I have several of their slides and a couple full builds they run amazing and incredibly accurate.

The piece I ordered is really nice but as per their website, this doesn’t work correctly it seems with the g48 or g43. Customer service was quite rude also. I can’t return the item, because I did drop it while trying to install and it got scratched and in all honesty I don’t want to return it. I just needed advice on how to get the item on my pistol correctly. A manual may have helped or something. Sadly I will just have a very expensive paper weight. It’s a huge bummer as this was a Christmas present but things happen I guess. Just didn’t understand the rude customer service. I tried to be as informative as possible and it must not have been enough or something. I’m not sure what happened but I guess this place just isn’t for me. Thank you in all honesty Suarez team for the comp. you did nicely with it and it looks great!

While the Glock slide I ordered seems to be of good quality I have had a couple of issues that have yet to be addressed by Suarez, despite informing them of these (significant) problems. First, the dovetail for the rear sight is too wide and allows all three rear sights that I have tried to simply slide in and fall out of the other side. Meaning that I will have to purchase Suarezs own sights for another $80 (since they have set screws to secure them in place; a band-aid fix in my opinion). My second issue is that the top of the slide has some kind of mark from a tool or a bench block that has rubbed all the way through the melanite finish to the bare metal. I purchased a full-price *new* slide, not a blemished model. I sent Suarez photo/video documenting both of these issues and have received no reply several days later, despite receiving prompt replies initially after placing my order. That being said, the slide fit and functions without issue on my factory Glock frame, but having to pay for someone to refinish the slide and spend another $80 on sights right out of the box has left me less than satisfied. I am more than happy to work on a solution with Suarez, but based on other reviews Ive seen (particularly the ones where Gabe Suarez himself calls unsatisfied customers to get into screaming matches over the phone) Im not getting my hopes up.

Ordered the street comp for my glock, I got I today the finish came out of the package it damage on it.And the threading was crushed. I ran my own tap through it and cleaned it up now it will go on the barrel, but still has a worn finish and its brand new.Good design, but poor execution.

I wish I could give zero stars. This slide is out of spec. They wont help you at all after they get your money. They make excuses for poor craftsmanship. Then when you call them out they will block you on social media I stead of address the issues.

I personally love the products they make. I have used several triggers with and without the bar. I have G26 slide that I EDC. I enjoy the mindset of the owner as well. Those that want to rant about this or that dont realize what it is like running a company. I have even sent an item back and the experience was easy. If you do have a problem contact them and they will rectify it. Keyboard warriors never survive in battle

Incorrect product description. Then charge you restocking free, make you send back item at your expense. Avoid these guys.

Quality slide and optic for my G19 gen5. Definitely worth the wait. Will be purchasing more from Suarez in the future.

I ordered the Suarez Flat Face Complete Trigger and was unhappy with the build quality, overall operation and lack of reliability. When I tried to call the company, I received a recoded message that stated to leave a message and when, or if they had time the call would be returned. The recording also directs one to send an e-mail to a general address. After doing so, I did receive a reply within 12 hours, but it directed me to contact them again via email after the weekend. I initiated contact Thursday evening, received the first reply before noon Friday, I responded with another e-mail by 1pm Friday but would have to wait until Monday to receive a response. The response I received Monday was an obvious pre-formatted response that did not address my concern or request in anyway. I again replied via e-mail, and again received a relatively prompt response that informed me it was my fault the product did not function to my expectations. At this point I realized they were not going to stand behind the products they sell. Read the other reviews of customers having similar issues and know you have been warned!!

I have received EXCELLENT customer service from Suarez International. Every single item I have purchased from them has been best in class. The information available in their forum is top notch and second to none.This company is at the top of my list when it comes to firearms training and quality of their products. Their prices are not the cheapest, but they are fair in keeping with the quality of their products. Im a licensed firearm dealer here in Arizona and wanted to try these out since theyre made here in Arizona. I did the minimum purchase to become a dealer and though they did take a while to sell; every customer who ended up with one was very pleased. I kept one for my G19 as well. The finish and workmanship is exceptional and Id like to believe the slide contributes to the extraordinary accuracy of this pistol.UPDATE: Suarez International decided to cut out their dealer program without notification going to their dealer network. These will now be sold through a distributor whom they wont reveal yet. A little notification would have been nice....especially since a minimum purchase was required to even become a dealer. I wont change the rating because Im still pleased with the quality.

I have been to training classes and purchased products from Suarez International/Gabe Suarez. In all cases my experience has been 5 stars. If you want things sugar coated dont bother with SI. If you want truth from those that have been there I think youd be hard-pressed to find better customer service, and instruction. SI has stood behind everything they have ever sold me, and their Instruction is the best Ive had. Again, if you find value in burning through 1000+ rounds in a 1 day pistol class they are probably not for you. But if you enjoy learning, thinking outside the box, challenging norms, and being introspective, I think youve found the place for you.

Bought or i should more accurately say i ordered a glock 26 extractor with plunger assembly, 25 days an email and phone calls later, NOTHING except excuses about because of shot show attendance there would be a 2-3 week delay industry-wide! B.S.! Unacceptable! nothing on website states this as i wouldve went elsewhere, after receiving an email about boss need to approve the waiver for the restocking fee and he was not available, I was told to go ahead and dispute the charge with my bank because i told the person who answered the phone i demanded a full refund! Oh what customer service and after reading about suarezs conviction for insurance fraud i now why C.S sucks!

Unfortunately, I cannot give 0 stars. Purchased one of the Suarez Flat Face Shooter triggers for a 10mm. Order processing was fine.Once the item arrived and was installed I immediately noticed it was required more press pressure to move the trigger, i could visibly see it rubbing against the frame. The pull was gritty and sloppy, with a very mushy breaking point. Not what I expected from a drop in trigger with the Suarez name.Contacting customer service was a joke. The rep did not address my question about if the trigger pull I was experiencing was normal. He seemed far to concerned about stating the trigger could not be returned.I have become accustomed to good triggers, choosing to run Zev and Apex in most of my systems. I would strongly recommend you look there and avoid the Suarez options.Originally, I attempted to add an item to this order unsuccessfully and am glad I was unsuccessful. I do not believe this company to make, stand by, or care about their product.Very disappointed. I have gone back to my original Glock trigger, as it is far better than the Suarez offering.

Ordered the Glock 19X gunfighter mag well from Suarez international and had a terrible experience.I tried to return the item because it did not work on my Glock 19X due to the thru holes not lining up between the parts, and the actual mag well not fitting on my gun. I contacted them and dealt with there customer service representative randy. He denied my return because it was “installed”, the parts didn’t even fit on my gun due to poor machining so I do not understand how he says that it was installed.So not only am I out of my $75 bucks but The part is useless because it does not fit. Had a gunsmith look at it and he agrees there is no way it would fit.Highly recommend taking your business else where, not only is the customer service unprofessional and rude, but this part is cheaply machined with poor tolerances. Would not trust this part with my life, or the company since they have such little faith in there own product that if it merely touches and rests on your gun they consider that “installing” it and will not accept it back. Assuming they know it’s not a hard use item, but fragile and wean design. Coming from a machinist and competent gun enthusiast, and from a gun smith that I know.Won’t deal with them again and recommending that others do not aswell. Terrible experience!

I seldom fool with web sites such as Suarez, but did initially check a number of them out some years ago. Suarez International is head and shoulders above the rest. I am an engineer and my approach to measure things is based on does it work, I dont care if the mainstream has a different story. In my opinion the success is not just Gabe Suarez, but those who regularly contribute, very well versed people that arent politically driven or selling something contribute and think outside the proverbial box of status quo.

Poor customer service, my calls and emails were not return until it was convenient for them to be able to tell me I was outside the return/exchange policy. My first call was 9 days after product was delivered to my house, my first email was on the tenth day after product was delivered to my house. My advice it to avoid this company at any cost!!!

Purchased a product that would allegedly fit my Glock. I paid extra to have the product 2nd day aired to my house only to find it wouldnt fit as described by the website. I sent a respectful email advising that the product didnt work as described though I never received a response.Poor communication and customer service are critical components of internet companies based companies like Suarez. I hope that others have better service in the future than what I experienced. I will not have any future dealings with them or recommend them to others. It should be noted that I did not directly ask for a refund or RMA but I at least expected to be responded to in my initial email. It was 50 bucks down the drain.
