dang It! with my iPhone that said “IPhone disabled connect to iTunes” I was baffled by it.. when I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome.. Took my phone in with no appointment and they were able to fix it within 30 minutes. Very chill laid back folks who did a great job. Hopefully, I wont need to have another repair like this but if I do, I will definitely use them. Aldo was the technician who worked on my phone and he did a great job!

This place was very helpful it helping me with my phone repair. I had a faulty charging port on my S9 and brought it over. Hunter was very helpful in verifying that the port was in fact faulty. Not only did he offer to repair it but also helped direct me to ensure it was covered under warranty, which it was. Very helpful and awesome business practices! The microphone on my Android quit working. They were able to fix it!! Saved me so, so much money by not having to buy a new phone. I have confidence to go back if I have an even bigger technical problem that needs to be corrected. The guy was super chill and super helpful.

Quick diagnosis - they had parts on hand and were able to fix my Samsung phone the same day. The tech immediately started work on it. I was able to go to lunch and come back and pick it up. Im very pleased with their service and the outcome. Screen replacements on the newer phones can be costly (due to part cost), but still less than a new phone.There is the usual upsell attempt for a liquid glass protector (he wasnt pushy, just mentioned it as an option), but considering that it comes with a warranty for your screen, it might actually be worth getting on newer phones. I definitely recommend going to this location for repairs and avoiding a costly replacement phone.

Cracked my screen over the weekend. Brought it in, no appointment. Screen fixed in less than one hour. Had a problem with the new screen streaking images, brought it back the next day and they replaced the screen again NO WUESTIONS ASKED!! Great customer service. They sold me a defective screen TWICE. The second time there was an intermittent issue with the display and because he could not get the issue to replicate itself they refused to replace it as if I would waste my time coming there after a long day of work at a surgery center to falsify information . There is no way for him to see a problem that’s intermittent without leave my phone with him; my only means of communication .
