DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS - I should have read the reviews bout covid testing and the same thing happened to meBooked the test online, got the confirmation email, had the appointment - drove up and they tell me they don’t have PCR. Then why are you accepting appointments online when this is clearly a continuing issue?!Incredibly rude staff as well an wildly unhelpful - try the CVS in Kendall Park, significantly better experience
Will NEVER go back to this Walgreens again. Had a scheduled appointment for covid test this morning. Pulled up to the window and was told that they did not have the proper test kit for pcr. I asked about the rapid test and was told I needed to make another appointment online, so of course I check and nothing is available until Sunday. I went back to the drive through and asked to speak to the manager. She said there was nothing she could do, and I was telling her my situation and how I couldn’t come back, etc..she decided that wasn’t important and hung up, or ended the call as I speaking. I was so appalled by how rude she was to do that. At least listen to the customer…i was extremely irritated and won’t come back to this location ever again.
I scheduled an appointment for the COVID test in the afternoon, got a reminder email for the same that morning. Now when I turn up for the appointment I was rudely told that there are no more test kits were available, all the appointments have been canceled and the same has been informed to appointment holders through phone calls. Well, I mentioned I received no phone calls or cancellation messages. The guy on the drive-thru was rather obnoxious in stating they did the previous day. I wonder why people need to be rude for no reason. In my position, I was desperate to take the test ASAP and submit it to report back. So, as a Walgreens employee you are not doing your duty well, at least don’t be rude and spoil other person’s mood. Never ever going back there again.
This is the second time that I use drive thru service and I had to wait one hour in the car in order for me to pick up my medication such a terrible service
The middle age black employee is RUDE, probably cause he works at Walgreens
The store manager and staff at Walgreens are unfit for their jobs as they doesn’t care customers and don’t even know English language
I have had very positive experiences going for flu shots at this Walgreens store. Nice people and no fuss.
The pharmacist is absolutely amazing. Called our doctor to get an antibiotic refill. She is polite helpful caring and always smiling. Easy in easy out never a hassle. The entire staff is attentive. Highly recommend

Exceptional customer service from manager whose name I cant remember exactly (Rahim?). I was a very annoyed and probably annoying customer this morning when they did not have my photo order ready by an important deadline. She called me shortly after I left the store and offered to have an employee deliver it to me, which they did. Regretfully I acted without much class this morning but they treated me with the utmost respect. Would definitely return for photo service here.
The recent changes are an improvement I just hope they can keep the right staff!
