Made a appointment two weeks ago for my hair to be done in my birthday, which is today... And when I called to confirm the appointment no one knew what I was talking about.. they took my number and said they would call me back when they figured it out, that was 3 hours ago and I still have yet to hear anything back . So I went to framework hair salon to get it done . Not only are the organized, but the are polite, professional, and amazing. I recommend you forget about jcwhatever and come get your hair done at framework Im happy that they were so unorganized I would of never found this place .

I come to your Salon quiet often, ever since the Mask Mandate has expired I havent had to ware a Mask entering the store or while having my hair done in the Salon. The last time I came into the Salon on 6/24/21 the Manager Jennie Decoff was very rude when telling me, not asking me to put my Mask on, I have been in customer service jobs for a long time and the most important thing is customer service. There are many ways to ask someone to ware a Mask without speaking very loudly and being rude.Just thought someone needed to know.

I wasnt happy with the lack of knowledge from the staff. I was sent to three different areas to find queen size sheets for our sleeper sofa. I left. You can have JCPENNEY. I know no one want to work at department stores but this sucked.

Had a bad experience with an online issue. Wasnt able to speak with a live operator, on the 1-800 number,. Call local store information, to no avail I was put on hold for 30 minutes, no answer. When it came down to it, my funds made it good for withdrawals, but my merchandise was either out of stock, with not letting me know my options or who must I communicate with other than a recorder. However, dont take my word for it, check it out for yourselves. 🤔😷😟

She was so helpful and so sweet helping me pick out textiles for my new home. 800+$ worth of merchandise for about 350$ She should be promoted to manager! She walked with me around the home dept and made suggestions on what colors I should go with. I was very pleased thank you Prattville JC Penny . I LOVE your style!!!

Cubside service is a joke. I checked in and sat and waited for 10 minuets and no one ever showed. Then had to call inside and still waited for another 10 minutes for someone to bring it out. Once the associate brought out my items she didn’t acknowledge me or anything she just threw my bag in the passenger window and walked off. Very unprofessional.

Sales people are always friendly and helpful. Im a big man and buy all my clothes there. Always have good deals other than around holidays. Love my Pennys store.

I really like this store. Sometimes it’s better to buy stuff online because of the online coupons but this store is one of my favorites. There’s some really nice stuff here for all ages and budgets! There’s always a sale going on and being a rewards member is great. Points equals money so you can’t beat free money. Having school uniforms is a bonus too because a lot of people don’t even think to come here for those— which means they’ll more than likely have your kids color and sizes here

Huge selection. Great sales but original prices are a bit high. The customer service was great. Four stars because the cashier left the dye tag on my shirt and I had to drive back for them to remove it. However, I ended up finding more sales on my second trip. It was worth it. Spent 24$ on 50$ worth if clothing!

This is why they are GOING bankrupt. They are marking up merchandise 300 percent and not HONORING sales signs. I was just here and they have a sign saying the item is 19.00. They mark it up to 150 and RIng it up at 29.99. This is FRAUD.

Ordered merchandise online shipped to store. After being notified merchandise was in picked up. One order was fine the other was the wrong size sent back mid November. Have called 800 number said it was shipped to local store. Called local store 3 times said they would check and get back to me, havent heard a word. Went to store today where I spent over 45 minutes waiting for them to find my item, got tired of waiting asked for them to call and let me know. Still nothing this is a Christmas present.

For the salon not the store. Dont take your kids to it. When you come up they ignore you. Then when they find out you have money they bend over backwards. No thanks. I grew up in my moms salon EVERY customer regardless of what they look like is a client. They lost my 2 daughters, 2 sons, husband, and my monthly highlight n color, and weekly blow-dry style. Such bigotry. Still waiting on that southern hospitality.

The Big and Tall section is a joke. They have very little to choose from as far as tall size clothing goes. I dont even attempt to browse anymore when I go in. I have to order online pick and pick up in store. Thats the only reason I walk through the doors.

I like this store. I love JCPenney.The man working in the jewelry department named Jacob is very rude. He should not even be allowed to work in retail. His costumer service skills are nil. I will still give the store a 5, but Jewelry County Jacob gets nothing!!!!!

Dont go here if you love your hair. You will leave gapped, and mutilated like I was if you do! All I asked for was layers and the dead end to be cut! I even told the stylist about my daughters up coming wedding & sons graduation. Can you imagine walking your daughter down the isle and pictures taken for memories with this hair? now I had to have my hair cut again just so my future growth would grow in even.

My recent visit to JCPENNEY in Prattville was great. Yolanda, the Manager is so great & has a customer-oriented work ethic. She & Sierra assisted me with my situation & it took some time & dillengence. Both are at great asset to this store. Yolanda was being pulled by several of her workers for assistance. Yet, she was able to assist me & them with great tact & patience. Thank you ladies. I will be in again before December 23rd & hope you guys will be there.

The prices are terrible. $30 for stretchy shorts for my kid. Theyre cotton not gold. They advertise that they have Adidas and other sports brands but really they only have their brand and Nike. You get one close rack of Nike by the way. They only have the old Adidas shoes not the new superstars dont waste your time going there unless youre an old lady or do you like the gross southern clothes. This is a store definitely for your typical basic southern people. Have fun Alabama

I normally have excellent service anytime I get highlights and my hair cut at the salon but this wasnt one if those times.This time, the stylist complained so much I found myself apologizing at every turn.The stylist, Angie, had apparently been in a wreck sometime within the week I went to have my hair done and complained the whole time about having to do my hair.When my husband brought some water for me, he took me aside and asked ME why the stylist had an attitude.Such was her complaining about having to do my hair, I ended up sticking my nose in my phone just to escape her complaints and snippy comments...something I never do because it is rude.Yet when her next client came in for his appointment, she was all smiles and courteous to him. I guess I needed to be a male in order for her to be nice.It is a good thing that I actually liked the highlights even with her bad attitude but I will never use her again!

I went to JC Penney specifically for an add sent to my email about bogo converse. There was no one in the shoe department for over an hour. I could not find a single associate around the store and the cashiers had a line a mile long backed into the womens clothes. I just left. I figured they didnt really want to sell anything if they didnt have anyone working the floor in a department store. Sadly, the days of JC Penney as we knew them 15-20 years ago have gone. Dont waste your time if you believe you will need any assistance at all.
