I love this store. It’s always neat and tidy fresh and clean, very inviting. The real jewel of the store is the store manager, Ashley. She’s great at her job, helpful, kind, efficient and her employees love her! I can see why, she listens to them, anticipates their needs and jumps in happy to help. The store is run like a well oiled machine. The last time I was in Sarah was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. All of the ladies that work here are so kind and helpful. Thank you ladies for making Prescott’s Bath and Body store amazing!!!

Sarah was very friendly, professional and helpful. However, she had to actually call corporate in order to get a refund for me, which is not her fault, but the policy of the store, which is ridiculous, since I had my receipt. Also, I was not able to redeem my rewards at this store and they need to fix this problem. Because of Sarah (and another lady who was working at the front of the store, who wore glasses, but I dont recall her name), being so friendly and helpful, I decided to do more shopping at the store. Bath & Body Works. Have 3 favorite fragrances there. Hubby- wink, wink. Dahlia. Gingham. And Warm Vanilla Sugar. I start to run out and drop around for another amazing sale! Its like it is timed. Just for me! They always have the nicest staff, too

I love bath and body works!!! I spend so much money here... they always have the best sales!!! Everything smells so dang delicious.... also if you get home and you dont like the way the product smells on you, you can take it back and exchange it for something else. As long as it is half ways used... you can take a bottle half used and exchange it... the custumer service there is for sure 5 stars... always so sweet!!!

Friendly staff and great deals. Lotions, body wash, spray, candles and more. Perfect gift items. We are very picky on which scents we like. They had several for our tastes. Check out the vanilla, birch. I am now a regular customer. And did I mention friendly and helpful staff!

My wifes favourite place to visit during their summer sale. She stocks up for an entire year and I love using all the products. Maybe I overuse them.

Everyone was super helpful, friendly, and have a positive actitude that was very contagious! The didnt have one of the scent I was looking for, but recommended similar smelling products. One of workers even helped me look through the candles and checked the back to find the candle(s) that I was looking for. Over all it was an incredible experience and I plan on returning sometime soon! 10/10 would recommend!

I bought this for my good friend who does my nails and the scrub top one my sweet daughter bought me for Christmas which I use on the daily with my hand sanitizers I buy from here...the sales on their little sanitizers are great ESPECIALLY for someone in the nursing field like me because they dont dry my hands out

Expensive, yet Im glad theres something I like at this mall.Mall in quotes because most of the shops are empty/leaving/left... changed to something else like the nice Barns & Noble turned into a mini golf, and now its empty most of the year, unless some holiday thing takes over for a bit.

Terrible experience my first cashier accidentally forgot to scan an item which is fine but then I came in to have them charge me for the item and my new cashier Sarah was extremely rude and made me feel stupid like I had done something wrong and gave several dirty looks to me. Made my hard day harder.

Always a wonderful place to visit, especially during the holiday season!

Smelly stuff that my wife loves

Bath & Body Works has the most amazing selection of scents at reasonable prices! Whether its the shower gels, the lotions and body creams, or the body fragrances, theyre ALWAYS on a special sale. They have the hand soaps on sale pretty frequently as well. The candles and wallflowers dont go on sale as often, but are well worth buying when they are. The fragrances of all the products last nicely and arent overpowering.

The only thing I didnt like was the fact that they only allow use of the entrance doors on one side of the store. Which makes it painful for someone with disabilities, to have to go to the other side of the building.

I love all the ladies here! Such a wonderful staff of friendly, helpful, and persuasive women. I say persuasive but they really don’t have to twist my arm any. They’re sweet, knowledgeable, and great at recommending stuff for me to try! So many times I come in with the intention of buying one specific item but end up leaving with bags full! It’s a good thing I promise. Love this location and hope upper management gives all these ladies a raise!

Always have green sent to chose from. Best body lotion. It really makes your skin soft. As someone who has dry skin I have tried many but none compared to the results of Bath and Body. I highly recommend it.

Amazing scents no matter what time of year it is, I went at their end/beginning of the year sale and picked up what is now my favourite perfume, the Champagne Toast scent is to die for, I use it everyday. They have super friendly staff who are always ready to help no matter how busy it gets, and what you get is definitely worth the price, everything lasts awhile:)

The cashier was super sweet and helpful. Stopped in to get some chapstick, as my lips were absolutely dieing. They had a buy 2 get 1 so that was super nice. I walked in and asked the lady if they had chapstick and she led me right to it and recommended a couple things. They had exactly what I needed. It was a very easy and stress free experience. She was also very nice and made good conversation. (:

The Prescott staff are rockstars! Product is great except the candles from Victorias Secret (White Barn) Very poor throw. I returned them all and traded for the B&B brand. Especially the Winter candle. Night and day!

Could not be happier! My grandson and his bride-to-be registered with Bed Bath & Beyond for their April 2015 wedding. The store clerks are very knowledgeable and friendly. Using my phone, I was able to access the registry as I shopped and found exactly what the young couple chose. I am sure other family members and friends will have the same pleasant experience with Bed Bath & Beyond. And the gift wrapping is available for free.

If you are going to shop here, better know your creams!! Employees here will tell you they dont have what you are looking for if you mistakenly ask for Body Lotion instead of Body Cream! We mentioned our experience to the manager and she said it was because we were asking for lotion instead of cream...WOW!

Very Friendly. I was in a terrible mood when I walked in. The ladies working were super friendly and helpful. They were slow but instead of sticking to themselves and leaving me alone to shop they stopped to chat with me and answer any questions I had. They also made a couple smart product suggestions. I left the store with a smile on my face. I will definitely return based on this experience.

I love shopping at bed bath and beyond, except the one in prescott! I bought an item in scottsdale, but wanted to exchange it because it was damaged. Took it to prescott, which is an hour away from me, they said they didnt have that item in stock. They didnt offer to order it in for me, check other locations, or anything else. Very rude. Wont be back...and corporate will hear of this...

Normally very expensive but the sake offered some good prices and there was a good range of products available.
