This has been a pretty awful customer experience for me. An employee came out to look at my window, a missing screen, and fixing my screen door. He took measurements and notes of what I needed, but didnt send the information in-house with Jones. When I reached out to follow-up on my replacements, rather than the in-office employee contacting the other employee directly, they told me I had to contact the employee that came out to my house, and by that time he didnt have my measurements anymore so I put off the window replacement and fixes.After that, I ended up taking the vent off my window (something the initial employee didnt do) and noticed it was substantially more damaged than thought. I reached back out, they sent out the same employee again to take the measurements, and when he took off the vent he reassured me it could be fixed and didnt need to be replaced.The day to replace the glass and fix the vent came, and the installers show up and it turns out the measurements on the new glass were wrong. Just to make sure, I asked the installers to take the vent off to verify if it could be repaired and they were amazed the initial employee said it could be fixed, and told me the whole window needed to be replaced. It also turned out they couldnt fix my screen door on site, and had to take it back to Jones with them.I reached out to Jones and requested to work with someone else, and they were very apologetic and rushed the new install for me to replace, rather than fix the window. I confirmed with them that they would also bring my screen door and the new screen for my window.They show up to replace the window, and so far as I can tell its a solid window and they did a good job installing. However, they brought back my broken screen door and said they couldnt fix it. If I had been told at any point before that day, I would have asked for them to make a new screen door, but instead they just brought back my broken screen door. To top it off, they didnt bring the new screen and said they would notify someone in the office they couldnt find it and they would be in touch with me.No one reached out and they ran the payment for the screen despite not providing it. I cant think of a company that has been as hard to work with as Jones Paint & Glass. The only reason this is a two star review rather than one star is due to the new window seeming high quality and the installers appearing to do a good job of installing. However, I wont be using Jones Paint & Glass again any time soon.

I bought shower doors from Jones Paint & Glass and could not be happier with them. They’re beautiful, sturdy and the individuals who installed them could not have been nicer. From buying to installation, everyone I worked with were kind, knowledgeable and quick with responses. I had just moved to Utah and I am so glad my realtor referred me to Jones Paint & Glass. I know these doors have added value to my home. Excellent company.

The people at Jones Paint and Glass glass division were so friendly and helpful. They even came out to my van and carried the broken window in for me. They are fixing our window in one day. Im excited to go pick it up and so grateful for their service.

We are so incredibly happy with our new windows and front door from Jones P&G! Every single person we worked with was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We are renovating a home and needed to replace all the windows as well as the front door. I had an idea of what I wanted for our door, and Charlie helped me bring it to life. He even patiently worked with me as I tweaked and changed the design. The windows he helped us pick out are gorgeous! As far as installation goes...PERFECTION!! I honestly cant believe how beautifully and seamless our new windows look..especially considering how much thicker our new windows are compared to the original windows! Nick, Jackson and Kaden had them all done in one day and were great about communicating with me throughout the entire process. Our door was backordered (just like everything else thanks to Covid)! We were notified as soon as it was ready to be installed and they got us right on the schedule. Glen and Grayden did a wonderful job installing it and were so kind and efficient.This is an extremely busy company so I would recommend planning ahead and getting on the schedule for a bid. They were very open and upfront about the timeline and we knew things would take a bit longer so it wasnt a problem for us. Jones prides themselves in taking care of their customers and I love knowing that if something were to go wrong, they would do all they can to make it right. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Ordered a new set of window panes back in May, then decided to install another way because of their backlog. Went to pick them up, paid and had installed. Turns out I was still charged for the install but didn’t realize it, and months later called after getting an invoice from them again. They figured out their mistake and without prompting offered a full refund on the install. I wouldn’t have known either way without checking, so appreciate their honesty

The service was great! Jared helped me and was able to give me recommendations and help me (who knows nothing about types of paint) choose what would be best for my project. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. All the colors were matched perfectly and the paint quality was excellent. I will be continuing to buy paint from Jones Paint & Glass

03/23/21 7am. I wake up late,get about ½-¾ of mile away from my work, unfortunately I start looking for my phone to let my boss know I wouldnt make it in time, and ended up in a ditch. Thank God for the 2 amazing employees you guys hired. They helped me so much. 1 had a unique name Oz something and the other guy followed in his personal vehicle. The last five months has been a frustrating, expensive, mistake-riddled experience.TLDR:Pros: The windows were of good construction and high quality.Cons: The initial measurement was flawed, the installation haphazard, the communication inconsistent, and they still havent given me the window screens they lost before installation.Summary: Feel free to buy windows made by Jones. Do yourself a favor and have anyone else do the measurements and installation. Future you will thank you.Story:For background, I decided to replace every single window in my house with new vinyl windows for both aesthetic and energy-efficiency purposes, while simultaneously enlarging basement windows to make them compliant for egress according to IRC 2015. Jones was recommended by both friends and family, and thought I would be in good hands throughout the process. This was not the case.Window openings were measured on May 5. In my instructions, I explicitly stated which windows needed to be egress compliant. Documents were signed on May 21 and were paid in full the same day. However, on May 25 I noticed that the measurements for the egress windows seemed to be too small. Not just a little too small, but a full 20 too short in one dimension. I attempted to contact Jones to confirm my suspicions multiple times for two weeks until I was able to talk to someone. By that time the windows had already been made, though they wouldnt be installed for another 5 weeks. Great. In an attempt to salvage the situation, I asked the city whether or not the incorrect-sized windows would pass inspection. They wouldnt. In the end, I was now the proud owner of windows which I had paid for, but wouldnt fit in my house. Strike 1.Jones came out again and measured the egress windows correctly on June 14. I was charged cost for the windows rather than full price. This was a start, but was insufficient. I still paid an additional $2k for Jones mistake. Strike 2.The first batch of windows was installed on July 8. Something you should know about my house--it was built in the late 1960s and is all concrete and masonry block. No wood anywhere, including around the window frame openings. I fully expected the installers to either put up wood casing to install the windows or to use concrete anchors. They did neither. Just regular old wood screws into concrete or masonry block. Since I have my doubts the wood screws actually penetrated the concrete well enough to anchor the window, I now need to reanchor every window with a proper concrete anchor. Strike 3.The second batch of windows (including two windows that werent finished by July 8 and the newly-enlarged egress windows) was partially installed on August 10. The concrete openings werent ready for the newly-enlarged egress windows, because they only gave me a three week notice for the install date and the concrete cutter couldnt fit us in, so they finished installing the two windows that werent ready in July. They still charged us for installing the egress windows. Strike 4.After they finished, they informed me that they had forgotten the screens for one of the windows and would be back soon to install them. As of September 20, Im still waiting, even after going into the store personally to inquire as to their whereabouts on September 4. Strike 5.Summary:The process took two months longer than it should have, cost us $2k plus whatever the egress installation was, and were still not completely done. Now, I dont know baseball very well, but pretty sure that youre out before you get to strike five. The reason this is a two-star review rather than one is that the windows themselves are high quality. No complaints with their manufacture. However, if youre thinking about buying windows from Jones, do yourself a favor. Buy the windows, but have anyone else do the measuring/installing/trimming/etc. Future you will thank you for it.Edit (October 9, 2021):Jones has given us the screens for the windows. However, the remainder of the complaints are unaddressed. The two-star rating stands.

They only processed half of my order and when I called to ask why they said they were “unaware” that my order had more than one item. Still trying to figure out what could have made them more aware than their own ordering system while my employees sit in a windowless room.Update: it got worse. I asked the salesman about a couple of theoretical windows for a possible future quote and asked them to put them on a separate invoice so I wouldn’t be charged for them. I must have mumbled because that is exactly what they did and now I have a bunch of windows I have no use for. I have never seen such ineptitude in all my life from start to finish.

They cut my new panes of glass to size on the spot. Awesome place.

Our home is 7 months new and we had a cracked glass-- while it took awhile to get a replacement the work was done very professionally.....YET, our techs then went well beyond the call of duty by acknowledging our concern about cold air leaking from our sliding door as well locking difficulty. Hats off to Joey and Andrew for pushing our concerns thru management to complete resolution. Its this the of service and people that make for happy customers.

Their service is good, but definitely not the lowest price in town. You can absolutely count on them for quality though. The four stars is because it’s very hard to get on their docket. We’ve had windows replaced, and even a glass shower door and frame made. The work was great, albeit pricier than the competition. However, you get what you pay for.The last two times we have tried to use them, they weren’t able to even come get us a bid in time—so we went with someone else whose quality was comparable, and much more affordable.If you want to use these guys, you need at least a month or so of lead time—but definitely quality. So if you can wait, go for it.

Ben and Ethan did a fantastic job on replacing some windows that the seal had broken. We have used Jones Paint and Glass for all of our paint and glass needs. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Helping me with a new sliding glass door and installation

They were able to take a broken kitchen window (the kind that lifts out) at the shop & repair it the same day, which was great because there was only a screen left & we didnt want it that way overnight!

Jones Paint & Glass really does it RIGHT! I had my stucco color matched at another paint store and it was completely off. Jones came to the rescue and Sam was amazing. He took a lot of time to make sure the color was correct, even taking it outside to make sure the match was spot on! Every trip I made back to get more paint, he remembered me and provided every service I needed to make this project successful. Thank you Sam, and thank you Jones. Ill never go anywhere else for paint!

I went to Jones paint and glass for two reasons. The first one was to replace glass on a drawer. Joey was the one that helped me and he did a fantastic job.Then I needed paint for my kitchen. The lady took her time to help me pick out the perfect grey. I was super impressed with all of the staff.

Over the last few months Ive visited Jones Paint and Glass several times to get a new screen for a window, a broken window repaired, glass frames for some custom frames, and to buy several windows from their boneyard. Each time Ive gone in, Ive worked with Dawn, and she has been phenomenal to work with. Im surprised that Ive not seen her picture hanging on the wall as Employee of the Month because she is so great!! The turnaround time is awesome as is the pricing! I would definitely recommend working with them, and if you can, ask for Dawn!

Jones Paint & Glass is definitely a company wed use again. We moved into a house with TONS of windows, with about 25 that had been compromised and had fog/ moisture stains due to something with the original shipment 15 years previously. The 15 year warranty was 3 months from expiring and they STILL honored it, even with a new homeowner. They replaced all 25 windows, we just paid for the labor. We were impressed with their integrity! 👊

I went to Jones Paint and Glass in Cedar City today. I thought they just did home paint and glass, and boy, was I wrong! They quoted me $20 to repair my rock chip in my cars windshield and Nichole had it done in about 5 minutes!! She was very helpful and confirmed that my Moms caravan windshield was in great shape too. Thank you Nichole for the fast and friendly service! I hope I dont need to repair a rock chip again, but if I do, Ill be back!! 5 star service with a smile (behind her protective mask!) 😊 If you have a rock chip give them a try! Its worth it to get the chip(s) fixed so you dont need a whole new windshield!!

I have worked in the property management business for 25 years or more and management associates the company I work with has had an account with Jones for decades. I have had to bring window frames for glass replacement many many times and always experienced professional service

I called to make an appointment to get a quote. It took the 2 weeks to get to my house. When the guy got to my house he was rude and only measured 1 window (I needed 3) so when I called back to see if they could come check the others the lady told me they can’t come for another 2 weeks. I feel like that is way too long just to get a quote. Plus since they were the ones that messed up you would think they would be able to come back right away not wait another 2 weeks. I’m not very happy with the service. I won’t be using them.

After choosing Jones here in St. George to replace our windows in the spring of 2020, the wait was what they explained to use. They installed the windows and about a month after they were installed, we had a huge rain storm. A couple of weeks after the storm we noticed that there was a black and rust substance leaking from the joint of the windows. We called them and explained, the salesman Wayne came out and was demeaning and right out rude (my husband wasnt with me). Said it would be taken care of, never heard anything, a month 1/2 later we called again and the original installer came out. I asked Mindy the office assistant how long it would take and she said Ive blocked out 1/2 day. They showed up and spent maybe an hour. I was working and when they left I went outside to look, they just globbed on caulk in the joints, didnt fix the caulk that was already pulling away from the windows, it looked awful.Called again and left a message a few days later a Jon Gledhill called and then came out, it is now first of November. He said it looked awful and they hired him to make the job look like it should. Went on and on. Asked if we could wait until after Thanksgiving and we graciously agreed. Doesnt pay to be nice, havent heard back after calls and email. Im sure we will end up on small claims court. Very very poor service.

I received excellent personalized customer service from Jordan and Logan when visiting their store. I needed some small pieces of glass cut, and it was done fast and efficiently! Thank you for your help!

First it took them nearly 6 weeks to schedule a time to have someone measure the door frame. Then it had to be made, I was told 3-6 weeks and it was nearly 3 months before it arrived. They installed the screen door incorrectly and there were large gaps all around the door. It took me 3 weeks to finally get a hold of the person who resolves complaints, she sent someone to come to my home and decided that a part was not installed. It took another 2 months before the part that was supposed to fix it came in. Once the part came in, they came to install it and it was not the right part. So they had to order another one and that was another month. When they came to install the part, they realized that the part wasnt even the problem and it was the way it was installed. They took the screen door off and reinstalled it, caulked it and it is much better, although not as good as I would have wanted for nearly $600. I also had them put a window in my door. They had to cut the door and put the window in. When cutting the door, they cut more than they should and just filled it in with caulk. I am so not impressed with them, and will never go back to Jones Paint and Glass again.

I was just in this store in the paint department a tall employee wearing a bandanna for a mask was really rude and had a bad attitude he did not want to help with what I needed. Not everyone that goes in there is a professional some of us are doing a project at home and need some help finding the right supplies and it would help to have someone help you instead of giving you attitude

The process in getting my windows for my home was easy. Made an appointment and they showed up when they said they would. WOW.. Imagine that. The bid came in and was competitive with other glass companies in Utah County. Agreed to the bid, they gave me a time frame and let me know install date. When they came to install they were professional, clean in my house, the work was as expected. Happy with the windows.. Customer service was excellent from the time I called to the service at my house. Highly recommended.. Eventually had the entire house done.

Had them order some door locks that I couldnt find anywhere else and after a bit of monkey business that they had to handle with their vendor they ended up getting what I needed without too much fuss. Will definitely be coming back here for parts when needed.

3 day turn around if work during the HOLIDAYS! I was floored with their speed. The mirror I had done was well made to all specifications. They were helpful in making decisions on the cut and style. Great pricing as well.

Quality paint, helpful team on the phone and in person. The store is full of supplies (even hand sanitizer). Price for the type of paint I bought was a little higher than say a Behr brand paint bought at a department store. But the quality is well worth it. Which is why I came here. I purchased a latex paint/primer duo, 100% acrylic base. They do offer lower grade paint as well. Called to pick up a specific color of paint we bought in the past. They had it ready when I arrived 5 minutes later. They also offer color match if you need a specific color mixed for you. Overall great experience.

We needed some panes of glass cut for a lamp. They matched the glass type perfectly, cut them exactly as requested and had them ready when promised. It looks great. Thank you for helping us finish this project!

This process has been long and painful and is still unresolved. The windows and door look nice and seem to be good quality, but it has been more than 2 months since I paid in full and my job is still not complete. They came out for our initial measuring for an estimate three months ago! And we paid in full 11 weeks ago!Jones paint and glass came out July 3 to measure and give us an estimate for replacing our patio door and to give us an estimate on replacing a few windows. They said they would get back to us in a few days. After a full week, I called to see if my estimate was ready. They finally sent it on July 14, and it was the wrong estimate (someone else’s euro shower door). I let them know that was the wrong estimate and they quickly sent me the correct estimate.We were pleased with the estimate and decided to add 2 extra windows to the order. On July 22 we paid the full price of the windows and doors to take advantage of their 5% cash discount. I was a little disappointed that we’d have to wait a full month for the installation, but recognized that quality work takes time.When they came to install on Aug 27, I was very excited. They said they would be there between 8-9. They arrived a bit late (maybe 9:30) and apologized for being late and told me that two of the windows broke, and the pet door insert didn’t come in yet so they would come back the following week to complete installation. They worked hard and installed the one window and the temporary patio door. I was pleased with what they delivered and installed.The installer set up an appointment for the following week to complete installation. On Sept 3 they came and installed the two other windows, but still no pet door insert. They set up a tentative appointment for the next week and left it at that. The next week I didn’t get an appointment confirmation, and no one showed up, so I called to see about an update. They weren’t sure what was up so they said they would do some research and call back.They let me know that the insert was still not ready, but they thought it would be soon. I have continued to follow up with them and the glass has not been ready. While we were waiting on the pet door insert we decided that we needed more sound-proofing than what we had originally chosen for our bathroom window. We contacted them about replacing that glass also asked about canceling the pet door because there was still no estimate time for it to be replaced. They told me we would get a refund for the difference of the pet door and the laminated glass we opted to go with.They finally came today (Oct.7) to change out the glass in the window and the patio door. The window glass was replaced and I’m happy with it, however during installation of the new glass in the patio door, they broke the glass on one of the panes, and the seal doesn’t seem to be tight enough anymore because we are getting more sound. They haven’t called me back to verify the refund they owe me, and now I need to wait even longer because of the broken glass.I have been very disappointed in the lack of communication from them (I have felt like I have had to initiate all communication because no one has even considered keeping me up to date when things haven’t worked out as anticipated) and the overall length of time this is taking.

The woman who took my broken window knew I had five minutes before the deadline to turn it in and get it back in the same day. She quickly and without drama entered in the important data before the 9:30 deadline. The window looked so good when I picked it up later!

Jones did an excellent job installing our new window glass!! Our double pane windows had gotten foggy and streaky because they were so old the seals had broken. Jones saved us a ton of money because instead of replacing the whole window they removed the old glass pane, resealed it and now we have lovely clear windows. They were really fast and accurate- we highly recommend them!

Dawn was incredible to work with and now when I hear the crash I think of Jones paint and glass and Dawn.

Not good, but very bad. In trying to talk to a real person for a simple estimate for a doggy door in a patio door, I left messages and an online request. No response. Finally, I reach a secretary, who was very courteous, but could not answer questions or give a ball park estimate. Couldnt connect me with someone who had any answers. At that point, I had it with this company.

Every time they have come they have been ahead of their schedule. Theyve been out three times and not once did I have to sit around waiting for them like most other companies. They gave me a heads up with a call before they came each time and they were very respectful of my baby napping. Their guys are very nice and their work quality is spot on. The lady who schedules appointments is wonderful too! I will use them again and highly recommend to others!

I called for an appointment for several replacement windows and they gave me an appointment for a week later. The rep showed up on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He said he would email me the estimate. A week later I still had not received the estimate. So I called Jones. The people I talked to were unapologetic and acted like I was making an unreasonable request. (They actually asked me if I had checked my email. Seriously? I check it about 50 times a day. ) But they said they would contact the rep and remind him to send me the estimate. That was more than a week ago and I still have not received the estimate.Anyway, my request was to replace 6 windows, so maybe that is too small of a job for Jones.UPDATED REVIEW / Follow-up: After writing this review, I was contacted by Jones and visited by (I think) one of the owners. He apologized profusely, double-checked the measurements, and gave me a very competitive offer on the spot. We went ahead and purchased the windows and weve loved them ever since. I was impressed with how they tried to make things right and would recommend them.

VERY high-quality windows (also sliding door for tub and sliding door for patio); dont think you can get better quality anywhere. Yes, they cost more than other places, but you get what you pay for. Installers were top-notch--Tracy S., Trever E. and Dallas F.; they really went the extra mile! The windows Jones did in my previous house have lasted and performed perfectly for more than a dozen years. And the staff at the office/factory/showroom is outstanding, too. I was there MANY times trying out a zillion ideas, bouncing between styles/manufacturers, etc.; they were VERY helpful AND patient. I highly recommend Jones for all glass needs. (Oh, and BTW, I like their paint, too!) :)

I get a very shoulder when I come in. Theyre just all business here. Most likely their employees have been dealing with way to many stupid people for too long. Also their prices are pretty steep. And they know theres no where else to go.

Ordering my door from Jones Paint and Glass was quick and easy. Days before it was to be installed, the concrete company that was going to cut the rough opening bailed on us. I called Jones telling them of my dilemma. Vanessa helped me find another cutter at the last minute. She then arranged and switched my install date with a willing customer to accommodate All Cuts Concrete who agreed to come out and cut the opening on short notice. (They were awesome). For a stressful job, with more than a few hiccups, the install guys, Trevor and Spencer, came and instantly put all my worries to rest. They were very positive, kind and professional. They took time and great care to have the door fit and meet the requirements we needed to finish the flooring inside our home. The door looks wonderful. The customer service was awesome. This is a great company.

Gary stopped by and was able to quickly show me why a few of my windows werent latching and how to easily fix them. It is awesome having a company willing to help and point out simple solutions! Thanks

Everything went great. I had 4 windows replaced in my home. Jones P & G showed up at the time scheduled, got the windows replaced in a very timely manner. Very pleased with the installers. They were polite, courteous and quick. Very happy

5 stars just isnt enough. The service that I had at Jones Paint & Glass was amazing. I worked with Dana Thornoc on purchasing some glass for some new bedroom furniture that we just got. The knowledge and service was amazing. I felt like i was more then just a customer. She had great recommendations of what would look good and why she would go with what we did. I felt that is was sincere and that I wasnt just getting random recommendations to get money out of me.If you ever need any glass advice, get to Jones Paint & Glass. The men were light hearted yet hard working. The windows look great. Steve and Trevor were very good at answering my questions. The only complaint I have is that I was not told of an option to have my glass tinted which I needed with it being a west facing window. Also there was broken glass in my driveway that I cleaned up.

My original review was not so good because I found it really difficult to get someone to call me back to answer my questions and to get payment. After I left my review I got a phone call very quickly and I could tell that Jones Paint and Glass were very willing to make things right. I appreciate good customer service and I feel like I received that. I am very happy with the price I was quoted and I look forward to my new windows. Im just a little sad that it took a 1 star review before I received the customer service that I would have expected to begin with.

I have taken all my glass needs to Jones Paint and Glass over the past 20 years. They are very friendly and helpful. The most recent job has been to put a doggy door in our sliding glass door. It looks great and there was no mess left behind when the job was done. Thanks guys!!

Absolutely five stars, I am a new loyal customer. Gary Jones came to my home and did a free estimate, told me what needed to be fixed, told me he could have someone come to my house to fix it for $xxx, which was half of what I had been quoted from another local company who was 3 months out, or I could take the pane into the shop for a quarter of the price and have it fixed in an hour. I decided to do that so he showed me how to remove and reinstall the window. Took it to the shop, they had it done in 20 minutes and even at less than he had quoted me. EVERYONE at the store was very friendly, efficient, and very customer service oriented. I had to write a review because it was such a stand-out experience!

Weve had Jones do glass in three showers for us. Weve been very happy with their service. Most recently Trevor and Nate installed our master shower doors and they are beautiful, high quality doors. Trevor and Nate were professional and left the bathroom clean. The only reason for the four star rating is that the previous shower install took two months longer to complete because of manufacturing problems. This happened over Thanksgiving and Christmas break and was in our guest bathroom so it was a big inconvenience. Jones did their best to make it right by not charging the install fee. In the end, we called them back to do more glass for us because they have the best price, quality and service. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Amazingly friendly staff. I couldnt believe how amazingly less in cost this place is compare to many competitors. I went there for a windshield replacement and paid less then my insurance premium would have costed. (That included the labor and no disposal fee!!!) I went there without a ride so I was able to sit in a waiting room that has a TV. They even were amazing enough to offer me a drink too! Such amazing hospitality. I recommend anyone to them for auto glass now... Well any glass needs.(Bonus: They even do text messages to give quotes or set up appointments! No need to give extra unneeded info.)

Im disappointed. I scheduled an appointment for a bid on all of my interior and exterior doors. The rep came measured everything, however after a month, I still dont have a bid and Ive followed up twice. Not sure why they would take the time to come measure and not follow through. Ive taken my business elsewhere.

Gary did a good job of measuring our needed window and putting it on order for us. Nick and Tony arrived on time to install the window and were very respectful of our home and did a very professional job of installing a new piece of glass in our front door window light. I would recommend Jones Paint and Glass to friends and family.

My husband is a cabinet maker and has been going to Jones Paint and glass for years. He has experienced great service at the paint department, but not at the glass department. He had just ordered glass for a cabinet job and one of the pieces, once unwrapped was broken. Since there no way to prove when and how it was broken, he reorder the piece and was quoted a price just this last Friday. He went to pick up the glass on Monday and they charged him a lot more, when he tried to talk to the sales ladies about it, they were extremely rude. He informed them that he would not be returning to their store and they informed him that they did not care. They were making fun of him as he was leaving the store.

Steve and Spencer were excellent! Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Fixed my windows quickly and even stayed to help me fix a couple screens that were giving me problems. really appreciate the great service. So glad I have Jones Windows!

Jed is the auto paint department provides awesome customer service and is extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job on a custom paint match for me for my BMW. Looking forward to doing more business here in the future.

Gary came out to our home and took measurements. He patiently answered several questions we had when looking through the product catalog while we were deciding on which door and options to choose from. The installers came at the appointed time and did a great job installing the door. The only criticism I have is that they could have been more careful removing the interior trim around the old door. Had they properly scored around the trim, they could have avoided peeling some of the paint from the wall.

This is the place you need to go for any window and doors or repairs. I was able to get a part for my sliding door that I was unable to find anywhere and home Depot looked at me like an idiot, but these people knew exactly what I was looking for and was a fraction of the price anywhere else. Also got done window cleaner from then that is magic. Highly recommend.

Great place especially if you broke your glass there really quick efficient and I think they got a good price but I know one thing the customer service there is awesome those ladies do a awesome job
