I went into this location and was impressed with the helpful staff and clean store. The store manager and sales rep Alexa, helped me with transferring my account and adding an additional line onto the account. Coming from a background in cellular sales, I was thoroughly impressed with this store and will definitely recommend this store to those close to me.

Good customer service is hard to come by but Derron and his team provide just that. I couldnt be happier with my new device! If youre looking for fast and reliable service, I highly recommend this T-Mobile location.

I decided to check my options with upgrading my iPhone 11 to the new iPhone 12 and if I could also use my iPhone 7 Max and this is what happened.I walked in the store and was greeted immediately. I told the representative that I chose this store because of their 4.9 rating and asked her to prove to me this rating. She thoroughly reviewed the options available and proceeded to explain. After reviewing everything she suggested that this time may not be beneficial for me to pursue the trade in. I so appreciated her honesty and will wait until there are better offers coming out later. I asked her name (sorry, I already forgot it) but she was the store manager, if that helps. I did get a free flashlight before leaving and definitely will be back. Thank you for your honesty!

I called T-Mobile because my children and I were in a desperate situation without internet and needing it for college learning, plus new phone plans. I spoke with the manager, Alyssa, and told her my needs. My son and I went in and met with her and her coworker, Kristen. They actually had done research into the best plans, along with the prices, and had it all ready for us. They were amazing! They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. We got everything that we needed at an amazing price. I highly recommend this location. Theyll take care of you and get you what you need.👍

My husband and I recently decided to switch cell phone carriers and went to the T Mobile location near Publix on Burnt Store Road. We were greeted by Katie. Katie was personable, polite, considerate and exhibited perseverance in dealing with our old phone carrier as she tried repeatedly to get their representative to unlock a phone that I had used with them. Katie was apologetic for the time it was taking ( not her fault by any means). she offered to get me a chair, asked twice if Id like a bottled water and, when the other carrier could not unlock my phone, contacted the downtown store as the new phone I had selected was not in stock at Burnt Store. If she continues on this path of exceptional customer service the sky is the limit for her career path.Katie was simply exemplary and a credit to T Mobile. Simply put, Katie was outstanding! There was another young lady assisting her with setting up our phones (I believe her name was Ashley) who was equally cordial. I am a retired sales manager and Ive found it to be rare to find this level of dedication in a younger employee. Thank you both and keep up the good work!

I went there yesterday and was greeted by a lovely staff. I was mostly assisted by Alexa. I was having issues with connectivity on my note 9. She tried her best to help, and was so friendly. I ended up trading the phone in and getting a note 20 ultra.She helped get everything transferred over. I felt bad because there were system issues, situation beyond her control but she remained calm and focused. She made sure we got through the entire process. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic. They didnt have the screen protector in stock. So I said okay no problem Ill go to the other store and have it put on. In another excellent display of customer service, the manager got in his car and went and picked it up and brought it back.I cant say enough about the outstanding service, friendly staff, and overall atmosphere of the store. I would not hesitate to go there again. If you are friendly to the staff, they will bend over backwards to help you. Outstanding customer service. Great folks. You cant go wrong.They even offered to assist if I still have connectivity issues to swap my sim at no additional cost. Im very impressed. Great folks. I called to get info on switching my family plan with another carrier to T-Mobile and spoke with Katie, she was helpful and assured me they would be able to take care of my needs. At the store I worked with the store manager Alyssa and although my situation was complicated with multiple lines from different carriers, keeping some phones, adding new phones, etc, she was very patient and informative as to what’s best options for me and my family. After receiving one of the new phones we ordered my daughter went to another T-Mobile store to port her number on the new phone and the employee there messed up and switched phone lines causing a headache. I called Alyssa and she had everything fixed immediately. I will only do business with Alyssa at the Burnt Store, Punta Gorda store going forward. Thank you!! 😊

The workers here are incredible! The store is clean and up to social distancing regulations. The workers here helped me with my bill issues and they made me feel like a real priority.

My experience was amazing to me. Most stores I have been to regarding my phone, the staff gets frustrated that I cant remember everything they say immediately. It takes repetition for me since I am not very technical. Carlos was extremely patient and kind helping to teach me on my phone. He spent almost an hour answering my questions and teaching me. I dealt with Alyssa and Carlos the most but the entire staff was very honest and helpful. I highly recommend using this store for any T-Mobile services. I know I will be back!!

My wife and I went to two other T-Mobile stores today to find the Apple iPhone 11 for her. The customer service at those stores was nothing compared to this one. They not only were friendly and helpful but they went above and beyond not only making sure my wife got the phone she wanted, but even helping us with an old phone of ours that was having trouble. Kayla, David, and the entire team working Saturday 09/28/2019 in the afternoon were so wonderful! I would recommend this store to anyone looking to do any business with T-Mobile in SouthWest Florida!

Its like the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing nobody could tell me about the watches and their features nobody could tell me if I could change my recently added phone less then 10 days ago to restock for a new iPhone so I could have the new iPhone watch to go with it they had no idea what they were doing they wouldnt even allow me to use the restroom to wash my hands so they werent sticky I give this store a negative 10 because they suck.
