Always a wonderful experience. Very pleasant staff. My son absolutely adores this place.

The process was quick and easy, and the staff were super helpful and fun. They made me do a little dance when making a wish on the heart. I had a good time.

I went to get the Mandolarian Baby for our granddaughter. Im 50 and I love this store. They still went through all the steps with us.. It still brings out the little kids in my husband and I.

There was one red dragon left on display. We were FIRST in line and my husband went to ask an employee if we can take the one that was on display. The lady came over and nicely took it off display for us but then she rudely gave it to another family and made my son cry so we had to leave the store because he really wanted the Red dragon. He is only two so it was difficult to calm him down after that. When a two year has their heart set on something its hard changing their mind. In my opinion that was really really rude and unprofessional. I wish we had a different experience because we came to the providence mall for the build a bear experience specifically. I could have picked something else out for my son if I really wanted to but I dont believe they deserved our service after that.... PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT WERE IN LINE FIRST AND ASKED FOR HELP FIRST!!!!!!

I went in with my 1 yr old tonight, the girls working were amazing! Very kind and good with kids.. it was my child’s first time coming here and they made it amazing for her. my daughter had smiles on her face the whole time in the store. I can’t wait to go back

My daughter always loves it here! Clean, open floor plan so very easy to get around with her wheelchair.

Love the store - 1st time there

The store was nicely kept and clean. Everything was organized and the staff was friendly and energetic. Only thing that stopped this from being 5 stars was the long line at the register was had to wait in. It took almost 30 minutes for us to check out due to only one register being open.

Cool but expensive

I was at the Providence Place Mall Build-a-Bear with my boyfriend. I have to say, the young girl working the front desk, Stephanie, was the sweetest, nicest person I have ever encountered. She was genuinely happy to help and be sure we were happy and having a good time! I could not be more thrilled to have had her help us! She was just adorable.I also have to mention that the gentleman that helped us when we initially entered the store, Marcus, was very helpful and charming as well.What wonderful employees this location has!

I take my daughter every year for her birthday. The staff is always amazing. Usually always a good deal and the pay your age birthday bear is cute!!! We LOVE this build a bear

Went for my daughters birthday to get her a count the candles bear. Probably our least favorite build a bear experience we have had yet. The lady working was less than enthusiastic about being there, she appeared to be the only worker in sight and there was a few people ahead of us. She barely acknowledged us until it was our turn. She neglected to tell us about the birthday hearts for the bears and it was not a special birthday experience at all for my daughter. If you go during the week expect the amount of people working to be really low and expect to wait awhile.

Celebrated my daughters 2nd birthday here, they were so spectacular!!!! Our host Sabrina went above and beyond and my party sure was testing all patience and limits but she never lost her smile! My daughters birthday was something we will never forget!

Very expensive but the kids love it

Great place to go for kids and adults as well. The clerks there are very cheerful and helpful. If you cant find what youre looking for they are more then eager to help you. I cant say enough great things about this wonderful store.

I go myself and take my nieces all the time. They are great with the kids and super patient. Always prepared to turn around even a difficult situation

Great choices for stuffed animals but the line was so long to fill them. Needs more staff to move things faster. You should not have to wait over 30 to fill your animal.

Its awesome but i always get over charged. Tell them i dont want sounds and get charged. Buy a certificate on sale get charged full. This is an employee issue not co issue

Today was a great experience for my lil guy first time building a 🐻. Hes happy with his teddybear

My son loves it here but the customer service is really hit or miss. Some employees really go the extra mile to make the experience fun while others make it obvious that they dont care.

This build a bear is very pushy with sales. One worker told me my grandbaby was chunky and i didn.t think that appropriate.

The girls that work here are always nice and friendly, must be the stuffing lol

The Pay Your Age event was very poorly planned and executed here. One assumes that with an event like this it will be a zoo and plans accordingly, but it is unacceptable that there were no concessions for those with disabilities that rely on machines and wheel chairs that cant last hours in line. Have some pretty disappointed kids today.

Our first experience and it was chaotic because they were self-admittedly short staffed. Though they tried, it was just an unpleasant experience. They lost out on us purchasing accessories and other items.

Was there on a Friday night and the cashier was extremely rude to me and my boyfriend. Kicked us out because we were looking at the window display and kept screaming at us, WERE CLOSED. Never going back there again.
