Upon choosing to deal with a sub telecommunication establishment, while in Newark, NJ. I also purchased a blue tooth speaker along with a cell phone and other necessary accessories. Within 3 weeks the blue tooth speaker unit wont charge. I arrived at this location, which advertises its not open. Yet, it is open for business.Furthermore, isnt it quite convenient for another conglomerate, to pick and choose, when and when not, their affiliates are attached to the products and or benefits of their third party bed buddies?!It becomes Especially powerful when the gatekeeper gets to flex their control. When the consumer requires warranty, or any other service that doesnt add monetary value, the employees simple follow their corporate disrespect; in order to appease their idol and win curry.
I think this location is a good location because of Kennedy Plaza bus rider are able to get to this location without any problem but the customer service need to be more friendly and helpful.. Good customer service is key for me wanting to keep coming back and tell others about the service I receive.
They lied about services I would receivewhen I got a new line and about receiving a gift car as a rebate. I contacted them and it was obvious they did not want to help and just wanted to get more money out of me with lies. It seems they just want to rip you off and just make sales for themselves. They are just ready to have you go deal with he said and she said arguments when you try to fix things as well. Do not come in and be very careful about deals they say you will be getting.
Worst store they forced me to upgrade so I have a phone. Then the manager gives me a phone that was broken and frozen. And the next day refused to return my phone under return policy it gave me 14 days they still refused. Dishonest and unprofessional.

Today I went to ask a simple customer service question into the store and the manager was unreal. He didn’t even greet me! He umped right into interrupting one of his team members when they were trying to assist me. After he interfered without letting anyone talk in a very uncivilized manner he just went off the back. Didn’t even continue to try to help or give me any suggestions to possible alternatives with my situation. Yet bragged about being a manager. What kind of manager does that? Absolutely won’t suggest this store, ever!

Every time I go to the store they always help me out with what I need they don’t let you wander around if you tell them you need a few minutes to give you a few minutes and they just help you out and tell you everything that you would like to know very very very knowledgeable staff very keen on product knowledge and if they don’t know the answer the last somebody that does is the only place I’ll go even though the parking sometimes can be a pain is worth it to go to these guys

As a metro customer for 5 years, I started having problems and was referred to this corporate location. After repeated visits the problem was not rectified and the manager was very disrespectful. After explaining I am the customer not looking for anything but the service I am paying for he agreed to help me with the issue. After a month and still no resolution and repeated calls with no call back, I have decided to switch carriers. There is very poor customer service and communication at this location. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is for the minimal effort that was made the 4 times I did go to the location.
Had a very pleasant experience here. My kids phone got wet and was destroyed when it was left out in a rainstorm recently. Because of an issue with my PIN number I was referred to this corporate store. The saleswoman got my PIN straightened out and then got my replacement phone set up very quickly. I was in and out in under a half hour. Staff was pleasant. Its sad thaty a security guard is needed here but he was cool too. Beware that the parking situation is atrocious in this area. The majority of the on street parking is reserved or permit parking. I thought about making my own spot on the sidewalk like the employees of City Hall next door do but Im not part of the secret club and will most definately be towed. There are several garages nearby but charge around 10 bucks to park. Overall if you can find a spot to park than check this place out.

Horrible customer service. Phone I purchased had a factory defect while cause charger port to melt and almost catch fire. They tried shifting the blame to Samsung, and when Samsung explained they were responsible they tried to say the melted port was physical damage so they would not have to replace the phone. I will be leaving Metro PCS tonight, after 4 years of being a customer. If you need help, I suggest going to a different location or better yet, a different carrier.

One of these guys got stupid with me about something even stupider one day over my bicycle parking work. Im nice at it of course.Long short, I just go to a different location to pay my bill now. Screw those dudes, and then Ill buy a new phone there bcuz Im lame like that too.Metro, FML

Do I have to even give them one star their service was so horrible the staff was rude and threatening toward me I was told I had a phone that was turned in that was actually reported stolen in the MetroPCS store it said they had recycled it meaning that they had whats the memory and sold it illegally mind you the men and I have a second to pull my head together I will be switching carriers.
