Edible arrangements should definitely come with an instruction manuel lol. The business has definitely upgraded in all avenues from when I last ordered from them in 2016. Im so happy to of had a patient and knowledgeable person their to help me. It was a bit to pricey for just a box of 12 assortment of fruits to be delivered but I still got them for my partners birthday today so it was worth it.

I was having trouble with the website I decided to call in and the staff were so sweet even offered me a coupon code as a first time customer. I don’t live in this area I was delivering to a friend but they made my experience SO wonderful. Definitely recommend going here and ordering from this location!!

Received a box of dipped fruit as a gift. It was strawberries, apple and banana. Disappointed. The fruit was mushy, old, brown not very fresh.I am usually pretty impressed with Edible Arrangements and was excited to receive it.**UPDATE**I received a delivery today and thought it was a mistake. There was a personal note attached from the owner about my previous review.This box of dipped fruit was SO much better! The bananas were more firm and less brown, strawberries were fresher and the apples were great too. THIS box is the quality I would expect to receive.Thank you for trying to make better a disappointing first impression.

I had a mr cruiz deliver my arrangement for my wedding and he was so rude and the arrangement was horrible. The fruit was musty and moldy which I am horribly allergic to (anaphylactic) and the arrangement was wilting. Mr. cruz said whatever it looks fine to me even though I would never eat it then took off and I had to throw it all out. None of it was good.Horrible!! Never order from them.

BEAUTIFUL BUT A BIT PRICEY

I had initially ordered a custom box of fruit on the website, which turned out to be a disaster. The delivery was never completed. Not living in Rhode Island, I decided to call the nearest edible arrangements to where I needed the delivery. I had the pleasure of speaking to the owner, Ted. He was so helpful and personable to deal with after my bad experience with the previous order. He not only made the arrangement but personally offered to make the delivery to Bristol, RI. Its nice to see that some people are pleasant and professional and willing to go out of their way to make a customer happy. Ted knows how to run a business!

This place rocks, customer service on point. I will highly reccomend this place and will be ordering from them Again. Thank you for ur awesome work.

I’m not satisfy with the quality of the fruit and when I called they offered new berries but they never sent them!!! I’m not going to buy here ANYMORE!!!

Theyre so helpful...The arrangement I had delivered was sent fast and it looked amazing. The staff and manager are WONDERFUL! I have no complaints at all. I would defiantly highly recommend this location you would not be disappointed.

The team of people at this store are so full of energy I love going in just to get one piece of chocolate dipped fruit when I take my coffee break. They always have a great selection of dipped fruit in their cooler for me to choose from. I love the half white half dark bananas but the chocolate carmel apples are hard to pass up so lately I get one of each to have with my coffee from White Electric next door. I love Providence!
