I had a phone soap the stopped working. I contacted the company to get it fixed. Phonesoap sent me a prepaid postage to return the unit. I did and the company sent me a new unit. Its great to deal with a company the provides great service to it consumers.

DONT BUY IT!!!! HomeSoap is a complete waste of $200. I got shipped a defective unit, and their customer service is completely incompetent and have ignored all of my emails to return or exchange my device. 1 year later I still have the same old defective HomeSoap sitting in my basement collecting dust. Complete waste of time trying to contact them. Would not recommend as a Christmas gift. They completely screwed me over.

I have had a phone soap since they started the business. When they got a bigger and better model I said I wanted a new one and yes it didn’t arrive when expected and yes the company sent me an email explaining the situation and I got another email today sending me a tracking number and it’s on the way. Yes I would recommend this product.

PhoneSoap 3 Orchid Color is BEAUTIFUL 🤩 and I love how it works. Fits my Samsung A70, a larger phone, with room to spare. When you close the lid it starts the UV light and a 10 min. timer engages. Ten minutes later the cut-out lightening bolt light on top of the unit shuts off. (It lets the actual UV light inside shine through.) There is no on/off switch as once you remove your phone (or credit card, money, glasses, or your precious N95 mask you wore for only 1/2 hr.; folding 3-4 times different ways and sanitizing 30-40 min.) and close the lid again, the UV light will come on for 10 min. You can charge your phone using the charging cord hole. There are slots in the bottom of the unit which allow for your phones notifications to be heard. Great price for peace of mind. Customer service on both phone and chat are great. My pre-order processed on time and actual shipment time was fast.

Placed order from their website and had a ship date june 30. it is now july 7th and no word on when it will ship. i sent a email and got one response back but they failed to answer my question. seems like the reviews are controlled on the website and no place to leave one. still waiting for a response. i dont recommend doing bussines with a company who sells pre orders knowing there ship dates are a month off but continue to sell not caring bout customers who are lied to

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT HAS BEEN NEARLY 6 WEEKS SINCE I ENTERED INTO A TRANSACTION WITH THESE THIEVES. I ordered a “Phonesoap” apparatus. After a couple weeks, I inquired on their “customer no service” e-mail after they did not answer their phone, but left a msg to use the e-mail to contact them. They returned my email advising me they were preparing my order. I never received a tracking number. Their e-mail came on April 4, 2020. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THESE INTERNET SCAMMERS! They have no corporate phone number to contact them, only an 800 type number that answers and refers you to the e-mail address to communicate with their “customer no service” department. I had to place at least one star on their review, but I would have given them a ZERO if it was possible. I my opinion, this company does not exist. Be very careful of sending them money until you can prove there is any legitimacy to their advertising. I have to resort to law enforcement and the courts from here forward.

I have not received my product after waiting nearly two months... they have not responded to my emails, no one answers calls or any other form of contact. If I could give them lower than a one, I would because of their response and lack of service

DO NOT BUY FROM PHONESOAP. I ordered a product 6 weeks ago. They said the product was backordered and would ship in over a month, but charged my credit card that same day. I tried to call, no one answers the phone there (tried about 10 calls, on different days, no answer). I sent an email asking them to cancel my order and refund me, I would buy the product else where. They sent a text saying they would refund, they never did. Fast forward 6 weeks. They shipped me the unwanted, supposed-to-be-cancelled product. They still wont answer the phone and their online returns are not working. Ive asked repeatedly via email for a return label and for them to refund my money, and keep getting random confusing answers back. Got another text saying my money would be refunded. It hasnt been. SO FRUSTRATED!! DO NOT BUY FROM PHONESOAP!!

Never received my product. Called and emailed no results. Oder was done on March 13 and received notice would ship April 17. Called you last month and girl said would be shipped June 16. Still nothing.
