I love this place! This grocery store is slightly out of the way so its never super busy and is typically stocked well as well as the Starbucks thats on site. Never a long wait or long lines in general for both businesses. I also use this pharmacy here and it as well has very short lines if any at all the pharmacist Andrew is very kind and professional. Id recommend any 1 of these businesses here

Margie is a true artist with her cake creations!!! I’m blown away, this camping cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday has topped all the other cakes she has had over the years. So creative and well done. I did add the sitting bear to the canoe that was in the river at the base of cake and the candles but everything else was Margie and the bakery at Safeway on White Spar. Thank you Margie!!!

We went in for speciality sandwiches. The young man that waited on us was very friendly and did an excellent job of making them!! Plus they tasted great!

No complaints. Check out lines are faster now that they have some self service registers. I can find organic foods and antibiotic free animal products. The bakery makes amazing cookies.

First,I would like to say that the employees are all very nice and friendly.That being said, they are constantly being overwhelmed.If you go early,not enough cashiers and the self service is closed.Your chances of finding all the sale items for the week are about 50 percent..The deli doesnt open till 8am and the bakery is slow as well.My biggest gripe is that even tho prices went up,they want you to be your own cashier.Fitst,I dont want to see someone losing a job,second if I wanted to be a cashier, Id want to get paid for my work.

Its a grocery store, to be honest not sure what much else you can say. The staff seem very friendly and helpful and you should use the app to scan any coupons you might need.

They carry a good variety however felt prices were high.

The employees are all very nice and helpful, except when asking about all the customers not wearing masks. Everyone just shrugs their shoulders when I ask why the mask requirement isnt enforced. Ill stick to Walmart grocery pick up.

This store has always been top notch. I worked for Safeway for more than 8 years, including this store and it has always had excellent customer service. I havent worked for Safeway since 2001. I brought my wife out here to visit my home town from Missouri. We both love Prescott and had a wonderful experience at my old work place...

Clean and had almost everything I wanted on sale.

This Safeway been here for so long its always been a good store . But today was really nice young lady that work in Starbucks in the Safeway store on white spar. She was really sweet good manner. I went by there at 2 or 3 pm . That young lady needs to be recognized cause she knows how to treat and customer. Thank You to the nice young girl with the glasses and long sandy bold hair .

This Safeway is closest to my house so I frequent it often. While their prices in general are more compared to Frys and definitely Walmart, I find its worth it for the better atmosphere. Everyone wears masks, which is important to me and unlike Frys, they still sanitize their carts. The cashiers are quick, the baggers dont squish the fruit and bread like they almost always do af Frys, and if you catch their sales, you can score really, really good deals. Id give this location more stars if it were bigger. Compared to others in the area, its small. They do manage to have most everything I need though. The pharmacy techs are all super helpful, too.

People here are always friendly. Got a great sandwich from the deli.

I dont hate Safeway, but out of all the stores in the Prescott Area this one is just simply lacking. They have a good beverage selection, good for Nicks and Nacks, Cards, Flowers, Etc. BUT my major dislike is thier fresh food selection. They do have a decent Organice Vegetable Selection, but thier meat selection is horrible and the reason for the low star rating is its all mostly over priced.

Friendly staff and terrific digital coupons

Got flu shot at this phsrmacy...no problem, no waiting and shot was given easily and with m I after pain. Will go to this location for future immunization shots. Also like to shop for food and nice deli.

This place is well stocked clean and friendly.The produce is almost always fresh and in stock.They still cut most of their meat here which means you can ask for a thicker cut and they have a good selection.The deli is fresh and whats supposed to be hot is hot and what is supposed to be cold is cold.Dairy is well stocked and fresh.The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they are expensive. So much that their ad items seem to be higher priced than the other stores... Regular prices. Maybe its just perception but thats the way I feel when I go there.

Its not a mega store so selections are somewhat limited but its convenient and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Great neighborhood market. They have a good variety of just about everything one needs.If you need something fancy, God knows you can find it at another market.But, I love this Safeway, as it is close to home, and they have what we need, for our family. Mostly, I enjoy the people that work here. Genuine people.

Good and fast service

Since Im doing my best to avoid GMOs, healthy organic stuff is great to see... but overall, its just a great neighborhood store,...and out of the three grocery stores I had to choose from that were within convenient driving distance, this one is actually the farthest out, but its the one I want to go to now.....Ok...a few weeks later...I had actually stopped going to this store, sadly, because of an annoyingIntercom system....Loud and obnoxious. Decided to give it another try today, and to my absolute delight...No more annoying intercom beeps or yelling! Ahhhhh.....Im back.....:)

My husband and I decided to order our wedding cake at Safeway. My husband spoke with Brianna over the phone and got price quotes, etc. He said she was very helpful and kind. When we drove up to Prescott a week before our wedding, we spoke with Jenn & she was very nice as well. She took notes for Margie (the pastry chef.) We later spoke with Margie on the phone and confirmed all the details. She was happy to help and answered our questions. She told us she would be there til 3 on the day we were picking up the cake. However, she ended up leaving early that day so we didn’t get to thank her in person. No one was working in the bakery, but we were able to find an employee to help us. It took her a while to find the cake. It was worth the wait though. The cake looked beautiful and our guests really enjoyed it! It turned out just the way we wanted it to. Margie froze the cake for us so that it was easier to transport it to our reception venue. She did an excellent job! All of the cakes on display in the bakery looked amazing! My husband and I joked about wanting to try them all. Margie is very talented. 😊On an unrelated note, one of the bathroom doors was broken and it didn’t lock. I accidentally walked in on someone going to the bathroom. Hopefully it has been fixed by now.

This is your typical Safeway store with all the products and services that you expect from a Safeway store. This store is located in Prescott Arizona. Nice and friendly staff and very helpful as well. they were out of some products that I wanted to buy but other than that I definitely would recommend this Safeway if youre in Prescott Arizona and need to stop and get supplies.

Nice neighborhood grocery store

The store is decent enough, Staff is always pleasant and willing to help and are no doubt exceptional personnel. None of that is my problem. You see, this store is ridiculously overpriced, a more common theme amongst current and modern day corporations looking to capitalize on location and the lack of any competitions. Simply put, its good old-fashioned price gouging. Im just not one that can tolerate these business cultures and practices any longer. Regardless of their Just for you program and questionable sales, it makes up for it not..

Safeway on white Spar highway is the only place 2 Shop in Prescott

Great little neighborhood store with great produce and great low to medium price wine selection. Lines at check out tend to get full fast at busy times of the day. I would suggest a floor manager on hand to manage lines so they dont get out of hand. Otherwise Im pretty happy with the over all shopping experience.

The usual high prices compared to Frys. Advertised sales that arent really sales. Small store, pretty well stocked. Service at checkout was speedy and friendly.

A good store that is usually not crowed. They have good parking, as well as a bank and a Starbucks inside the store.The only downside is that sometime they are short staffed so the checkout lines and last a few minutes.However, over all, it is a much better experience than going to a Walmart and having to wade through hordes of people.

This store does not enforce mask wearing. They place their workers and customers at risk and have no regard for others. No mask, no service needs to be promoted. Taking my business some where else.
