Unhelpful and ridiculously slow, failed to deliver package and then let truck be out past closing so I can’t get it till 3 days later. Truck didn’t even come by and knock.

This location is convenient, nicely stocked with shipping supplies and has GREAT customer service. Phyllis, behind the counter was awesome! She was friendly, patient, courteous and efficient. I dont use shipping services often, but based on todays experience, FedEx impressed me. Thanks Phyllis!

I must say this is the worst shipping company ever. They keep delaying my package for weather reasons even though its 60 degrees and sunny. Was supposed to give this to someone for their birthday. The package is now almost a week late. You go on the site and its not very helpful. Everything is virtual or automated. You call their number and you can get through to an agent. You go to their Youtube channel and the comments are disabled. Gee I wonder why. The trucks drive up and down my street all day and my neighbors are clearly receiving their packages. There must be a perpetual winter storm over my house. Weve all seen the videos and memes about this company. They have become the laughing stock of delivery service. Just needed to vent somewhere. Hopefully they will deliver the package eventually..

I will never use you again! I was told that you were going to deliver on July 13 but you tried on July 10!! And what is this $5.55 charge???

I pulled up about 5 minutes before they were scheduled to close, as I pulled up to the storefront the one guy working behind the desk saw me, then quickly ran back and turned the lights off. The doors were still unlocked because it wasnt closing time yet so I walked in, then the guy tells me hes trying to close up so I wouldnt be able to get the small project I wanted printed. Thats poor service in my books.

Package was scheduled to be delivered Friday (04/09/2016). Paid extra to receive two day priority. Called business to see why I did not receive as planned, and they stated package was on truck, and driver rescheduled delivery. UNACCEPTABLE. This is why I ONLY use UPS. They are dependable.Mrs B.

The employees get the job done, but something about the place is kind of depressing. I dont know if its the lighting, how eerily quiet it is or all the gray. Some soft music in the background might help. Luckily I dont work there.

After the manager fixed the situation everything was alright. I went in not very happy. I got a real run around from some very unknoweledgeable employees who were not paying attention to my questions. Fortunately one person listened. Phew!!!
