Its insane how you have to wait 90 minutes at a dealership but only 20 minutes at jiffy lube! Thanks guys...

Basically had the same exact experience as a previous person. I asked for a regular oil change and was shocked when it came out to $90! I asked why it was so much and they said because it was synthetic oil and I told them my car did not take synthetic, but they told me my car could only get synthetic. Which is funny because every other time Ive taken my car there they gave me regular...I will be talking to a manager and asking for my money back. Not getting my hopes up though because Jiffy Lube is such a scam, trying to nickel and dime people any way they can.

My boyfriend took my car here today to get an oil change and he was told they only had synthetic oil (which costs a lot more money) and my car does not synthetic, i personally just called there and they told me they did have conventional oil. They tried to upcharge my boyfriend to get more money which if I believe is illegal. Apparently the manager is not there today so I will be calling to speak to him tomorrow. My boyfriend went to another jiffy lube in Johnston (they were phenomenal there) and they proceeded to tell him that they have done this at the mineral spring Ave place to multiple customers this week alone. DO NOT go to the one on mineral spring Ave unless you want to be ripped off and once they put synthetic oil in your car that’s all you can use.

Showed up yesterday, nobody in any of the bays or the parking lot, waited around a few moments until some kid came sauntering over to my car saying they are cleaning the lobby and not taking any more cars for the day (this was at 5:28pm when they close at 6pm). Told me to come back in the morning and they open at 8.Got there at 8am today, said it will just be a few minutes because theyre still opening up. Then the kid came back out and said his manager told him I had to come back in 40 minutes.Nobody here apparently wants to do their job so Ill never be coming back to this one.Went to the one in Johnston and they were much more professional and friendly, took me right away and had me on my way in about 20 minutes.

Employees were very courteous professional and they did the job quickly and they kept my car nice and clean I recommend Jiffy Lube

I pulled up to the place fully aware that my car is not in need of synthetic oil. This is because at the dealership, they do not use it. And this is a new car, so they know better. In front of the entrance I was greeted by one of the employees, who said that hes not going to service my car without putting the synthetic oil in. I asked him to show proof that my car required synthetic oil, which point he became rude and aggravated.I then offered to show him the Hyundais owner manual where it explicitly states the kind of oil the car requires, which he refused to accept, again claiming that he will not service my car (I am the owner!) without putting synthetic oil in.Would DEFINITELY not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been going here for a while now, very happy with their services. One thing I like is they use Pennzoil Platinum Euro for my Fiat 500X (which is recommended). I was a little upset last visit... I thought they were trying to up-sell me when the tech told me I should get the coolant flush but once I actually looked at the color of it & that in fact it did need it much sooner than the manual suggests, I went ahead just to be safe as winter was coming in. Happy now that I did. These guys really dont up-sell they just let you know what will keep your vehicle in top shape. I will continue to go here, dealers are usually the ones to screw you over once your warranty is up.

Fast i was in and out. I called the dealership and they gave me an appointment two week later. No thanks i went to JL that day. Was out in 30 minutes.

It was my daughters vehicle so there input on the vehicle was most appreciated.

The staff here are always nice and hospitable. They treat me with respect and provide the best customer service. The people who work here are also hilarious and love cracking jokes which to me is a good sign of them working as a team to get my car done quick and that theyre providing a positive environment for customers. Love it here!

Overall decent experience at this location. Speed of service was extremely fast, however, the technician that checked me out was rude and gave me push back for offering an extra coupon I had to another customer that would allow him to get $15 off his oil change. I understand you want to make money for your business, but customer appreciation and loyalty is very important. Its the holiday season, chill out. Will stick to my normal location in Cranston. Those guys are the best.

They were really rude. Tried to tell us we couldn’t buy antifreeze at the gas station and wanted us to pay 115 for it. When we refused that service they were rude. Left the car outside with all the doors open & keys in the car for someone to take. would do zero stars if I could.

Horrible customer service. Real bad attitude by service attendant that met me as I drove up. Long time customer bringing in my wife’s new car. Told car was synthetic oil only which costs 94.00 which I know is average rate. Asked if I could get a coupon because I go there for my car my wife’s and sons and sisters cars. He said that the oil sticker was not one of theirs. It was from car dealer. Told the little punk he lost a good customer. Great customer at Valvoline!!!

Over charged me for the service, but I honestly felt too uncomfortable to fight them back after they patronized me when I asked if they had availability for an oil change for my Subaru and they repeatedly (jokingly apparently) told me it was No-Subaru Sunday until they finally took my car in....poor customer service. Go to a different Jiffy Lube.

Im a big fan of Jiffy Lube. I go out of my way to go there. I drive past two other fast oil change places which shall remain nameless (Valvoline) to go to Jiffy Lube mostly because they always give me more miles to drive on whatever oil they use I believe Pennzoil than everyone else. Yeah I know its all bs but somehow seeing that I get an extra 2,000 miles on a change makes me feel better. I know I can get back there in time. Also they are quick to get me in and out and the service is friendly. My only gripe is they never send me coupons. Come one Jiffy Lube throw me a bone here. I drive an extra 8 miles to go there you cant save me $5 bucks on a $100 oil change? Send me coupons already. Send it about the time you figure Im ready for an oil change and Im there.

I rolled in here with a flat tire. They changed out my spare and had me good as new in no time! Polite, quick, kind and patient, these guys know what theyre doing! This is the place to go if you need quick curteous service done right the first time.

I have been to competitors and I have been to other locations and this one by far is one I will go out of my way to visit. Great quality, great service, great price!

This place saved me a fortune on brakes. Yes, they do brakes, batteries, and oil changes. Any mechanics they have can do quite a lot of other things. For a franchise, it is flexible and prices are right. I paid 4x more at a Midas. In fact, this one hired a Midas guy and my disk brakes are great.

The best place to go if you need any maitnence on your vehicle done.

First time I came here with my girlfriends car. I came back here because the service and customer service are always on point. They really took good care of my Audi A5 These guys are young but they are respectful and knowledgeable.

I visited Jiffy Lube despite some negative reviews and couldnt have been happier. As soon as I pulled up the manager and his associates came to my car and took it into the garage right away. They checked things out, and the manager told me what needed to be done. He also gave me a list of maintenance recommended by Toyota, but was honest about what did and didnt need to be done.I brought a coupon from their website, and the manager gave me an additional $10 off of an air filter, just because!All in all, I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change and excellent customer service.

Excellent service. The staff are friendly and, in my opinion, they level with you. They show you what they find in your car and show you their options/prices via a screen right by your side. Some people say that they try to trick you, but I disagree especially since I have my dad take a look at my car before bringing it in the shop and he says just about the same story I get from here. I think the real hand are the prices they charge, but Im not going to knock off any stars for that. They tell you what needs fixing and you dont have to accept their offer. Buy your own materials and fix it yourself, but thank them for taking a look at it. Speedy service and my car has never been happier.

Best place to get great fast service for your car. Staff is knowledgeable and fun. They always have a discount for you. Uber drivers...we get 15% services. Ive been using this particular Jiffy Lube for 15 years.

I went to jiffy lube & luis & mike did great work. They were extremely helpful & very nice. My boyfriend said they did great work & we will continue to come here & recommend them to everyone.

Over priced oil change and when I take my car to have an oil leak diagnosed its a loose oil filter that this place did the work on. I will never return to this location again. Cost me double for an oil change than I can find deals on groupon for and then more money and time to have the loose filter diagnosed. Almost forgot to add it was the wrong oil filter for car as well. Also caused damage after a coolant flush in the past. Stay away from these hacks.

Very quick service, I was out in 20 minutes. I would recommend going earlier rather than later for a quick oil change.

They charged me for oil change than my regular mechanic for an oil change(59.99 for 10W30 Synthetic oil). They also offered me to clear my front lights with some solution they offer. That was 25 more

There is a tech named David who hung up on me twice in a row. I just asked what their wait times were like... Ive never had an issue at any jiffy lube, this is the first one where anyone was rude.

I just went to the North Providence location to get an oil change and the customer service I received was absolutely horrible! Tyler was rude from the second he walked up to my car. I also wanted a tire rotation, which I said upon pulling up, he said to me someone will come get you before we do anything to the car fast forward 15 or so minutes and hes cashing me out, when I inquired about the tire rotation he was extremely rude and dismissive telling it was extra then walked out and yelled to the guys to put the car back in the bay. He returns complaining in snappy tone about how they worked all day and and theres only three of them there. I would not recommend this location to anyone. No one deserves to be spoken to rudely and have their service requests denied! Horrible service from someone clearly in charges of customer relations!

Went there twice. Both times it was the wrong diagnosis, changed my battery the wrong way & caused my car to die again. Did NOT fix the problem.

I go in for an oil change and leave with bills of $175--$210. Always seem to find ways to add to the cost.

They inflated my tires to 55lb nearly destroying them. If they cant read a pressure gauge then I have no idea how they expect to stay open or actually change your oil. It almost seems intentional and mean spirited to do such a wretched job.
