I went into the store today and it took the guy behind the register 30 seconds to even acknowledge my presence as he was on his phone. I bought a vape and when I get home and opened it it said it required a special battery. They did not tell me this at the store so now I’m left with a useless vape. Will be buying the battery at another store as I do not want to give this store any more of my money.

Best smoke shop I have ever been to. I live in MA, the legal age to buy shisha is now 21 when it used to be 18. I am 19. Best costumer service ever. George and Joey know what they are talking about and are very nice people. My friends and I drive 45+ minutes from MA to RI whenever we get low on supplies. Worth the drive, will be back soon.

Size Matters Exception? Lava Smoke Shop is chock-full literally floor to ceiling with nearly all things smoke, vape, and even an assortment of CBD products. Best part is staff: No pressure, no evil-eye... professional; knowledgeable. Pricing seemed quite fair.An enjoyable visit - I left with what I went for, and was strongly tempted to experiment with more.

Lava smoke shop sells pods that will break your device! They order knock off pods from China that will not properly fit in your pod device. So unless you want to vape on fake pods that will ruin your device I suggest any other Vape shop!!! The staff is friendly but the fake products are not worth the risk!

A friend and I visited Lava Smoke Shop hoping to gain some information on vapes. When we arrived we were greeted by Joey who was very happy to help us. Small store with a very good selection of glass, hookah shisha, and all sorts of smoking paraphenelia, super helpful and knowledgeable staff as well.

Cool shop, my buddy got the great dreamlabs design fumed orbital piece made by illuminati glass seen in the pictures of the place. He loves it and for a small shop we were impressed. Attendant even offered to have a matching carb cap blown for it in the fumed yellow too

All the peeps working here are super helpful and the atmosphere for the shop is welcoming
