They are awesome! Ive been getting my screen protectors from Zagg for a few years now and have never been disappointed. They hold up SO well and I love that its cheap to replace them when your phone inevitably does get dropped. Always great customer service, too.

Friendly service and the Zagg Rep did everything he could do to make my experience the best it could be. He searched hi and low for the right replacement part, and when the rep couldnt find it, instead of saying sorry we dont have your exact fit it stock, heres a solution to get you by, and I will note your account, so the next time you come in, you will have the perfect fit. Store is on the side of the Mall by the movie theater. Quick service as always. Had four phone screen protectors replaced after a cross country road trip. Took less than 15 minutes. One of the phones was run over by a truck. Screen was not even scratched. Great product, great service.

Ive always had a good experience at Zagg. The staff are warm and friendly and nice to work with even when they have a big line and are stressed. They are well informed, good at communicating their policies, and their products are a great quality!

Went in because my phone was damaged in an accident and their screen protector for the phone and watch was amazing just paid the small cost and they replaced it and they even did a warranty on the phone case! I had the best experience at Zagg recently! I NEVER write reviews but my experience was so good I had to mention it! I think I was helped by a guy named Eric? He was so so understanding and was able to set me up with a dope screen protector! And he was hot so that was also a plus.

The girl that helped me was very nice. I came into trade out my case. I was switching my case as I was leaving. And it wouldn’t fit my boyfriend and I tried to force it but it wasn’t working I went back and she was so nice about it she tried herself and couldn’t get it on so she just let me grab a new one that fit and I was on my way

The young lady who took care of us was very fast and efficient. I NEVER own a phone for more than a couple hours before getting a ZAGG screen cover put on. Never!

It is so nice to have the Zagg replacement policy. When a screen protector gets a scratch, I just head on over and they replace it. I don’t have to shop and compare and order a new one, then wait for it to come in the mail. And it gets easier each time—not more difficult. And they do it faster. Now, if Zagg quit charging the $10.00 and calling it an installation fee.

This is the only place I’ll ever go again for my cell phone needs! Good prices, AMAZING warranties, and a friendly, helpful staff. Thank you, ZAGG!

I got a screen protector at ZAGG for my daughter’s iPhone 11. About one month later, she cracked the screen, all the way to the phone screen by dropping it on a metal piece. I took it to T-Mobile to fix the screen today and found out that it was only the screen protector that was cracked! There are so many layers in the screen protector that it has survived the fall into the metal piece in the floor and with the ZAGG warranty, I only have to pay $5 for them to put a new screen protector on. I’m so happy I paid a little extra for a high quality screen protector instead of getting the cheap Walmart/Amazon one I normally would.

I love Zagg phone screen protectors. I’m pretty hard on my phone so the protector is perfect for me. Whenever the protector gets messed up due to my efforts & lifestyle, they replace it for the cost of installation ($10). So far I’ve replaced it twice and the phone screen underneath is still perfect.

Ive been coming here for a few years now. The customer service is always really good. I have a phone with a finger print sensor and curved edges so the tempered glass isnt an option. But the zagg protector I use is really good. If the ends come up I take it in and they replace it no questions asked.Today I had a screen protector installed then later that day I notice that there was a speck of dust that got in. I missed it as did the installer. I took it back and he swapped it out and redid the install right away. Ive had great service at this location and the Lehi location.

Amazing job, always fast and perfect. Ive been looking for good screen protectors forever and tj Maxx and other protectors from other companies didnt work well.
