Bought a Jeep here early this year, originally looking for a Chevy Equinox, but the Jeep ended up being more what I wanted for a better price. The sales girl that helped me was great. Ive bought two cars here and will probably be back again in the future.

Came in a few days ago to get a diagnostic on my engine. I told the technician that if it is a problem inside the motor, I would have them do it. But if it was a part install, I would appreciate them just telling me what I need so I could install it myself. After the diagnostic I was informed of the bad parts, and then was able to buy those parts from the parts department so I could install them at home.I am very pleased with how honest and professional the technician was. if I went somewhere else, it is possible I would have been misinformed of the issue for the possibility of an up-sale.

I will never go to any lhm dealerships ever again. A bunch of greedy disrespectful sales men. Pushy and demeaning.
