The last called to surf I went to in Vegas was great. This specific location however, was disappointing. The employees were more interested in talking to each other than greeting and helping customers. Although there were 3 employees they each seemed disinterested in their job and sales. They all remained behind the counter and did not approach us or ask if we needed assistance. If I were to ask I do not think they would have been too helpful or pulled potential options on my behalf. Will not be going back.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely no interaction. Not asked once if I needed a different size, or help with a dressing room. Would never return. Two staff members behind the counter were talking bad about other girls and shopping at other locations on store iPad.

Love this store! The employees here are so friendly and willing to help! I called looking to buy some stance socks for my son and didn’t want to drive all the way out if they didn’t have what I needed, so the girl over the phone texted me pictures of items she thought would work for us. I came in later and was very impressed with how friendly the employees were, not only to me, but to all the customers in the store.

I reached out to corporate support after having an unpleasant experience, and they were so understanding. I have never been treated better!Some advice would be to call ahead if you are looking for a particular product, or to order online. They really do have high quality, cute clothing, and whomever is over in customer relations at corporate is doing a stellar job.

Hands down the best selection of dresses. After leaving 6 different boutiques empty handed and looking at close to 20 online boutiques with no luck, I ended up here and finally found a big selection of nursing friendly dresses! All the dresses were SO cute. This will definitely be my new go to boutique. I do think their return policy is a little unfair tho. I don’t like when stores only off store credit.

The store has a great selection of modest Young women and adults. They also have a selection of baby clothes. The prices on the clothing here are good.

This store is really cute and I liked my dress just fine, but when I got to the checkout and found out about the horrible return policy, it just made me decide not to come back here again. It’s one thing to give people two weeks for a return, but no refunds/ store credit only? Pretty much felt like I was being stolen from! It didn’t click what the cashier said about the policy until after I had swiped my card so it was already too late or I probably wouldn’t have even bought it.

The men’s clothes selection is pretty week at this location. The Provo location has a lot more. My wife loves this store and we can normally find her something with their great selection.

The clothes here are the cutest around and that’s besides the point. I am so impressed with this location & company. When I went in the girls were extremely helpful & got a dressing room right away. I was looking for a temple dress and they didn’t carry my size in the particular one I was looking for. They ordered the dress to come to my house which I appreciated greatly. There was a complication with shipping so I called to store to see if they could help, Maddie was extremely helpful & contacted the right people. I received my dress in time and it looks perfect they went above & beyond to make things right. Thank you all so much!

I was in the market for a new temple dress, but its hard to find one that fits my petite frame. Not only did they have options in my size, but the price point was much more affordable than others I had seen, and the designs were gorgeous!Im so grateful for the variety of options, and everything Ive purchased here is such good quality. So happy for my experience, yet again, with called to surf!

Excellent customer service! I had issues with a gift card and when I reached out they responded within the hour with a solution! Would highly recommend, plus their products are super cute and great quality and they have more than just clothes!

I brought my daughters in for quick shopping today. Most stores are a mess in the busy, back-to-school time but this one was so organized and clean. The customer service was fantastic too. My daughter had a question about hair clips and three of the girls came over to show cute ways to wear them. They were so helpful and sweet. We’ll definitely be back!

Awesome customer service! The girls who helped me are Taylor and Lexi, and they were both super helpful. Lexi was so fast to offer her help as soon as I walked in. I was there to exchange the dress my grandmother had purchased for me that didn’t fit. I didn’t have the receipt, but Taylor stepped in and figured everything out. It took less than 5 minutes to get it all sorted out. Thank you both!

Cute clothes and friendly employees

Ive loved buying CTS clothes online, but after giving the store a visit Ill keep shopping online. The sales people were more concerned with talking between each other than acknowledging customers and were unhelpful.

Everyone was sooo helpful and extremely patient! I was able to order the size I needed and it was speedy and kind service. Great selection as well.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel like it was necessary with how accommodating there customer service was for me. I ordered from there online shop and qualified for same day shipping. When I didn’t receive my order the day of they explained to me that they don’t do same day shipping on Saturday’s because there warehouse is closed. I needed the clothes for family pictures by a certain time on Monday and they emailed me back quickly and got my order to me before the time they promised me to have them. I was impressed that they cared so much about helping me out. I will recommend to my friends and family. Also the most adorable modest clothing by far.

Cute clothes but when I went today an hour after opening the door was still locked. After a few minutes a girl came out and quickly apologized but didn’t give an explanation or seemed genuine in saying sorry. After we got in the store I went to ask the girl a question and as I was walking up she took a phone call and walked behind a rack without even acknowledging me. Even though the clothes were cute, customer service is important to me and I don’t think I’ll give this store my business again.

Poor customer service. Plus every time I have come here during the pandemic the employees have their masks below their noses and chins. It’s clear, “Called to Surf” doesn’t care.

Cute clothes but super frustrating! A family member ordered a sweater online as a gift. When it came it was not the size they ordered. I went to the store to exchange it for the correct size but they could not exchange it for their instore inventory. Even after talking to the manager, I ended up getting a gift card since they could not refund the card because it was a gift. But the gift card could NOT be used online. Then looking around the store they didn’t have anything my size. SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Fix your online return policy!

I had ordered a dress online that didnt end up fitting correctly. I brought it in to exchange it and ended up getting a different style. You cant exchange for a different style in store but the store employee took my return and shipped it back to the warehouse for me!

AMAZING. CUSTOMER. SERVICE.My order came in ONE day!!! And they totally took the time to help me over the phone for 13 minutes to put my package together using a gift card because I lived too far away to use it in store!!!❤️❤️

At least three girls working an empty store and not one asked to help me. Then while ringing me up my cashier couldnt stay focussed through her conversation with her coworker. This is typical service based on my experience with the provo location.I love the selection here tho so dont worry Ill be back! ☺️☺️☺️

Hands down, best customer service Ive ever received at a clothing boutique. I went in to the Lehi, UT location with my baby, who started walking a week ago, and he wanted to get into everything! The staff was so kind and helped me shop for clothing in my size, while also helping corral my baby to keep him out of trouble while I tried things on. I went in expecting trendy clothes that didnt fit my body type, but I was surprised to find that I really liked the styles they offered. I will definitely be returning to this store.

Nice store and great clothes. Our issue is with their customer service and return policy. My wife bought a shirt right before we went out of the country. She never wore it because there was a defect in the shirt. When we got back she tried to take it back but because it was past their two week return window they wouldnt let her return or exchange it.

Boutique quality shopping but bit lower priced. They always have some really fabulous things.

Confusing return policy between online and physical store, but they sent my return back for me and I was refunded the next day. Not a huge selection of sizes, each dress only had 1-3 different sizes in stock. Good quality, modest dresses.

Clothing is the typical Utah boutique and the same as the provo location although the building is quite new and so are the dressing rooms. Keep in mind that they do not allow returns they only offer exchanges and theyre not very clear about that when you make a purchase. The staff is a little newer and still learning but overall very helpful.

Return policy is HORRIBLE and incomplete. Your separation of online/in-store is not right. My wife and I spent over an hour shopping and finding something she wanted instead of a gift that was purchased for her. When we got to the counter to do the exchange, they said they couldn’t do it because the merchandise was bought online and would have to be shipped back to Provo and then reissued on the giftholders Card. What???? We couldn’t get in store credit or do a simple exchange?? You have lost our business and we will be sure to be posting about our experience on social media and telling our friends about the issue we had. It shouldn’t be that difficult to exchange something that was gifted to you in store.

Called to surf has really pretty and modest dresses. And a great selection.

The clothes were cute, but when I asked if they had any XL in a dress, they showed me a tiny rack shoved in the corner with the XL options. If space was the problem, there were plenty of ways to rearrange the racks to accommodate. Hopefully they can find a way to arrange the clothes so no one else has to feel shunned to the corner.

Super cute selection! I thought that some of the shoes were over priced for the quality/brand. Other than that, I found the pricing pretty fair!The customer service was only ok. Greeted when you walk in, but other than that, nobody talks to you until youre ready to try on or ring out. The staff didnt seem thrilled to be there. Definitely recommend for most of the product, but not the overall experience.

UPDATE: They have been in contact with me about this concern and were very professional and kind.Ordered a super cute swimsuit and wore it twice (I was saving it for my honeymoon). Yellow spots appeared everywhere on it and when I contacted customer service with my concern they disregarded it because it was bought before the summer. Not happy because it was expensive and so to only wear it twice and have it be ruined is quite frustrating.

I have liked the Provo store - but was really disappointed in the Lehi store tonight. We were looking for a quick gift. With ten minutes to closing - They actually turned the lights off - I was completely shocked. So I asked when they closed, they confirmed we had ten minutes to shop. How can you shop when they turned 2/3 of the lights off? Needless to say, we left without a gift. Two stars for cute clothes.
