My battery on my Iphone X went bad. I called AugyTek who said to bring it right in. They had it fixed within the hour. Fair price, great service and a lot of interesting information from the guy that fixed my phone. Will go back.

I took my Iphone 6s plus to get the shattered screen replaced. AugyTek was able to replace my screen and even installed a tempered glass screen protector upon request. I got my screen fixed here about a month ago, not only was it less money to fix than other shops, but the customer service was wonderful. I stopped in pretty late and was told that they may not have time to fix it that day- which was totally fine with me. I got a call ( on my friends phone) about an hour later saying that my phone was done being fixed. I was a little while away and the shop man stayed late to have me pick up my phone. Just last week, I came here with a hard drive failure and needed to get my important files off of it, my Computer was not working anymore. I had attempted to build my own PC for the first time and when I finally assembled everything, nothing worked. I went through diagnostics and found I had a dead board. I then purchased another board, with Brians advice that also did not work with my build. Finally, I brought my computer in to Brian and told him that fixing it was beyond my scope. He was incredibly helpful and willing to explain everything in detail that I had questions on. Finally, a dead processor, another incompatible board, and incompatible RAM (none through Brians fault) I finally had a working computer! He was incredibly helpful and easy to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs computer help.

I am a student at WSU and gaming is my hobby outside of classes. I have a medium / high end gaming PC that I built myself a couple years ago. One day it just stopped working. I looked around Pullman for computer stores and found AugyTek. Never having been to a computer store, I wasnt sure what I would be in for. Brian, the owner, was extremely helpful in all aspects. He diagnosed my computer and found the problem the very same day I brought it in. The following day he wrote up multiple quotes that offered paths to fix my issue with varying prices. After selecting one, I told him I would like the parts delivered and installed within a week. He not only got it done, but finished earlier than expected. After he got the computer working, he updated my programs and my steam library while he waited for me to pick it up. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. I can highly recommend him to anyone in the Pullman area.

If anyone is looking around for computer repair services and has stumbled across this shop, then let me tell you why you should go here.Back in January, I first went to Palouse hills computing for a hard drive replacement and ended up having to wait almost a month for a completely unrelated supposed battery issue only to find it was the person at Palouse hills computing who actually damaged my battery and did little more than damage control, ring me up, and shoo me off before I noticed. Not only that, he recommended a hard drive that wasnt compatible with my computer that I wasted $200 on.Then I came here.Brian was very knowledgeable and REALLY liked talking about computers and technology, so if you like having long conversations about that, or want to know why something is the way it is in the industry, you can ask him about it or just go in and conduct your business. As for the service, it was great. He fixed the battery and the fan which was also faulty. Not only did he get me the right hard drive, but he traded the one I had already purchased for a discount on the new one and was very transparent about the whole process he went through to fix up my pc. Three frustrating weeks at palouse hills computing for nothing while it took Brian 3 days to fix up my pc and then it was good as new. Now a few months later and it is workin great so I just wanted to do a bit to help out the business by posting this. Thanks for your service.

Went in a couple months ago because I needed a specific piece to fix my front camera. Was told that I would receive an email once the part for my phone arrived. Never received an email, kind of forgot about it. Went in for a separate reason 2 months later and remembered I never got my email or the part for my phone. Asked for a refund for the piece because I didn’t need the piece anymore. Was told that I needed my receipt which I didn’t have because it was 2 months ago and even though he had the transaction history I never got my money back. Terrible customer service. Rude and discurtious. Will never go back.

I have gone to Augytek for multiple problems concerning my computer, and every time Brian has been able to fix my issues with no hassle on my end. I came in here to get my PC fixed. when I gave it to him he told me he could fix it. after 3 weeks he gave it to me and said he fixed it but it was worse than when I brought it in. It also cost me more than the PC was worth. Terrible service!

Me and my 16 year old friend came here because I heard it sold retro video games when we got in this fat guy asked if our parents were here we obviously said no then he yelled at us and told us we had to leave I would definitely not recommend

I brought a cell phone with a cracked screen in to Augytek. I needed a quick repair because I was flying to Philly in a few days for work. They were expedient at attempting to repair my phone and had ordered the parts rushed. However, they claimed Motorola sent a faulty part and couldnt repair it in time, which is understandable. However when they returned my phone it had a new issue - the volume button didnt work. A few days later I brought the phone in to a repair shop in Philly, who charged me $50 less than Augytek for the screen repair, and told me the wire to the volume button was missing. This was not the case when I brought the phone to Augytek. Unfortunately, this is the only cell phone repair shop in Pullman, but I wouldnt trust them with my phone again.
