They gave me a quote for my books and then respected what they had originally projected (I got paid what I expected to get paid). I also liked getting paid by Venmo, although that took a few days. They also have good customer service. Way better to use books2cash than booksrun. Booksrun is a scam, say they will pay you a high price and then significantly reduce your quote once they receive the books. Books2Cash actually honored their promised offer.

I would give a zero if I could. I walked in and the blonde female employee was so rude and obnoxious. I was literally was trying to talk to her and she wouldn’t respond or even look at me at all except to look up once and say rudely, “HUH?!” She has no people skills and I have sold here before, but will literally never sell here again. Terrible, terrible customer service. Employees like that lose business for their companies. The owner was way better with people when I came here last. Never again.
