They are trying to install over 1,000 mini cell phone towers in prescot Az, where you will see them on every block every corner and be pinged with cell phone radiation. Will not support this and the 5-g movement sponsored by Tmobile.

I really appreciate and satisfy on the employees that work there Tyler is really nice respectful, and a really good assistant manager she should be a manager. She helped me out so much on my phone and explains everything to me so I understand. And also Cody that works there is nice and funny and knows alot about phones and also helps out also. Those two are really good workers there manager would be very pleased about his employees.

Today Steven and Kody who work in this T-Mobile store here in Prescott, AZ resolved my phone issue and restored my essential phone service IN PERSON after multiple calls to the T-Mobile customer service line (I think all calls were routed to the Philippines). Those people in customer service were very polite and well-meaning, but they were unable to resolve my technical billing and plan issue after a few days of calling, but Steven and Kody resolved my issue and had me up and running right away. I miss the old days of FACE-TO-FACE service. Its so nice that T-Mobile has brick and mortar stores to visit for more serious issues that need fixing. Thanks again you guys!!!

Steven has helped me several times, and I am surprised by the excellent ‘small business’ attitude which means they actually recognize who I am months later! Did I drive two hours for this excellent service, rendering them late to leave? Yes sir! Highly recommend.

The store manager and employee where amazing. I had a major issue with my phone and the T-Mobile conversion and I would have dropped Sprint after 22+ years and gone elsewhere if it wasn’t for the employees at this store! Excellent service!!!

I had my phone stolen,, and needed a replacement. (I actually was just visiting Prescott, and the T-Mobile close to me was not really helping me in the best way.) Tyler and Steve were so helpful to get the phone ordered, and once I received it, Tyler was so great at helping me set it up.

I worked with Steven and Kody. These guys were amazing! They helped me through everything, and were able to solve any issues I ran into. If you are a T Mobile/Sprint customer, I highly suggest going to this location for your phone and service needs.

Tyler and Erick were great help! They have greatly improved the store since my last visit. I will be returning. After my visit before they were here. I was not ever coming back. Great customer service and they make you feel important. They also provide stellar information.

The lady and gentleman who work here are absolutely incredible. They truly know the definition of personable. They treated my family like we were all family. Plus, they were able to address all of my needs in a timely fashion.

Eric was very helpful getting us started with our new phone answered all our questions we had. Best customer service I had in awhile.

Went into the store about a week ago cause we had an issue with my daughters phone that we got from them a month ago. We explained the issue and he understood but he didnt look motivated to help us that he clearly wanted to be some place else other the there. He took the phone in the back and I swear he was just back there doing nothing but about 10 min later he came back out saying all fixed. I asked what he did to it and he said he reset the phone back to the beginning. I was upset cause we didnt back up her phone and after he did the reset the issue was still happening, so thanks to the Store Manager who wiped out all my daughters info and after the issue happened again he said I should call Apple or drive down to Phoenix cause he cant do anything else. So I was sold there but have to drive to Phoenix for help, I asked him why I paid insurance on my phone and he said oh well call this number and they can help better serve you. So all I got out of the Store Manager Skylarr was Go someplace else, Call someplace else oh and Lost all my daughters info, he didnt care if we had issues only if we buy something he was motivated. What great service he was blowing us off. I wont be coming back to this location anytime soon. I run my own business and if I had anyone of my reps or managers do something like this they would be out the door. Hire New People with People Skills!!!

My Mom and I went to the Sprint store tonight and ended up with new phones! Vincent was helping us and he was great! GREAT customer service and he was very nice,but honest. Him and his co worker Brian were both very helpful in helping us with pur phones and getting us the best deals! They were both very knowledgeable on all accessories and they didnt try to cheat us! After my 3rd iPhone 7+ problems with Apple not Sprint I made Sprint (not this store) upgrade me to an iPhone 8+ for only $42. Still a 2 1/2 hr argument with various Sprint Customer Service Mgr’s tho. Seems my cell service has really been lacking signal, spotty at best. What can I do tho...

Poor service, sold me on a lease which was misleading by there Manager in training Skylarr. When I was there I had some questions about a few phones and they had to look it up online, you shouldnt have to look up details in your profession about a product, you should be an expert on it. When I was there it felt like nobody really wanted to help me. My girlfriend said she always got great service when she went in from a bigger guy with glasses. Next time might buy online or switch to Verizon.

Couldnt fix my phone problem. Sprint and all other cell providers take no ownership for the phones they sell. In my case a 6 month old phone had malfunctioned and the only response from the Sprint rep was; contact Samsung or I should have bought the insurace. What a great business, sell phones, take no responsibility for them, then direct customer to manufacturer. In other words, SOL.

Very helpful staff. The credit sytem on their computers however sucks. I couldnt use MY home address, it kept getting kicked out of the system

So I went to Prescott valley sprint I had the worst experience ever, everyone was so rude and disrespectful, so I went to try my luck with the Prescott location and best experience ever Erick was great, informative, funny and easy to talk to he went above and beyond to try to get my phone fixed but ended walking away with an upgrade thank you Erick this is going to be my sprint store for now on

Spoke with Jake about my phone not charging. He charged my phone with his cord and it was charging just fine. My cord was obviously bad, and he gave me the one he used. I wasnt expecting that, and am very grateful. Thanks Jake!! ☺️

I knew I was going to have to buy a another one but I was hoping he would take care of the customer and give me some sort of small discount on the original one I came in for two weeks ago. Instead I left with nothing but my new scratches and angry after a combative verble exchange over a stupid screensaver that they sold me knowing it wont do as represented:( good luck... We went in to change our plan and order an IPhone 7 as my husband had signed up for the IPhone forever program. We were told by the staff person that my husbands phone was not on the IPhone Forever program but all of the other phones on our account (5 of them) were. We protested, he insisted; we said oh well, he must be right because he works there, and ordered 2 phones. Looked at my new statement and we were charged an early lease termination and non return of device fee to the tune of $260.00. An email from Sprint stated that our Leased devices were coming due for renewal. Clearly the guy behind the counter did not know what he was talking about. Went back in to the store to cancel the order and another new guy said, sorry cant help you, you have to call customer service and here is their number. So you can help me as long as I am ordering but not when there is a problem? We went to the Sprint store in Prescott Valley, Josh was only too happy to help us, cancelled the order and told us how we can upgrade when the time comes. Wont go back to the Sprint store in Prescott until they have been open longer and trained up the staff.

Horrible store. The Prescott valley store is much better; the employee with blonde hair, tattoos, male, at this Prescott location has always been rude to me ever since my first time there when he made a pass at me and was very unprofessional; made me feel super uncomfortable. Ever since then when I have gone in there he has not been helpful nor made me feel thankful for being a customer, hes made it a hassle and my visits are terrible. He cant help me with what I need help with and he just sends me on my way; he cant figure out what I have needed to do for my phone or my plan. I am very unhappy every time and this time I am never going back. You lost me as a customer.Update: I spoke to the store manager of the sprint store his name is Skylar and he was a great customer service representitve and made me feel much better; I wish I would have originally gotten his help. He spoke to me and we got this taken care of; the employee that did help me will be given consequences. So I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else that goes there.

Be very careful with this store and their assistant store manager daryl...went in at christmas to switch from verizon...two different store associates the store manager and associate jake told us about the great deal for samsung galaxy edge 7 going on that it had just started and it was buy one get one free...which was perfect because my husband wanted this phone...3 months later im still paying for the free phone and now they r saying there was no such promotion...daryl was at the counter the whole time they were setting our phones up was not friendly then went in a month ago about the free phone charge he again was not friendly and said it will come off next month today daryl got so upset today told me he couldnt do anything for me told me to call corporate i had already called them this morning was on the phone for 30 mins and still didnt get the issue resolved he had to ask his district manager to take over for him and went in back and slammed the door???hopefully the district manager can get this resolved he promised me he would....this is not a customer friendly store
