The ice cream was good, but the store seemed to be closed from the looks outside, they need an open sign or something similar. Several popular flavors of ice cream were out and a smoothie was in the freezer, probably the employees.A great product with some shabby presentation and atmosphere.

Finally figured out that this place isn’t abandoned (they really need a fresh coat of paint) and dropped by because I love Baskin Robbins. The ice cream was really good, but the employee who helped us was so rude and unhelpful to us and other customers that it really ruined the experience for me. I suggest Penguin Brothers down the road instead.

On a semi chilly day, we collectively decided while still eating dinner at a nearby restaurant (not impressed) to get ice cream.There are many choices in Provo however; my friend who was prepping for surgery the next morning had to have “Baskin Robins”We walked in and were greeted by a friendly gal. Although we couldn’t “get samples” due to CovidQuinn was especially helpful and friendly giving us suggestions and being extremely patient as we were very indecisive with “our ice cream choices” She smiled as we kept changing our minds and seemed to be understanding since we couldn’t get samples.I loved the Rocky Road & Mint chocolate ice cream! I gave them 5 stars because customer service/ quality of the product are extremely important! The cleanliness was also on point!

This employee did not smile once, and gave me an attitude since the second I walked in. Whoever manages this place. We as a town would appreciate some training or focus on some customer service. A smile or a welcoming attitude would make the experience here 10x better.

The place actually looked closed but upon further inspection, it was just poorly lit. I’ve honestly never been in a hotter ice cream shop. It was uncomfortably warm in there. The poor server was understaffed and the milkshake he made was frankly pathetic. The actual ice cream was alright, but not memorable enough to return for.

I come here quite often and the only reason I’m giving 1 star is due to how I never see the girl employees wearing hats/visors or wearing their hair back. And this time that I came in a girl with shorter bright hair served me and I had some of my ice cream and some long bleached hair was in it. Please fix this.

I would give a no star if I could, the service is terrible. I ordered a cake and it didnt turn out how we wanted it, I asked for yellow text and flowers but they were bright orange. The decorations of the flowers were messed up (basically just a swirl and they were crushed). I called and told them the problem but they accused me of crushing the flowers and how they dont take responsibility for it. They also said that they only give store credit for big problems. I am so angry and I just wasted my money. Please dont ever go here.

It seems like a year ago I could barely hold a banana Royale in my hand and today it was so small I inhaled it. The location is great with great workers, just disappointed in the change.

$3 for one scoop, $5 for a milkshake (the things I get). The pricing is okay for an occasional treat. The ice cream is good. I like the monthly Oreo caramel flavor. I also like how theyve started a new bonus program. Sometimes I dont know where to stand because theres not really a clear line.

There are so many delicious and fun flavors to choose from! My favorite combination is Strawberry Cheesecake and Daiquiri Ice.

DONT COME HERE!They towed my both of my brothers in laws car while we were in the store. Only noticed while they were in the process of taking my car. All 3 cars were legally parked and we have multiple pictures to prove it. Dont come here unless youre planning on a very expensive evening getting your car back.Seems their business plan is to tow their customers cars to make room for more customers. Not a problem for them considering how tow happy this town is.The employees are just as bad. When asking for the managers number to get this resolved they gave us a fake number and when confronted about it again they then claimed they couldnt give out the real number. Which Im fairly certain is just false. They deserve to be shut down.Good news is the tow company is only 5 minutes away so you wont have to go far to get your stolen property back.

We used to come here weekly.... I loved this place.Then we visited on a Sunday and the guy acted completely put out by us being there. It was early but they were out of waffle bowls so we just got 2 scoops to go. He barely gave us any ice cream. Maybe 1/4th of the normal sized scoops.We havent been back since.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars for the service that was provided to other people while I was ordering. The ice cream is good, duh. BUT we got there at 9:53 and the first thing we hear when we get inside is HEY GUYS WE CLOSE IN 5 MINUTES SO MAKE IT QUICK (this came from the manager Sean) but not only that, after that THREE groups of people came in BEFORE 10 and got the same greeting, from the same manager, and they walked out after that. AWFUL. As a business if you close at 10 that means you know you will have potential customers UNTIL TEN! Seriously hoping someone speaks to Sean about turning away business before closing.

There was no wait at lunchtime. The brother helping us out let us try all sorts of samples. Cute place, good experience.

I love ice cream. It was gikd, lots of flavors. It will cost you 5$ or more per a person for a smaller size. So Id look for coupons online. They do have deals for family nights and certain dates of the month that would be worth checking

Rating this place 5/5. We had a multi-ward activity and needed to get some ice cream for around 200 people. We called Baskin Robbins and they were extremely helpful, we were able to get PLENTY of ice cream for our activity at an affordable price. I would highly recommend this ice cream store for anyone who is looking for mass quantities of quality ice cream. We will definitely do this again!

Business was slow, but still great ice cream

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR.YOUR MONEY. The customer service is awful! There was a blonde haired girl and blonde boy with glasses working on 11/17. They were not only rude and grumpy as well came in, after we sat down to enjoy our food there were all over each other behind the counter, touching each other in ways that were NOT appreciated or appropriate!!! It was immature, obnoxious and disgusting!! They were on their phones as well and we watched other customers come in and they continued to grab and flirt with each other and didnt welcome them. Awful. Just pure awful and disgusting.

I came inside and was greeted by Claudia who was amazing! She offered samples, was fast, and friendly. She was also very efficient and made the entire process very easy and pleasant!

Came here to get some ice cream and paid $4 for a tiny scoop of ice cream that had more whipped cream on it than actual ice cream. They have a good selection of flavors, but i felt like the serving size was pretty skimpy for what I paid. I would consider going to other ice cream shops to get the best bang for your buck.

The employees are always very friendly and attentive here! They are quick to offer us samples. Weve had good experiences every time weve gone and love the ice cream here.

I went on a Sunday with my girlfriend and I had to admit the service at this particular Baskin-Robbins was atrocious. There were two teenagers working behind the counter, and I wish I could say that i was being a bit dramatic when I say they successfully served two customers in the course of almost an hour. There were about 12 of us waiting in line. I do not see myself ever giving my patronage to this particular parlour. There are several better ice cream shoppes in Provo, Utah.

The ice cream is great I only rate low because of the customer service. We didnt know they closed at 10:00 so we arrived at 9:59 but they had TONS of people inside still so we went in. Half of our party was still walking inside and they locked the doors on them and shewed them away.We told them they were with us and unlocked the door. They then yelled at us that they were closed. After they let our party in they locked the doors again and many more people came up to the door and were turned away.Before we had finished our ice cream they cranked the music so loud to get us out of there.Now, keep in mind that they still hadnt finished cleaning up. And we were genuinely trying to hurry because we hated to keep them. So we were only there for 20 mins.I hate leaving negative reviews but I am a business owner and I would want to know if that much business was being turned away and being treated poorly.I hope that this is read and either: your employees get better training on customer service or you change your store hours. 10:00 on weekends is too early to be closed. Hope this helps.

My daughters went to the Panda Express next door for lunch then were going to get some ice cream. While eating lunch Baskin-Robbins had their car towed. Place was not even busy. So much for customer service. Needless to say they didnt want any ice cream at that point. Worker was very rude to them. Dont go there expecting good service!!!The story now gets even better. While waiting for information about getting their car back the tow truck operator came back to tow another vehicle. Turns out this car belonged to a customer inside the store eating ice cream!!! Sounds like a place I would want to go... NOT!!!! Then the manager gave the tow truck operator some free ice cream. Wonder what other kickbacks they are getting?!

Had my husband come here for his first time ever on our first date. We took a pic with one of the workers and he had loaded it here, but it seems it has since gone missing. Anyway, lovely staff, and hey, now were married!

Edit: the owner, Grant, reached out to me, listened to my concerns, and made things right. The place is under new ownership and management and its a night and day difference! The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is cleaned and refreshed. The owner said, Its ice cream! People are supposed to have a happy experience. Nice to have a good Ice Cream store back in the area.Just had the absolute worst experience at this store. I came in to get ice cream with my little brother. The clerk accidentally put in a wrong coupon code, which was an honest mistake. He asked the manager over for help. The manager, Sonia, was VERY RUDE. She flatly said, there was nothing we can do and that, I owed her $6. We asked her simply redo the transaction. She then said my gift card was used from the previous transaction and I owed her $6. I told her, You have already collected the money. Why are you still charging me when you have already collected my money and invalidated my card? This dispute took over 10 minutes and my sad little ice little is melting. I refused to repay since they already collected my gift card on the first transaction, the manager then threw away our ice cream in front of our faces. She would rather take your money, throw away the ice cream, and offend potential future customers than honor a valid promotion. I am never coming back here again.

As we pulled up to Baskin-Robbins, the closed sign was turned on. We pulled up to the parking lot and began looking for another place to eat. We looked online and it showed they were open. We went in to find they were indeed open. The employee that helped us was dismissive and cold. We ordered fresh quart to go, and he didnt even fill the counter any wear near the top. We used a coupon and he overcharged us more than the price on the menu. He was disengaged in the conversation and was not thoroughly answering the questions. Over all, I would recommended visiting McDonalds for your next ice cream dessert.

Terrible customer service. The manager (at least I think it was the manager, she was training two other girls) was very rude. She was very cheerful until she saw I had a coupon, then everything changed. All of a sudden she became impatient and was all frowns. I asked for a cone on my ice cream and she snapped thats ten cents extra, do you want to pay ten cents? She didnt​ even say thank you or anything afterwards. The other employees were nice tho. However, I dont think Im coming back to this location.

This place is clean, the staff is friendly, and my kids love the flavour combinations. They have great deals for family night on Tuesdays or the first Monday of the month.

Today I went in with a free coupon and my friend came with me. We both ordered a single scoop. At the register, my friend had forgotten their wallet and couldnt pay. However, the manager, Sonia, had already rung us up together and used my coupon. She ended up throwing away our ice cream and rescinding my coupon because my friend couldnt pay (even though we were supposed to be on different tickets). We told of our frustration, but the manager blamed us for the entire situation. She was rude and disrespectful.

ALL my neices and nephews want a ln ice cream cake! They have about 8 cakes pre-made if you want a particular one with a Disney theme they can make it for you. You just have to let them know 3 days ahead of the big day. We Love the Strawberry Ice cream cake...
