The customer service is always good when I go here. Balloons, looking for something in particular, the staff is always helpful. Its often a bit disorganized and stuff can be found in the most random of places. However I think that is probably more due to customers not putting items back and being a mess than staff, and they probably cant keep up with it. I know I couldnt with the amount of stuff in the store. There are some good deals on a lot of items from cleaning to snacks. If you have kids, there are usually some good deals on school supplies. I recommend there to buy school supplies for donations when theres a stuff the backpack event.

Great staff and great products. I usually go Monday morning after my workout at Burn Bootcamp, and you can tell that there are alot of people there on the weekends. The employees have let me know that it is one of the most popular Dollar Trees in the area and people drive far to get here which is funny but it is great!

Nice selection of items and nice customer service. The Easter selection was great and I was able to fill my baskets with different items.

Its a large well-stocked Dollar Tree store with convenient parking and an easy entrance. The service is a little bit better than you would expect typically in this part of New Jersey. The food section is decent as is the home goods. The cleaning supplies were a little weak but I think thats normal for Dollar Tree these days.

I wouldnt even give a one star. The store was very busy as its a holiday season and there were 2 people in front of me at the checkout line, there were at least 4-5 other people waiting in line patiently to checkout because they only had one register open. The line was getting longer so they decided to open up another register. The personal at the register called for a next customer in line so a gentleman in front of me went there, right after him a lady cuts in line and checks out at the register no 2. I told the lady that she needs to wait in line like everyone else and its rude to just step in like that. The casheir didnt even told her to get back in line or acknowledge what I said instead he was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked him his name he started talking back in a very very nasty manner and told me that he could careless. He told me that he is ignoring me and refused to give me his name when asked. As I mentioned that would like to speak to their store manager. His response was im making a huge deal for a very small thing.I have the conversation recorded on my phone and will definitely be contacting BBB.

The employees are always so nice, respectful and quick! But do not use the bathrooms! It was disgusting. There are two stalls none had toilet paper but there were empty rolls everywhere. There was pee and poo on the walls and floor you beat believe I turned right around! Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks!

This is in a good clean and environmental friendly shopping center.

Very average dollar store, shelfs were a mess, lots of items missing, but was able to find what I needed.

This location is the worse one I ever saw! Very dirty. Can’t find much. Very disorganized. There was many people in line and 1 employee.. not only is that bad it’s very unsafe. The 1 employee was very short with me when I asked if he was the only one there. I was a little mad and felt bad for him at the same time. Someone needs to get in that store and get it strait and get more help.

Decent shopping experience

Employees are pleasant, but the store is a mess, with boxes everywhere and all items in complete disarray.This review is about something else though - their public restroom. It consists of 2 stalls. One of them was absolutely covered in feces - toilet/floor/etc. The second stall, had FOUR empty toilet paper holders, with a roll of toilet paper sitting on top, that was still in the packaging. The floor and walls were disgusting, and I would have been absolutely crazy to even consider using it.Not only did I leave the restroom as quickly as possibly, I left the store. If that’s what their employees are using on a daily basis, I didn’t even want to be in that germ infested store purchasing the products that they are handling.

I dont think its been swept since Christmas, and everything is a mess. Dumpster fire.

Great place to get gift bags, wrapping paper, decorative bows, etc. instead of spending a great deal more at drug stores and grocery stores. Plenty of greeting cards of all kinds, too, at 2 for $1.00. The Dollar Store is also well worth a visit for lots of household and kirchen supplies.

Its dollar tree. This store is really big and I find its a great place to buy stationary, a small bottle of Tide laundry detergent, and cards. I like to look at the cold food section just for fun. I dont buy it but interesting to see what a dollar gets you. I do occasionally notice brand name items scattered throughout the store especially in the beauty/body section.On the week of July 4th they have a pop up fireworks store. 7/4/18

Great customer service

You can buy practically everything for your household and even party supplies. The is even food available, and everything is 1 usd (+tax).I wouldnt say that this is my favorite shop, but it is cheap, and OK

People are so rude & ignorant. They want what they want with no regards for others. I understand they only had one lane open. You dont yell out can they open another lane. When they do, they call for the next person in line (which happened to be me) then he tries to rush over & I cut him off. When she asked him if he wanted a bag for his purchase, he angrily said no & hurried out the store. The world doesnt revolve around you. #peoplethinktheyprivileged

Dirty! There is no gloves or sanitizing stations it’s literally a free-for-all here every time I enter I get scared I’m gonna get the virus.

This place is exactly what youd expect it to be. It can be a disaster at times, but it is s good place to quickly pick up gift bags or balloons.

My trip was worth every dollar.

It is clean, well stocked and has pleasant employees.

I love to shop at Dollar Tree! Especially this one they always have what Im looking for!
