Customer service is excellent here. Wans and waves in selection but you can call or go online. Its worth checking out.

I’ve been to tons of GameStops around Massachusetts this one is huge ! And very clean staff are nice my only complaint is I asked to have something priced check and the guy didn’t even know GameStop did that but other then that amazing

I have consistently had the worst experiences at this location. The staff I have interacted with have mocked me for my game selections, laughed at me when I’ve inquired about release dates and most recently both laughed at and mocked for picking up something I had preordered. These items were supposed to arrive over a month ago and I have yet to get a call, come to find they had one half of my order but still hadn’t received the second half. What’s the point of preordering then if I wasn’t guaranteed the items on (or at the very least near) their release date? I don’t even want the rest of my order anymore frankly if it means I don’t have to go back there ever again

I got a game card and I ask about a starter kit from wow and they said they dont do that anymore

Im rating the individuals that work here but Im rating the stuff in which these individuals sell .see i had bought a refurbished ps4 controller and about a few days later i needed to return it now that Ive gotten the 2nd refurbished controller its also not working right cause now it wont turn off and they never seem to have one in stock and if you want one you have to travel miles to get a new one ( hate to tell you guys not everyone drives) so now in order to get a replacement i have to send in the only controller i own and wait 7 to 10 days to get it shipped to me such bull maybe you shouldnt be selling anything refurbished cause Ive only had problems with them.I changed my rating to one star because it seems that all their refurbished products are garbage

A huge variety of gaming accessories which I found really cool as a beginner collector,there was also alot of space and since covid started that is something Ive focused on. The amount of games hat are present there is huge,from the new gen consoles to the former generation,all around a good place to shop for Gaming Merchandise.

Great experience! My son got a bunch of games for his xbox one for a great deal. The staff is very helpful and super knowledgeable.

The problem is that when I look for the ones that have the specials, they never have the Videogame to satisfy the 1 and because sometimes the promotion is not compatible as when they put the article.The promotion is never the way it needs to be, you hardly ever find anything at the cost of the special.

Probably one of the worst businesses I dealt with. Sell you an extended warranty on a game. Dont have anymore in stock when disc doesnt work. Charge u 2.00 for another warranty and 4.00 to have disc shipped to customer.

So its tough to fairly evaluate places like these because workers always come and go, however for the most part I usually have good experiences here. The layout of the store is pretty good plus they have a PS4 in store so you can play before you buy and it is a fairly sizeable location so theres some extra variety.

Other than the great staff at this location, theres not too much extra to be found since this is a traditional chain store in a mall. With that said, the staff has always been good to me, going out of their way to help me find what Im looking for,and even promoting used items to save me money when available. Thanks guys!

I go there for my son Im not a gamer know nothing about games but every time Ive been there the customer service was phenomenal very helpful and found me the best deal for whatever I needed and always I had what I was looking for nice people

Average mall Game Stop. Staff seems to have a lot of tasks to complete in between customers. My 12 year old son felt bad interrupting to ask questions about a new game. They we very nice and helpful, just seemed very busy with projects.

Great staff they all have no shame in being proud gamers. The selection is good you can find Vita games here which is a hold mine for me. and if they dont have it theyll find it for me. Gotta love good hospitality.

Awesome deals great staff very friendly..I love GameStop except for the time I almost got mugged in the line for Pokemon lets go Eevee. But besides that I highly recommend .

I usually like to review food places because people like to know a place before putting in their mouth you know health and all.Well this place have a great staff always nice very helpful always open to give an opinion and guide the customers I didn’t felt they’re being busiest to anything specific just trying to get where you need and want about their pro card or any other name they give it any other month lol I’ll say if you buy their a lot it worth it if not definitely a waist of money.I’ll recommend to go there you would like it

Your average mall GameStop, very busy on the weekends. Ive had no trouble reserving games online or preordering to this location. Staff is particularly knowledgeable.

This place is just depressing. One of the workers seemed desperate to help me, like his job depended on it. Used games cost almost the same as new ones? I know they aint paying people much for them, so that seems like a ripoff. Theyd be better off copying Newbury Comics.

There were 5 people working. The tri color hair female was interrupting the One counter guy when there were 20 customers in line. It took 12-15 min in line then 14 min in line with the only clerk that was helping. then another guy came back to cash peeps out. Terrible service.

The manager here was rude to me in the store. I felt like he had something personal against me without even knowing me. I do not recommend this store. I do not recommend gamestop in general. On a seperate note I purchased a ps3 for 125 after taxes. I lost the receipt so no returns at all which is dumb. So there offer for a trade in was 25. So they want to make 100 off me. After I already gave them 125. They wish to make 500 percent off of a trade in. This in my opinion is robbery and should be illegal.

This location in particular has the circle of life in full effect.I traded in my old Xbox one in order to upgrade to an s. I called the store in the morning to make sure they have the pubg bundle in stock in which I was told yes. I come to the store around 7 pm make the trade in and ask for the bundle at which point I was told they were sold out but I can get a used one for the basicly the same price and no game or a 2tb for $300. At this point I already knew what was up I took the credit and came in the next day when different staff was behind the counter. Guess what the Xbox I wanted magicly appeared, and out of curiosity I asked the guy with the glasses if they received a shipment this morning and guess what was the answer...NO
