I bought my new 2022 Honda Hr-V on Sunday and I still am in disbelief for how easy the whole process was. My fiancé and I walked in just wanting to see what they had and the absolute angel that is Erin helped us and somehow 3 hours later I was driving off in my new car. She made the experience so easy we could’ve done it in our sleep. My mind is blown by how amazing the team here is and how much they treat you like actual human beings instead of just another pay day. I love this dealer and I will forever recommend them to everyone who will listen!
Went to purchase a new vehicle October 2021. Not only did they add 10k to a used vehicles ticket price, they tried to charge more than the new vehicle same model. They claimed it was Market Markup. I am a local to Prescott, so I hated going to Phoenix to get the vehicle I wanted, at a price I was willing to pay, but that is what we did.Additionally I needed an adjustment to my door which is still under warrantee, they claimed they could not do the work and referred me to a body shop. I went to my own body shop, and they literally tightened a screw to fix the door. I have had very poor service here and their prices have become unreasonable.
Roshelle was amazing!! I saw the car I wanted on the internet and she helped me through the purchase. Also, loved the dealerships attitude about financing... Other dealerships acted like we were crazy because we wanted to pay cash! Not Prescott Honda.. a class act in every way!

We got a call for a vehicle buy back offer. They promised a 25 dollar gift card to stop by, gift card was a 25$ voucher to the service department and they also offers 8000 less then what the car was worth. We bought the car from them a year ago and the original experience was good. However the scammy tricks they pulled to get us back in the door were typical shady salesman’s stuff.

Talked with them for a few days over email about a car on the lot. Drove 2 hours to come see it. They emailed 20 min before arrival that the car had hail damage from 2 weeks ago all over the car and a crack in the windshield. Never disclosed that information prior. Car was listed for 10,900 but if they fixed the hail damage it would go back to 13k. Would absolutely not budge on price even with how they represented themselves knowing that I was never informed. Any offer was immediately shot down. Was prepared to drive home with the car if they would of worked with me but they didnt even attempt to. 0/10 customer service. Dont buy here!!!

This was my first time into the service department. I have always been a bit skeptical of using a dealership for service - due to a bad experience several years ago. I was very impressed with the attention, friendliness, and competence of this service department. Paul was great and very thorough. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. After you call there andTry to get to a department you need they almost never answer the phone I dropped my car off there at 8:15 on Saturday morning for an appointment that I made the week before and then the guy tells me he didnt even see me on his list and the parts that they told me that were in that I paid for three weeks before, only one of the five was there but said that is found them on their delivery van and they will have it done by the end of the day and now Im being told that I might be able to pick it up on Tuesday and I hope that is true because Im using it to take a trip on Wednesday morning
My experience at Prescott Honda was excellent. The process was efficient and carried out in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and competent.
The process took longer than we expected, but that was due to a shortage of personnel in the sales department and doing the paperwork. Our salesman left us before the car was ready to be brought up for delivery and saleslady had to finish the process. No one mentioned the free roadside assistance or the phone number for it. However, the salesman who sold my wife her 2018 CR-V had provided that information so we had it.

Randy was an AMAZING salesman! He did whatever he could to get us into a vehicle and was very open and honest about everything. Due to having bad credit, we only had a few options but he answered any questions we had and helped us choose which vehicle was best for us. He also stayed after closing to make sure everything went through and we were able to drive off the lot with a 2020 Honda Fit because of him! My entire experience with the recent purchase of my CR-V from the moment I encountered my salesperson all the way through the various steps to the completion of my purchase. I found the atmosphere and all staff to be professional, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable of their specific function. In addition, I cannot emphasize the phenomenal customer service within the Honda community.
It was easy getting my wifes car serviced as always. But the price for a oil change went up thats to bad .Hope it doesnt go up any more. mite have to look for a better price. its just a oil change.
We had an appointment to have a mirror replaced and we were met on time and the car was taken back and finished within the time frame we were told. Chris was very polite and professional and the dealership was very clean and everyone there was friendly and courteous.

Repair work was done in a very efficient manner. The technician who did the repair found a $20 bill I had dropped (and thought I had dropped on the ground) and placed it in the cup holder. Very good service on my 3019 Accord Hybrid. The service advisor did not try to up-sell me on anything and explained all inspection findings to me at the end. The time needed to perform the B service and a recall update was perfectly reasonable.

My salesperson, Brian, was dogged in locating a standard shift 2020 Civic for me. Only two new ones within a 500 mile radius! I went in last week because the plastic on the bottom of my side mirror cracked and broke. They went and looked at my mirror and said it would be $70 for the part, but around $140 to get it installed as well. I got a call Saturday saying my part had arrived. I made an appointment to get it installed on the same phone call. I showed up to my appointment and after talking to several different service advisors it was obvious no appointment was actually made for me, so that already was annoying. Then, after talking with Dave, I was informed that it would actually be a little over $700 to get my side mirror fixed. Now, I understand that the $140 was an estimated quote, but $140 and $700 are completely different ballparks. That’s not even remotely similar. Plus, $723 to replace the bottom half of a mirror??? That’s outrageous!

Where do we begin??!! Came from a local Toyota dealerwhere we were hoping to trade our lease van for another. In short, everything was very cut and dry. Did they want to make a deal? Having had Honda vans in the past we went up the road to Prescott Honda. Again, we thought we were set to trade for another van,however other alternatives were offered to us and low and behold we ended up with a 2021 CRV Hybrid Touring. We love it. More important than all this is the fact that we fell in love with our sales people. Dominique was the original and actually was the representative behind the CRV purchase. Very professional,polite and knowledgeable.As we had a need for our van,we came back later to seal the deal and do the paper work. It was then that we met Dustyn who sat in for Dominque and finished the deal. Another very polite,professional and knowledgeable sales person. Theres a lot to know about all the technology in the new cars. Finally,Joe the manager was very informative and gracious with his time. A lot to go over and explain. They didnt have it in stock so they found one from a dealer in the state and brought it up. They helped me program the cars keys, phone, and radio before I drove off the lot. Totally satisfied.

My service advisor Dave Hartman was ready for me at my 9:30 appointment. I had 4 new tires installed and balanced. We reviewed the warranty. I appreciate that they do not perform services I don’t need. Dave advises me of what is needed and gives me options. The customer waiting area is clean and sanitized and chairs are at a safe distance.
Terrible encounter with this dealership. Was ready to buy a truck they had . I was all pre approved from my bank all I needed was the vin from the truck. Owen the salesperson said the truck was in detail getting ready to sell led me on for a week . Saying he would get me numbers for my trade in and for the truck I wanted to buy from them . Then he emails me after a week and says they sold it . Who does that? Good luck buying from this place !

Well, it took 5 hours on our fourth and final day of car shopping at Prescott Honda. Waiting for our salesperson on a busy last day of the year, a short test drive, receiving a 45-minute briefing on all the technology, a warranty presentation, and a credit check even though we paid by personal check after confirming in advance that that would be okay. I wish I had known it would take so long; I would have brought a bag lunch. In a previous meeting with a different salesman, I was uncomfortable with his approach. When my husband made an offer which the sales manager or sales person thought was too low, the salesman came back with Youre killing me. That kind of drama turns me off. Its what makes people wary of car salespeople. So at that time, we left without making a deal. Just stick to the facts. We have been Prescott Honda customers for over 13 years. We had a good experience with our 2007 CR-V, and we serviced it at Prescott Honda exclusively, and that is why we came back for another CR-V. Sean Glennon was pleasant to work with, and was understanding and helpful. I would still recommend Prescott Honda, but keep it real. Thank you. Ruth Breiling
Good customer service covering up for shoddy mechanic work.I replaced the seat in my Honda and the airbag light came on. Took my car in to get the seat programmed to the airbag system and clear the light. Was charged $135 for the diagnostic. As soon as I got into my car the airbag light came on again. The service rep (who was excellent) took my car back to the garage and said a sensor was broken and itd cost $1400 to replace/install. Why this couldnt have been found the first time wasnt explained to me. Then I was only reimbursed for $65, since the mechanic had spent time on the vehicle.So Prescott Honda wasted my time AND money. Dont let them waste yours.
I spoke with the Laura in the internet sa[es department after being jacked around at a large Phoenix Honda dealership. She was great but the magnitude of the problems made her decide to get the GM Allen Police involved to see what he could do. He spent at least an hour on the phone in multiple calls over two days to come up with a solution to my problems. He spent a lot more time after the calls writing to out of state officials etc to aid in the solution. I made an appointment to close the deal this afternoon and I was eating lunch and getting ready to drive to Prescott from the East Valley of Phoenix to buy the car for $300 more. Ultimately, Phoenix worked the kinks out in the deal. Why would I do that you ask? 1. There are few, if any guys nationwide in the car business who could come close to Allens Customer service. 2. I knew from our discussions that he would have an equitable solution to any problem.that might arise. 3. I served in the Navy for over 29 years with superstars, slackers and everyone in between and Allen is a true SUPERSTAR. 4. Never trust a car salesman who SAYS they want to earn your business. Allen never said that to me. He showed me by his actions that he really wanted to earn our business and more importantly he truly appreciated me and wanted my wife and I to be satisfied. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE GUY. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY ASPECT. Go see Prescott Honda.
My wife had been looking in the Phoenix Metro area near our Glendale home for a newer Honda Accord in radiant red with light interior. The light color interior was a must and we weren’t having much luck. Prescott Honda showed the 2018 Accord she was looking for with very low miles. Internet price quote looked good and started e-mail conversation with Randy Anaya.Randy proved to be the perfect salesperson. He quickly answered all our questions without pressure for the sale. My wife spoke with Randy and the next morning we drove up to Prescott Honda and met with Randy. Randy and the Accord exceeded our expectations. Kelly Hill, Finance Manager was a pleasure to work with even recommending a great place for lunch! In the future we will look to Prescott Honda and Randy Anaya as our car buying resource.

I went in trying to get rid of my 2013 Chevy Cruze a car I had never really had fun with.
