I don’t like going into auto stores because of the smell, but this store is well stocked & the employees got the job done. They are a little slow & not the friendliest but I got what I needed

If they dont have it, they can get it. Virtually everything you could possibly want for your vehicle in one stop.Theyll even loan you the tools to get it done yourself.

Went in while it was raining and got new windshield wipers. Im glad I went to the counter for assistance because my car uses 2 different sized wipers. The store employees suggested a brand of wipers, rang me up and the went out in the rain and put them on my car! Excellent customer service, you just have to be patient and wait your turn.

Aubrey was exceptional. I didnt have my receipt for my alternator return and she was able to cross reference between my phone number and rewards card. As long as people like her are employed here, I will be a loyal customer.

Every single time i come to any autozone you stand in line for 15 minutes for $4 part it’s crazy there’s only 2 customers in the entire store and i was the next one up just to checkout i curly had time to finish it his review before being helped 🤯

For once they couldnt help me, but they recommend a shop that could remove the headlights on a dodge 1500 and replace them! ( Dont try this its a job for a shop)Thanks for helping with the advice! I will be back for all the other parts to keep the fleet on the road!

Its an Autozone. Its a chain auto parts house. But the people are helpful and friendly and they typically have what I need in stock. Last week the window actuator in my 07 Tahoe failed. I thought i would have to order one online and wait. To my surprise, Autozone had one in stock! It was a bit more expensive than my online quote, but I didnt have to pay shipping or wait for it to arrive. It fit my vehicle perfectly and was not too difficult to install. I checked a few YouTube videos and it was a fairly easy repair.

The store is located on the south side of Highway 69 in Prescott Valley. It was very easy to get to which was a plus. I entered the store in the evening with an item I had in mind, and they had a great selection of the product. The customer service was good. They werent invasive or overbearing, which is nice when you just running in for something quick. The store was well staffed, clean (CDC compliant), employees were friendly and check out was quick. No option for negative stars.2 plus weeks waiting for refund of warranted parts plus the core charge. Theyve had no problem keeping a couple hundred bucks of my hard earned money.. A lot of Lip service from csrs and the companys canned response to complaints.NAPA is just down the street. Go there.

My truck broke down passing through Prescott on a Saturday afternoon, and I had to get it towed here. Waited all day Sunday for a new alternator, which didnt come until Monday. The staff were very professional and understanding. They also helped me out on a new battery! 5 stars!

They tested my electrical system ..said it was fine.Said the check engine light was a dealer issue.Drove my truck next door to OReillys and they checked my electrical system.My battery was at 200 amps and it was supposed to be at 800 amps. Obviously the auto zone crew doesnt know how to test or evaluate such problems.Plus I had called about picking up a starter..I was told they had one in stock.I drove 35 miles one way to pick it up, only to be told it was not in stock. The man said to make sure someone actually put their hands on it to make sure???!! Then laughed it off.I will never use Auto Zone again.I have also pulled my fleet of 22 Vans from their service as well.

I don’t usually leave reviews on anything but I just wanted to take time and say that Aubrey I believe her name was,She was so helpful I came by and didn’t realize that they weren’t open yet. She helped me out tremendously by letting me in to grab a few things for an oil change. She didn’t have to do that. She was very calm and helpful in getting what I needed. My son and I were getting Sonic today and just as we were getting ready to leave, my car died. Thankfully, AutoZone was right across the street. I went in, not sure what I really needed. R.J. was behind the counter and after I explained my situation he nodded and disappeared for a moment. He came back with a jumper pack and one other device in hand that I didnt recognize. R.J., the hero of the day, walked with me back to my car at Sonic and attempted to jump it with the charger. Unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. R.J. said, Ill be right back. After a few short minutes, he returned with his personal vehicle and proceeded to jump the battery that way. We had success! His actions today went above and beyondstandard customer service. I am so relieved that there are still kind people ready to help those in need. Thank you, R.J.!!!

They literally never have my part in stock... Ever. However, the staff always tries to let me down easy and help me find it at other stores. If they could only be set up for success... until them give them a raise for all the extra work they have to do.

I used to enjoy buying parts here for the friendly atmosphere. Since the new store manager started I despise going there. Shes been rude to me on multiple occasions and Ive seen her belittle her employees right in front of multiple customers. If these are the people that Autozone wants running their stores then I will take my business elsewhere.

Went in to get a switch, an associate directed me to some expensive styles. I was trying to figure out if the ones he showed me would fit and happened to look around and found what I needed at about a third of the cost. Hey,thats what retail is all about...sales.

Your typical auto parts store with typical products and a semi knowledgeable staff. Youll usually have one person whose knows a fair a bit and three others who struggle to explain the difference between an engine measured in cc and one measured in CI. If you need something now, its fine. If you are able to wait the 2 days for shipping, you can find the part online for cheaper, almost every time.

I needed auto parts and Greg M was very helpful in finding exactly what i needed. He also went out of his way and check all my fluid levels were correct.

I was able to return a part in the wrong packaging without a receipt. He took the time to look up all of the transactions on the computer and found mine. I will definitely continue shop there.

I dont much like this place. They cant ever get the right parts for me. They got rid of all the warrantees i had in their system for parts that i bought there.
