I am a current Sedona resident that has had a hard time finding a hairdresser that could meet my hair needs. I drove an hour just to check out the best hair salon in Prescott - Era Salon and Spa. It exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the vibe/energy of this business, the people, and the services such as how my hair came out of course. Jordan in particular was amazing. Her cosmetology education/experience being LA based is certainly of high value. I will be coming back to here & recommending to all family and friends nearby.

Kayla was wonderful! Knew exactly what I wanted with just a short explanation! Had a poor haircut from a few months ago and she fixed it, styled it and have me exactly what I was wanting. My hair looks and feels amazing now! Will definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone!

I had my haircut, highlighted and colored. Robert was amazing and did a beautiful job. He took his time, was detailed and guided me toward my best look. I felt so much younger when I left. It took me walking into 2 previous salons before I finally walked into Era Salon . Robert was available to talk to me immediately and I made an appointment with more confidence. I now have a great professional hairstylist. I wish I could show a photo. I couldn’t be happier.

I booked an appointment with Robert to lighten my hair. I was very happy with how it turned out. I had brought in a reference photo, and my hair looked identical to the picture. I also felt very welcomed by everyone in the salon, the workers were helpful and friendly. Everyone was easy to talk to and did their job well. I will definitely be going back!

Kayla was absolutely amazing! Had a slightly poor haircut from a different salon and she fixed it to exactly how i wanted it! Its soo fresh and light and feels soo healthy! 10/10 will come back!

Very professional. She fixed my yellow blonde hair with super grown out roots and transformed it into a beautiful balayage bringing my dark roots down but leaving some of my already blonde hair out. I had Jordan fix my hair. I LOVE IT!

I was visiting from out of town and hadn’t had my hair done for 4 months (since before lockdown). Everyone in the salon was super friendly and fun. Laura did an amazing job with cut and color. They even squeezed in a brow wax. Very happy with the results and such a pleasant experience!

When I walked in I had layers of box dye and a real need for professional help. Trinity was incredibly patient, empathetic, and kind through the whole process. She did an amazing job creating a beautiful piece of artwork with my hair. Very dedicated to getting it right for me and I’m in love with my hair now!

Im so happy I found Robert at era salon to do my hair. He is amazing with color and styling and took my blonde hair to another level with beautiful dimension. He took the time to listen to my concerns and really knows what works and how to do it well. If you are around Prescott, he is definitely the one to see for your hair if you want the best.

My daughter and I went in yesterday and met with Megan. She did such a wonderful job on both of our cuts. She has this warm, fun and friendly personality. We had such a great time. The facility itself is beautiful, its placed in an old Victorian style home. We cant wait to go back. I want to try other services like nails and hair color on our next visit. I highly suggest you try this place.

Every time I am in town, I always get my hair and nails done by Nichole! I love that she does both as I can go to her for everything that I want to be done! She is absolutely wonderful! She even brought half of my dark hair to a very nice blonde color without damaging it at all! I definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for both men and women cuts as she does a wonderful job on my brothers hair as well! She listens to your suggestions to help you get the best cut/color that you will definitely enjoy rocking on a daily basis!

So thankful I came here, all the of the Salons Ive gone to there is no place like this one! I wanted to dye some of my hair pink and wasnt too sure how it would come out but ROBERT was sure we could make it work! When I mentioned I wanted a tiny trim, he sure listened! This is a cool spot made even better by a great hairstylist named Robert. I’d been struggling for years to find someone who could take care of my hair the way I had been accustomed to in the past. Robert listens and then works magic. He was professional and attentive, while at the same time fun, easygoing and personable. He also gave me at home care tips and guidance. My end result was the best color and cut I’ve had in years. Now I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I was really nervous about going to Jennifer my first appointment. She explained everything, took time to answer any questions I had and was completely professional. She has even come in on her day off as it was the only time I could come in before being out of town for 2 weeks. She is amazing and ALWAYS makes sure I am 100% satisfied before I leave. I recommend her to everyone!!!

Brenda is AMAZING! She went out of her way to make sure my hair looked perfect for my wedding day and moved her schedule around to ensure she was at the salon before it opened to take care of me.Although I had a not so amazing experience with my makeup, the services I received from Brenda was enough to make me still give a good review and come back again for hair services.

UPDATE: The owner had me come back and blended out some of the layers as well as took some of the thickness out. I like my hair so much better now. I was also refunded for the haircut. They really want to make sure that you are happy.After searching through the salons in this small town I stumbled upon this one. Since I was on a time constraint the only open appointment was with Robert. Overall he was very professional, but I have some complaints. The color in my hair was close to what I wanted although it was not exactly what I was looking for. The haircut ended up being way too short for my liking despite me telling him I was trying to grow it out. I showed him a picture that was actually longer than my hair so how it became this short has me confused. I also ended up with two layers even though the photo I had shown him did not have layers. We agreed on a length that sat at my collar bone, but it was way shorter than that. Being younger I have a hard time discussing issues with older people, so I went home upset with how my hair turned out. Overall, it was okay, just be sure to express EXACTLY what you want done. I felt like he was doing more so what he wanted my hair to look like than what I was looking for.

Ive decided tho let my hair grow out a little bit and needed something done with it. I go to Nichole for my haircuts. She does an awesome job and even washes my hair after so I dont have a bunch of hair on me till I get home. Prices for mens cut is very reasonable too.

I came in with so much anxiety and was so anxious because of my hair. It was really bad blond copper orange and I really didnt feel pretty. From the moment I sat in Roberts chair he made me feel so comfortable and I knew I was in good hands! Afterwards he surprised me with the final look and my hair looks so healthy and vibrant!I feel absolutely beautiful again and will keep going back to him!

I have had Nichole do my nails for 10 years and love her attention to detail. I recently had her color my hair, it was beautiful. Id had it done for my daughters wedding and I had random people telling me how much they liked my hair. It was ultra convenient too to get both hair and nails done in one appointment.

I love this place! The people and the atmosphere here make me feel super cozy and welcome. Brenda is my hair stylist and she is absolutely amazing! I like to keep my hair as shoulder length lob. However I am extremely picky about the angle on the side. Not too funky but still stylish. I have never been 100% satisfied with my hair until I came here! Brenda cut and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted. I will definitely come back for her ; )

I had initially received a haircut that I was unsatisfied with, but Laura fixed my hair and I am so happy with the style. I’d recommend seeing her for your hair as she really listens to what you want. I really love my hair.

Issiwa does my lash extensions and she is awesome. My lashes look great and I get lots of compliments! She has a beautiful room upstairs. If you want the wow factor I highly recommend lashes by Issiwa.She does hair beautifully too!

Angela Grimmett made time for me when she didnt have to. She majorly made over my hair cut and pink coloring. She is an artist, I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she made it a masterpiece.The spa itself is pretty big. Its beautiful and really comfortable. They have every beauty service you can imagine. Ill be back for skin care next time. Than you Angela!

I paid $140 for my hair to be completely bleached and I got a few orange highlights and told my hair will naturally lighten in the sun :P ROBERT told me it would take hours and then spent less than one with me. I’m writing this review long after my appointment because I tried to give his advice a try, but I’m still living with the orange highlights he gave me. I texted ROBERT to tell him I wasn’t satisfied THE SAME DAY and he told me he couldn’t send money back because apparently he can only receive money with Zelle. This salon is a joke lol

I absolutely loved going there. For a while I was looking for the perfect place to get my hair done as I do have to admit I am a bit picky lol and I am new in town. I heard so much about Robert and decided to book an appointment with him, he is seriously amazing! He does exactly what you ask him to do with your hair and even gives you recommendations on products (that he doesn`t sale so really doesnt benefit). For two years I have been struggling with damaged and terribly colored hair and finally my hair is coming back †o life. He cut all the damage but managed to keep the length, and create more volume. He gave me the best advise for hair care and I have never loved my hair more. Robert is the best hair stylist I have ever had! BTW I never write reviews...

Christina Guisa was my first intoduction to skin care and I am now a life long client. I have very sensitive skin, every time I go in Christina gives me a facial that is custom for me and my skin. She also teaches you about your skin while she is helping it look bright and beautiful. She uses the best quality products for her facials that leave my face feeling beautiful and brand new. She also is magic with eyebrows and always leaves me looking amazing with out all the redness for 3 hours after. If you ever want a facial, waxing of any kind, eyelashes or anything like that, go to her. I promise you wont be sorry.

I saw Robert this morning for a balayage ombré and ohhh my! He did an amazing job. It was my first time at this salon as I have always had a bad experience with other hair dressers elsewhere in the past that I kind of quit going anywhere to get my hair done. Finally I had to do something and I am sooo thankful I found Robert. The salon itself was soo welcoming and I loved the atmosphere it presented! I definitely will be back for alll future hair needs! I first found Era when looking for a full-service salon. I had driven past it many times and finally decided to make two appointments after reading reviews: one with Michael for Botox and one with Robert for hair and both of them were amazing, as were my results!I was especially impressed with both of their professionalism and how they made me feel at ease, as someone who moved to Prescott from Scottsdale, I wasn’t sure I would find that same level of attention that I was used to but I absolutely found it at Era. I will also add that Robert knocked it out of the park with my hair! I went to him and asked for bangs (which can be especially difficult because I have a huuuge cowlick and widows peak on my forehead) and he worked his magic. My bangs look amazing along with the long layers he added in... I feel brand new!My hair looks phenom, face is wrinkle-free, and couldn’t be happier.

Went to Era for prom this year, and I really love the girls and the atmosphere of the place.I got my make up done by Jennifer and I could just tell she was very overwhelmedby all the other prom girls, but I believe she still did a wonderful job on my make up and made me look picture perfect all night long. Really worked with me and made sure everything was a okay for the special night. I recommend her and just work with her and she’ll work with you! Also got my hair, eyelash extensions, and eyebrows done by Issiwa and OMG first of all my hair stayed perfect all night and the next day which never happens cause my hairs so thick it just falls out so yesss so happy, then my eyelashes and eyebrows are just perfect and I will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend this cozy, friendly salon!!!
