Worst experience. When they have to sell the product, they try to give all possible options and time. In my case when I was charged $700 extra on an iPhone, they didn’t assist anyway and I did everything the way they suggested. It was one of the worst experiences.

I walked into 3 employees and they promptly greeted me. I stepped aside to look at phones on my own, but as soon as I was ready to purchase, they were there to help. The checkout process was quick, with no slow down. They helped me set up the new device and even put the screen protector on, flawlessly. WOW! I ended up leaving the most happy and satisfied I have ever been with T-Mobile and wouldnt even think about going to another location. Special shoutout to Tony for being ready to help, even with all of my confusion.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this location! I took part in a promotion and got an upgrade with a new IPhone SE. When I got my phone everything worked...except the phone part. (Go figure.) I took it into this store and was assisted by Paige who took literal hours to help me. First in checking to make sure it wasn’t something we could fix on our own and then on the phone with customer service making sure I got a brand new phone to replace it without being charged to restock, or use the warranty (since it was defective,) and to make sure i still got to keep my promotion. Amazing service and EXACTLY the reason I’ve had T-Mobile for over 15 years. Paige deserves a RAISE! Thanks for your help gurl! ❤️

I walked in to 4 employees having social hour and I was clearly interrupting. No greeting, nothing. When I was finally ready to make a purchase, it took the guy 7 tries to ring me up. No one offers to help as Im clearly getting annoyed. Then, no one helps me set up the new device or even get the screen protector on. I ended up leaving the most frustrated I have ever been with t-mobile and went to another location where the customer service was fantastic. Save yourself time (it should not take 4 hours to upgrade a phone) and trouble, just go see Zach at the airway heights location!

I went in a couple weeks ago to ask questions about possibly switching, the person that helped me was so patient and kind and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this store over going online, they have outstanding customer service!

Every individual at this store is so kind and so helpful, I couldn’t recommend them enough. They were able to not only solve my problem but make recommendations to make my life easier as well. I would say go to T-Mobile, especially this store, over all the other providers in the area.I would love to give more than 5 stars!!!!! 10/10

My life is an absolute mess and I’m absolutely miserable, and Paige was still able to make a moment in my life less exhausting.I had less than 30 minutes until my shift at work and I just absolutely needed a new phone and she did everything in 15 minutes.I didn’t want to tell her I was in a hurry because it’s not her fault I’m in a rush. I was gonna be late whether or not she was gonna work fast, because no one deserves to be rushed.And she was fast and efficient and kind and does her job SO well. Whatever it is, give her a promotion or a raise. She is ridiculously good at her job. She is everything and more from a T-Mobile Employee.Life is already hard. People who work at places like T-Mobile or any provider shouldn’t make it harder. And Paige made everything easier, even for just the 15 minutes there to upgrade my phone, install a new SIM, give me the plan I need, and even suggest things I might want and doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable. A lot of salespeople make you feel pressured, and Paige just wanted to get me what I needed.I felt seen and cared for. I can’t speak for all of T-Mobile but she’s wonderful and made my experience perfect.

I had an exceptionally well experience here, the staff were friendly, eager to help and good problem solvers! It’s always a pain trying to deal with insurance and they helped me get my phone back so quick, I will definitely be going back for any further help or new services, I know someone wants AirPods for Christmas 🤩 Thanks T-Mobile!!

Terrible service. I bought insurance for my phone and when it had a problem with the speaker they wouldn’t fix it and just told me I had to take it to apple. Why do I bother with insurance if you can’t help me with my issues

Okay this store knows me by my preferred name is Mirith, but I definitely had a great experience at this store, Bailey went above and beyond to get me the tablet I asked for and even delivered it to me in the hospital since I was not able to come and pick up my tablet due to complications, amazing service and amazing experience, thank you so very much
