Living in a historic neighborhood, we had specifications on the look and feel we wanted and needed to achieve. We started our process with Gene who came up with great designs and suggestions for our 4 doors and windows throughout the entire house. Once our order was in, the install went smoothly. Nice group of guys. Professional and also friendly. We had 2 pieces of glass that were defective and needed replacement. They were promptly ordered and installed when they arrived. We couldnt be happier with the quality and fresh look our home now has.

I had been thinking of window replacement for some time and then met with Rick Lewis about the products available and the benefits of installing the windows. Once I decided to replace the windows, I couldnt have been more pleased. A follow-up visit to measure the exact window sizes, and then the amount of detail that was exercised installing the new windows was more than I could have hoped for. The end result was beautiful and I hope within this year to have the remaining 4 windows replaced. I highly recommend this business for the quality of work and the beautiful end result.

Start to finish, Prescott Window and Door was great! In spite of the fact that our house is quite old, and there is no such thing as a straight line, the work crew did an amazing job of installing our new windows. They arrived on time, finished as scheduled and cleaned up everything. We could not be happier and will definitely use them again.

They were highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Gene, my sales rep was knowledgeable, professional and personable. His estimate was well detailed and very fair. I have had windows done in 3 properties. These windows & this company is by FAR the best!! Iam so pleased from start to finish. My only complaint (not really a big issue) was that they did not clean windows or install screen upon completion. Awesome knowledge sales (gene) Fantastic outcome! Iam beyond pleased with the product & installers.

PW&D did a wonderful job replacing our old Kitchen window! Courteous, on time, cleaned up after install and had a follow up to be sure we were happy. We will for sure be calling them back to replace more windows in the future!

I personally have NOT done business with this company. Upon reading the responses to reviews I will NOT be bringing my business to this company. I never write reviews but I went through this companies responses as I always do before choosing who I give my business and hard earned money to. I feel that the owner or whomever replys to poor reviews lacks a strong customer service skill. They have an not my problem, youre lying, its not our fault response for every poor review this turned me off immediately. A company should treat every customer equally if it be a bad or good review. Thats what you sign up for. I have a small contracting company and the moment I get a bad review I am on the phone personally with the customer trying to maintain our relationship and make sure he/she is a returning customer. Thats my 2 cents.

We have been very pleased with the customer service, the 366 windows and their workmanship.

I waited a few months to post my review as I wanted to make sure the work on my mothers home was finished. This company came off as amazing and sufficient. ITS NOT!! My mother called me because of the two men that showed up at her door. I got to her home and found an older man with a beard he looked like he was hung over or just worn out, possibly on drugs as he was sweating bullets. I think his name was Marc. There was also a younger guy who did not seem to know what he was doing.I hear them cussing and the older man saying when I was locked up so RED FLAG!! Not to judge on just that but the work was just shotty, just so bad and my mom had to hear cussing and rock music, and see these guys smoke every 2 minutes. The owner most likely doesnt do background checks or make rules for his employees.

We built a new house, which required a very large number of windows & doors (a design with lots and lots of windows, some in complicated configurations). Rick quoted a good price, but more importantly he was able to come through with some unusual custom windows which others couldnt (or wouldnt) do at all. When the windows were delivered, they met all expectations and more (very nice windows), and were installed by Ricks crew with great skill (our builder was happy to leave the complex window installation to the window pros, where he said he usually does windows installation with his own crew but this was an unusually complex design). Rick also supplied all of our interior & exterior doors and door hardware. Through all of this, Rick was extremely attentive to all the details, making sure the door/window order was exactly right, and he was very congenial and easy to work with. He showed up on the construction site often, making sure that all was going well according to plan. We highly recommend Rick.

Do not come here for warranty work, its very expensive. Do not use them unless you have at least 30% more than the proposal. Do not come here unless you have months to wait for the job to be done. If you meet the above, then please, use this company. Your expectations will be met!
