There ignition control modules dont have a lifetime warranty and they cost way to much for not having a life time warranty.

If ya gotta buy auto parts go here. The guys at the counter really have a sense of humor and know whats going on with Automobiles.

Yesterday at 1pm I was on a walking mission, to find USPS on E 2nd St. Prescott Valley AZ. Its 3pm no USPS in sight. Walked in a circle and another circle. Spotted a NAPA store. Went in and asked for directions. A gentleman named Curtis said: may I help you? He saw right through me that is, I was sunburned, sweating badly. He gave directions then I said: oh my I just came from that way. He said: Wait right here. Abt 15-20mins he said Ill drive you over there. It felt like magic carpet ride when I sat in the car. We introduced each other and I said: I knew there are good people in this world. Curtis is new guardian Angel. Because of the ride I forgot about the struggle. Thank you for ending my day in peace. I go to this particular NAPA because they are one of the few shops that carry Amsoil products. For that reason alone I will go there for many other items that I need. I drive from Sedona to Prescott couple times a month to its no bit deal to stop and freshen up my supplies. The guys here are very helpful and if not in stock they will get it for me quickly.

Always has or can get what you need

I usually go here for parts that are specific to my vehicles because I trust them for researching the part and finding the right one. I bought a car battery years ago from them and it failed a little after three years. I brought it back to get a new battery. They said the warranty expired, but they kindly prorated the life expectancy of the battery and I was able to get a new one at half cost. Thanks NAPA.

Napa auto parts, they always have the parts I need for my 07 BMW 530i and my 02 Ford f-150 supercrew cab 4x4 truck, if they dont have it in stock they will I order it for you and have it the next day or two. At the best price!They have great service, and they appreciate our business!The parts always fit perfect, and are great quality!

Knowledgeable staff which alot auto supply stores dont seem to have. If have any questions they seem to have the answer pointing you in the right dorection with what task your taking on your automobiles. Also reasonable prices with giving AAA members with your card# info get a discount on alot of parts which helps alot.

My son Ordered a part for his car...said be in next day by 2pm. Went there to pick up and they couldnt even find the order. Thank heavens for receipts. Finally part came in a few days later

Ive been dealing with a Napa auto store since I was a child in some city, somewhere. Always great people who know what there doing. I needed an ignition coil And spark plug for a gmc envoy. Thers 2 kinds, a square And a round. Mine needed the round one and they had it in stock. They even borrowed me the tools to fix outside. Ive always looked for a Napa over anywhere if possible. I was 2,000 miles from home down in wickenburg az, at the time.

If you need to go to a parts place with odd questions they will work with you and try to figure out when you need
