Docking is a pain if you drive a semi and have to deliver there. Staff was awesome. Got me unloaded fast.

We stopped in to buy new weatherstripping. They were very friendly, helpful and gave us good advice. Unfortunately they didnt have some of the stuff we needed and were still shopping....

It has been three months since the ordering and purchasing of my door took place. The customer service and communication from this company is horrible. It seems they only have one field person that does EVERYTHING and doesn’t communicate with anyone. He doesnt return phone calls, and neither does the office staff. My house is still under warranty, not even 1 year old yet, so they should still have all the measurements on file, to include the boring for locks and hinge placements. Additionally they couldnt even look at a work order from when it was originally completed and I gave them the idea to make it easier. I have built houses before and this is by far one of the worse companies I have ever done business with.

This company had some issues in the beginning, but took great care of me after they realized what the issues were. The owner and Ken were very responsive and I HIGHLY recommend this company for their great customer service, quality products and follow-through!!!
