Absolutely the worst walmart I have ever been to.

There was clearly a sign that read, well you can see it and we told the cashier and she was like wait, I dont know how to override the price then with the payment, she didnt know how to do it on the register. First there was only self check out open and one register, several people just walking around, not sure what to do. This is why I usually do pickup so I dont even have to tackle the store. I will say that the lady who was finally able to get on a register and assist us was nice and the first lady who couldnt get us squared away did come to check on us. So thats why I did give more than one star. Gotta show grace. They showed up to work.

I’m a associate here and only been here for 1 week and it’s literally the worst job to have ! I work 1st shift and I’m apparel. While u have team leads who talk to u like your not human . U have management who is not managing and not resolving any situations. I had a team lead and 2 of her workers tell me and my co worker that we are in there way and need to get out there space when we ( apparel and truck unloaders) work in the same space. It’s very rude and nobody have no type of curtesy towards any body and to make it even worse the 2 truck unloaders was old enough to be my grandparents and they were just plain disrespectful and rude. I don’t know how much longer i will be working here . Also they want apparel to do things in a timely speed but never have i ever been trained the right way on how to do ANYTHING in my work area . The only told me to fold clothes and put them where u see the matching one . It’s just a lot of u guys thinking about working at a Walmart pls DO NOT WORK AT COBBS FORD!

If you have alot of groceries to get, save your time and patience and go elsewhere. Only thing that is open is self checkout (which is fine) but no conveyer belt so you have to leave your items in your buggy and once you get them rung up, you have to get another buggy or set them on the floor. You would think spending over $400 there would make someone want to assist but no. Had to wait 35 minutes for someone to come and assist with items that wouldnt ring up.

Please give out maps so people can find where in the creation stuff has been moved too.Then once you find what you’re looking for, it’s either not in stock or the rack is so jam packed full & half behind done with a mixture of everything thrown in you can’t find what you need without unloading everything from the rack.I get the stockers have to get everything on the floor, but get bigger racks to handle everything that gets ordered.

Seems like no matter what Walmart I go to lately it never has the selection it had before this part time employee laws started. Now select Walmarts are doing away with cashiers and basically banking the customer work without a paycheck or discount

They half the time have what I need when I have to go in. I stopped going in due to rude employees at the register who wouldn’t even say a word nor tell me my total! I now do online ordering which has worked out so much better for me! I love their ordering service! I can just drive to the Walmart and spend anywhere from 10-50 minutes waiting for my order and they will load it up for me! I hate the longer wait from time to time but I will take that over having to deal with a rude cashier or have sore feet anyway!

Imagine being Walmart, spending thousands on installing new coolers only to have them not turned on. Ever. One of the employees said the store doesnt keep them cold to save money. Seriously? Yeah, I would love some lukewarm coffee.

When I walked in there was an elderly woman who needed a motorized cart, the greeter refused to move, help, or locate one that worked and exasperated the older woman who couldnt get around well was about to leave before I stepped in to assist her. Truly selfish employees who lack empathy or enough self respect to do the job they get paid for.

Getting more excise look for what I need when I find it everything is great thats while I keep shopping there keep the good work up👍

I think the name says it all! They have everything....the things you need...the things you want....they got it! Even things you didnt know existed...lol

It was well kept 4 the most @ different areas..But it had isles that u couldnt pass with ur cart because of merch on pallets.

Stood in line for 45 minutes waiting on someone to bring a key because the person in front of me used a $50 and the machine jammed. The young lady called 3 times for a manager that never came. The lady was very nice and apologetic. I had to move to another register that actually had a person on it and when I finally left the lady was still waiting for a manager to bring a key.. This happens alot to cash customers. Same thing happened to me three weeks ago with the change, they only have one registered that takes cash and only a manager has a key. The person over the scan and go should have a key because managers can never be found.

This walmart is ok... good customer service but it seems like they are never completely stocked up, for example, everytime i go they are out of something unlike most of the other walmarts in a 20 mile radius... if you get annoyed by this just take the extra 5 minite drive to the walmart in millbrook which is always stocked up it seems.

I would say its fair, Walmart used to be my favorite place to go a long time ago, but for some reason now its always crowded and not enough workers. Ive been trying to avoid it to be honest. Lines are ridiculous and its hard to shop when all of the aisles are congested. Not to mention they always run out of stuff. I dont know if the world is just overpopulated, or if theyre just not ordering enough stock and hiring enough workers. But but something just not adding up 🤔🤷

Unless you want to be your own bagger or checker, dont go here. ( Publix is WORTH it!) They usually have only one or two cashiers to help., but they have plenty of people to stand around if you need help checking your own and people running around filling orders to be picked up. What a change! Also, held 30 mins for help from Garden Shop, then for a manager. Neither ever came to the phone. I gave up and went to Home Depot, then Publix.

Disclaimer: This isnt about masks, this is about unenforced policy.Its posted that masks are still required, so I come in prepared with a mask and NO ONE is wearing one.Being honest, kinda made me feel like a fool for trying to be considerate enough to follow the posted store policy.So if masks are not mandatory, Id appreciate updating the info so as not to make me waste masks.

Decent crowd still got a decent parking spot in and out quickly with what I had to do, go to money services. Everyone was friendly and helpful

The only reason Im giving a 2 is because of the associate who was answering this I started timing to see how long they would take before they decided to get off their on the clock break to help. 12 mins go by and I call the store and tell the lady who answers the phone the problem. This lady went out of her way to come and help me herself. It tool her less than a mins to come up front finally a customer. Points out to the associate that unneeded help, as she rolls her eye because she has no choice but to notice me I tell her that Im ok and have someone coming to help.Sadly this isnt the first time I have had issues with lazy associates at your store. DO BETYER2 the phone (I wasnt even thinking and forgot to get her name. I was in self checkout earlier and for some reason my item needed approval, my red light was blinking and I stood waiting for help, there were a associates standing around by the other self checkout looking at me ad if I was invisible. He not at all! Yes when I noticed

Theyre remodeling. Its understandable but, very confusing. Running in circles trying to find things.

Absolutely fantastic experience with the help of Desmond, an employee that did not work the garden center, but helped me with the cart and loaded up a bunch of flowers and plants and pots that I purchased. Best customer service Ive had in a long time!

This giant has gotten to big for good customer care. The online grocery department is awful. I order much need grocery paid n on my way to the door to go get it I get an email that the order is delayed. They had the audacity to also say we are very busy. So I wait watching for a email that my order is ready. 45 minutes later I get a email that my order has been canceled n my money could be tied up in their account for up to 3 days.

This use to be one of the best Wal-Marts around to shop at but now they have it so messed up from moving everything around & switching up everything to curbside pickup & self check out it is a disaster cant find anything you need or looking for anymore my advice go to the Millbrook or Clanton Wal-Mart.

So I understand that this location is going through the remodel but it is so ridiculous and confusing. It doesn’t seem organized one bit and there at literally 2 registers open other than the two sides with the self checkout. It took me 40 minutes to get to the register to buy less than 20 items. I hate this Walmart, rarely any associates around and so much confusion. It’s stupid.

After shopping for 1hour and a half,I was ready to ck out! NO REGISTER OPEN! I asked a clerk why,I was Informed I needed to self ck out!My cart was FULL! was also informed this was how it would be from now on! I said, You can put the goods back on the shelves! LEFT. went to Publix and reshopped! DONE WITH WALMART!

There were no cashiers and only 3 self-checkouts...checkout was terrible.

As I got to the checkout the woman on the register said the lane was closed.i would have to do the self checkout...then she just stood overly the self checkout line doing nothing. I dont work for Walmart and Im not getting an emotional discount so I think I will take my business elsewhere

I think that by far this is the worst walmart I have ever visited. I usually go to the millbrook Walmart. But decided to try pratville. But will not go back to pratville. Very unorganized. No help what so ever. Not clean.

Used self checkout the machine did not give my change back. The store associate took her time giving my 7 dollars back helping customers that were after me. I will never use Prattville walmart again if I can help it. Wait time for 7 dollars was 30 minutes.

We’ve used grocery pickup for over a year now and haven’t had any major issues until yesterday. Pulled into the parking lot and every spot was taken. Nobody delivering groceries. And a line of 10 people standing around the delivery door with carts, just as it was about to pour. Did a circuit around the parking lot and then talked to one of the ladies waiting that said she’d been there for over two hours. I left and rescheduled my pickup for this morning.Get home from the pickup and over half of my order (all of the food) was missing. Tried to call the pickup number and was hung up on twice before I could even say hello. Third time the phone just rang and rang. I understand that they’re probably hiring as much as other businesses as a lot of “workers” are staying home with the free money, but management needs to figure out how to adapt.

I enjoyed using the online grocery app for the first time. It was user friendly, fast, easy and I was able to pick my groceries up on time without getting out of the car. And as a mother of 3 (2 toddlers) that just saves me soooooooo much time. The only negative is nothing was double bagged. Some of the bags tore before I could get them out of the car 😡. But overall good job Walmart, now just do something about those cheap bags🤦‍♀️.

Why is it you can never get this Prattville Walmart to answer the phone? Why is it they cannot deliver groceries on time? When you try to call to see when your groceries will be there after they are 3 hours late you surely cannot get anyone to answer, you pay for a service that Walmart can’t honestly provide especially at the Prattville Alabama Walmart. They do not even have the decency to answer the phone to let you know when the groceries you already ordered and paid for will be there. It makes you wonder what standards one must have to have to manage the store ! Hummm I think that there is some serious issues with those getting to paid to do a job that is jot being done. I’m a business owner and there is no way this would be acceptable in any form, you pay for a service and service is provided.

The lines are always long. With few cashiers. Now that they have added self checkout its not any better. Money center in always closed and the wait in customer service live is ridiculously long. However I gave two stars because cashier was very nice and I saw a many professionally handle a situation that could have gone horribly wrong.

Better visit than most. Ive been looking for a certain variety of sewing thread at various locations and the Walmart that had it was the one that doesnt sell fabric anymore. I guess that is the reason their sewing supplies and accessories werent picked over.

Out of all the Walmarts Ive been to in the area this one always is the cleanest! customer service is way better! The owls are not cluttered its not dirty.

Wanted to buy necklace in locked cases in jewelry department. Requested help twice. No one showed up left after 25 minutes. Going to walk-mart and finding an associate to help you is like finding a needle in a 1000 lb. haystack.

Apparently you can no longer buy a bottle of wine if a minor is anywhere close to you. No associate I’m not sending my child to the car! I wish I put everything back.

No customer service and dark and dirty

Pharmacy staff was very friendly, efficient, fast, intelligent, and helpful. Visited on a Friday afternoon, and there was no one waiting in line at all, but there were still at least 4 employees working in the pharmacy (pharmacist(s) and pharmacy technicians).

This Walmart is terrible. The employees at self serve clearly don’t like their job. They are rude, and no help. Called store for 25 minutes when answered phone they don’t have a store manager, I live in Prattville but drive to to Wetumpka al to shop.

Everyone is always helpful without any problems nor attitudes rum employees even if you catch them when theyre busy they are always helpful

Avoid the vending machines out front, when it eats your money, not only will they not reimburse you, they won’t even put a sign on it saying “out of order” for the next unsuspecting person. I mean unless you’re into that kind of thing, in which case they’re happy to take your money. j/s.

Worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. There are 2 wonderful people in this pharmacy. However should you have to deal with any one else except incompetence, lies numerous inaccuracies and mistakes and inconsistent information.

The walmart in millbrook is a more shopper friendly store and is designed opposite that of prattville store...i like millbrook store better...

I ran in to get 3 items and came out with 2 after about 20 minutes waiting in line to check out. I went in thinking this was an efficient WM, because I know of a former acquaintance who works(ed) here always bragging on how great it is.🙄 However, its the same as most others. Theres maybe 1 check out lane open, the self check out is backed up (and why am I doing your job?), and employees walking around aimlessly. Heres an idea; either hire people to work the check out lanes or get the employees doing nothing to check customers out.

Best walmart ever. I found an old 3ds game i thought id never find on sale for 14 bucks her along w a 99 dollar 2ds xl. I bought em both and man what a great day me and my dad were up n pratville and we like to go to the walmart up there cus its alot cooler than Montgomery, i like to look at discount games and my dad enjiys looking for movies on sale. I bought bill n ted 1 n 2 blue ray as well. Man this is such a good walmart i wish Montgomery had one this nice Chantilly is close but not this nice.

Changed around and it took longer to find everything I was looking for.

I called the electronic department today and asked if they have the ONN 10 inch tablet in stock and she said “the what” and I said again the ONN 10 inch tablet and she said AUTOMATICALLY “NO WE DONT” without checking or anything. Well I made the 30 minute drive up there MYSELF and THEY DID HAVE IT OFCOURSE. They could have atleast made the time to check for me. Very poor workmanship!! I hate going to pratville Walmart for ANYTHING

My husband left his wallet after shopping there. We are from out of town visiting. He was at our daughters house with kids when he realized he left it. I was in town so I went by to get his wallet. The lady at returns told me he would have to come himself to get it. I explained he was home with kids and I had my driver’s license and I could face time him so they could see his face. She said she’d get a manager. Then another. They all said it was policy to not give me the wallet but the only person who could get it was the one whose id was inside. I looked up online to see this “policy” and all I could find was if you identify what was left behind it is given to you. I felt like all 3 employees were being very unreasonable especially since I had my husband on FaceTime and they could clearly see he was the picture on his license and they were just being rude with me. When my husband Went to get his wallet in person he asked her for his wallet and she went and stood behind the other employee refunding a customer just stood there and made him wait again then decided to help him and then just handed him the wallet. Just being very rude.
